We realize there were stairs involved because we stayed in this building before, but we had no idea it was on the bottom floor as it wasn’t specified in the listing. The floors in the main living area were filthy, dirt from previous guest dog prints, and the sliding doors were slobber upon. The sofa & loveseat were also in poor shape, dirty, and we were bitten by fleas.

Ski trip

Place was nice and the location was good. Had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice treat for the kids. The view from the patio was awesome. Would have liked it better if it was on the third floor so we didn’t have to take so many stairs to come in and out.

The unit was small, but it was comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Unfortunately, there were a few things that made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. The bedding was quite old and showed significant use. The unit also felt quite dark, and there was no air conditioning, which made it less comfortable during warmer weather. The biggest issue for us was the access to the unit. It was on the bottom floor and required walking up and down three flights of stairs, some of which did not have railings. We were traveling with an 80-year-old guest, and we were not aware of the stairs or lack of railings before our stay. Having that information clearly disclosed in advance would have been very helpful in determining whether the property was appropriate for our group.Overall, the unit had some positives, particularly the comfortable space and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, but the stairs, older bedding, lack of air conditioning, and limited natural light are important considerations for future guests.

I’m sorry the stairs were an issue for you. I’ve now added the stairs to the main property description - although it was listed prior to your stay under another category.

Great Condo

Everything was as expected. Great sunset views from the balcony. Unit was clean and comfortable. A little challenging to find Paradise building as there was another condo building named “Paradise” on the way drive up the hill. Otherwise, liked it a lot and team was responsive to any questions.

What a perfect place!

Our family booked a last minute trip from our home here in CO to this lovely condo for a ski getaway. It was absolutely perfect! You can ski out from the end of the parking lot to the West Wall lift and from there, get anywhere on the mountain you wish. The condo was spacious and well equipped and I love that it is on the corner. We were able to sit outside in the comfy chairs to watch the sunset. The beds were comfy and the wood burning fireplace is a major plus! We absolutely will book again. The host was extremely quick to respond to any questions. Very happy!

Nice stay, beautiful views

Clean, updated condo with spectacular reviews. Very comfortable. Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Very enjoyable. The only negative would be that the hallways were very dimly lit and outdated, And somewhat smelly. One other issue was the heavy footfall of the upstairs neighbor pacing back-and-forth and in and out of the condo. That was a bit noisy and annoying.

Nice, Clean, Easy & Convenient

Two adult couples stayed in Philip's condo for a ski weekend. The place was spotless and spacious for 4 adults and a dog. The condo itself seemed like it was recently renovated and had all the modern amenities- kitchen supplies, nice appliances, great showers, and the beds were comfortable. There is a small indoor, communal hot tub in each building as well, which had an organized sign up sheet for use and was a nice perk. The condo was on the first floor of the building, so we did walk down 3 flights of stairs to access it- not a problem for us, but just an FYI to future travelers. The check in process was easy and it was convenient that there was an on-site front desk in case we had questions or issues. Philip was really easy to communicate with as well. The ski-in ski-out was just what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again!
