Stor 3 sovrum 2 badrum Outrun lägenhet ligger några steg från gratis transfer till basområdet. Komplexet erbjuder också ett gemensamt badtunna och tennisbanor.
Denna lägenhet ligger på 2: a våningen och har inga fler trappor när du anger. Smakfullt renoverade och utrustade, det här är en underbar egenskap att ringa hem för några dagar eller några veckor.
När du går i din vilja hittar du dig i vardagsrummet som är öppet för köket och matsalen. Av både matsal och vardagsrum har du skjutdörrar till ditt däck för att njuta av utsikten över Mt. Crested Butte. Eldstaden har en äkta vedeldad spis med ved tillhandahålls och en flatscreen-tv. Köket har allt du behöver för matlagning och nya apparater att njuta av.
Bara ner i salen från vardagsrummet är ett delat badrum. Nedanför hallen från detta hittar du det första gästrummet med en queen size-säng, än en 2: a med en våningssäng (2 tvillingar). Tvärs från våningssäng sovrummet hittar du en full tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din användning. Bredvid detta är sovrummet med en king size-säng och eget badrum.
Den kostnadsfria transferen till basområdet slutar var 20: e minut intill Outrun Condos parkeringsplats på vintern.
Inga husdjur och ingen rökning av något slag är tillåtna i fastigheten. Trailers och RV kan tyvärr inte hysas här.
Badtunnan är en av de få i området som är öppet året runt för gästanvändning. Det finns också en privat tennisbana som är öppen säsongsvis på fastigheten.
Vårt företag begär att du undertecknar en separat uthyrningspolicy vid bokningen. Om du skulle vilja se detta innan du bokar, fråga och jag skulle gärna skicka det till dig.

Perfect family vacation!

The layout was perfect for our family of 5. Our 2 teens were able to jump on the bus every morning which had a stop right out front of the condo. The hot tub was just a short walk around the corner. We had everything we needed!

Wonderful unit! Beds so uncomfortable

The unit was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed except for a comfortable bed. My husband and I did not get good rest on our trip because the bed was so hard it was painful. We are very different weights and sizes and it was painful for both of us. Other than that the place was very nice. We enjoyed having easy access to hiking and biking!

Perfect Location

This was a great property for our family of five. It is right by the shuttle stop to get into town, so was super convenient for exploring downtown Crested Butte and getting to trailheads like the Woods Walk and Budd Loop. Super convenient to get to other hikes and activities too. Don't miss Lake Irwin. And the great town of Gunnison is not too far either.

Easy, comfortable stay in Mt Crested Butte

This property is updated, clean, and very comfortable. The space was great for my family, and the ski shuttle was right outside of the building, which made it very convenient. Communication and directions were all very helpful. The place was available early, and I received a message saying that we could check in at that point. I appreciate the ease of the transaction.

Great Rental

This was our second time at this property and we were not disappointed! The location is great - just a few steps to the free shuttle to the ski area. Great sized garage with plenty of space for a vehicle and ski storage. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that the knives could use a sharpening. We look foward to staying here again. Thanks!

Beautiful mountain stay

The condo is wonderful for a family mountain stay. Clean, roomy, well kept, and perfectly situated for mountain adventures. We come to Crested Butte regularly and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Highly recommend.

Great condo, great location!

We stayed over spring break and had a great trip! The condo was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. The location was fantastic - the first stop on the Three Seasons bus loop to the base of the ski mountain, which meant no danger of bus being full in the morning (due to Covid capacity restrictions) and it was the first drop off spot after a long ski day. Beds were comfortable, no TVs in the bedrooms but not really an issue since we were there to ski and everyone had their own devices if they really wanted to watch a movie in the bedrooms. We’ll be back!

Great condo for crested butte

Great living space for sure. Small master bath but totally doable. We had one issue that the manager solved within hours, so speedy! Loved the garage for our car and skis, no hauling them inside. Ski shuttle picks up just 25 yards from the door. If you like crested Butte, this is a great option.

Great space for a quick ski get away

This was a great spot for a quick getaway with a few friends. The condo was clean and had everything that you needed. Conveniently located on the bus route or even walking distance to the base of the ski resort.

Negligence of snow upkeep & failure to communicate additional parking

Everything about the stay was good. Until the snow and ice slid off the roof and busted my windshield in the day before we checked out. We were told to park in front of the garage with no additional instructions. Sunday was a sunny day and out of precaution we backed out our vehicle farther away from the condo to avoid possibly being hit by falling snow/ice from roof. (Our SUV didn’t fit in the garage.) Early afternoon I jumped in my car to go to town, I had to pull forward to get out because there was a LARGE pile of snow behind my car (piled up from the snow plow to clear parking lot). I pulled forward to change my angel to get out and just as I put my car in reverse to back out of the parking lot the snow/ice from the roof fell on my windshield and busted it in to the point that it caved into my dashboard and dented my hood. There are no windshield repair shops in town so we had to have our car towed and they had to ship in our windshield to Gunnison. We had to get transportation to Gunnison and get a hotel until they were able to fix it. It hadn’t snowed for weeks. No one came out to block off the areas to stay away from and there was no communication to warn about melting snow/ice with additional parking options. Because of the neglect to maintain the property (it hadn’t snowed in weeks, there was plenty of time to maintain the snow/ice on the roof) or at the very least communicate the possible dangerous situation our trip ended up costing more than double with the added expenses.

Great family get away location

Our family took an week-long COVID getaway to CB. Great location with an easy walk to the lifts. We loved the kitchen and wood burning fireplace and the kids loved the rooms! We would highly recommend this in the future. The check-in and check-out was extremely smooth so we did not have any reason to contact the property manager but I'm sure that would have been great as well.
