Wonderful stay

We loved everything about our stay! Steps away from beach. We had groceries delivered. Lyft from airport no car needed. Beautiful area outside we used for dining and playing games. Beyond well maintained. Great, kind, and thoughtful hosts. We will absolutely return!!

Relaxing Beach Stay

Thanks to Brian and Aleyda for a great long weekend. Their place was clean and a two min walk to the beach on a quiet neighborhood road. Close to some great restaurants and bars but the proximity to a low key beach is amazing. Brian was great at getting right back to me when I had a question. We can't wait to come back. Great place, great hosts!

Friendly Hosts & Great Location

The apartment was just as described. The hosts provided some treats to tide us over until we went to the market. Less than 200' to a beautiful, quiet beach and the bike path to the Hollywood boardwalk about a 1.25 miles walk away.

Beautiful and peaceful

My husband and I spent a relaxing week at this clean, cozy, well-appointed apartment. It has a gorgeous, inviting garden and is only about 100 ft from a quiet beach. The owners are friendly and very helpful.

So Relaxing - Steps to the Beach

The condo has everything you need, including beach gear, some toiletries, snacks and more! The property is nestled on a beautiful garden and is approximately 100 steps from a private beach! Easiest check-in/check-out process ever experienced!!

A little slice of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here.... And I mean we LOVED it! We didn't want to leave! I can't speak any more highly about our hosts and their entire crew. They were such a delight and so accommodating. We were so appreciative that they had snacks and refreshments (especially coffee) ready for us in our unit. After a long day of travel it was great not having to worry about picking up groceries the moment we got into town. Our favorite things about this property was the beautiful garden and tikki hut, and the proximity to the beach (much quiter than the beach on the main drag.) Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use, so we spent a lot of time just relaxing in the beach... Which was sorely needed. We can't wait to go back.

It’s EVERYTHING!!!

We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The beautiful landscaping, the short walk to the private beach, convenient location to the Broadwalk, the surprise treats/beverages waiting for us just to mention a few. This area of Hollywood is very quiet and peaceful with busy nightlife just a short drive away. We were happy that we could visit with Brian even if it was just for a little bit as he was leaving for a family trip. We would like to come back soon and bring family/friends as this building has 6 units. Thanks for everything!

Great little one BR right by the beach

Great location, quiet yet walking distance from the boardwalk. Loved the Tiki Tiki restaurant just a short walk away. Owners went above and beyond to take care of us. Courtyard is sublime. Plan to go again.

Stayed here for a few days during spring break. I booked it for the walking distance to the beach. It was very quiet and lovely area. Its just the right distance from the tourist area that you don't even know it's there. Our place was just the right size. Had no problem parking. The property had a common area that was shaded and a nice place to relax.

A little piece of Heaven

We loved the tropical garden to relax at/in at night. The snacks and beverages upon check-in was absolutely awesome. The owners are very friendly, and go above and beyond to make your stay "perfect." The closeness to the beach was great, too.

Lovely oasis convenient to all the action

My husband and I traveled to Fort Lauderdale for Hyrox, so having a relaxing place to stay with a functional kitchen and good, easy parking was important. This place checked every box and exceeded expectations. The outdoor grill was a huge bonus! Convenient to the airport, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Dania Beach yet so quiet that you can hear the owls hoot at night and relax in the outdoor living room under the tiki hut and lovely beach just steps away, this location is a hidden gem with top notch hosts and staff. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this artsy gem. Excellent location. Can easily go from beach to the room for any needs. The property had several semi-private areas to enjoy for coffee, cocktails, a book or just relaxing. All patrons were friendly. We were able to recharge completely here.

Exceptional stay

The apartment was wonderful and we loved every moment of it. Most of the time we were at the Dania (?) beach which is one of my favorite in the world. Quieter, so it is great for families and it is a half block from the ocean. What was pressurizing was they had bikes and we couldn't stop the 12 year old from riding on the path. Even I, an old Nana, got on the seat and took a ride. They had a bevy of snacks when we walked in the door which really helped us from a day of travel. I am truly hoping we will be able to return next year. It's an amazing place and my fingers are crossed.

Total relaxation!

Perfect for us in every way! After a late late arrival, we were elates to find a fresh fruit tray and cold drinks including chilled wine, waiting for us! The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We took full advantage of the relaxing gardens, and loved meeting the other guests. The hosts were totally responsive and friendly, and gave so many suggestions for activities in the area. We used Uber to get around. So easy! Highly recommend this sweet spot just a few short steps to beautiful sand and warm water for swimming!

Peaceful, great location

We wanted a place to relax and unwind for a few weeks and this place exceeded our expectations! We are ready to face the world again after staying at this beautiful place. We love nature, the beach, the bikes, the cleanliness of our place, THE SNACKS but mostly The owners! Bryan and Aleyda were around but not in your face. If you needed something you knew they would be around at some point so friendly and welcoming…new friends. Met several other guests and they were so friendly and respectful of our space. I loved the little table outside the door and we could cook many of our own meals and eat outside for all meals. Places to run were endless. I could go on and on but you get the picture…it was perfect for us and we look forward to returning! Thanks so much for everything ♥️

A Find

I feel very lucky to have found this place and spent a happy week escaping the bleak Midwest. It’s a family owned and operated property located in a neighborhood of low rise apartments and homes, steps to the beach. Both the apartment and the area are quiet and safe. As the other reviewers note, the garden is gorgeous. The place was scrupulously clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen have been updated. One of the advantages of the location being fairly close to the airport is that I decided not to rent a car for the week and with the help of a couple of apps managed just fine. What made this a 5 star place in my opinion was the hospitality —Brian is one of the best hosts I’ve had in my online rental experience, and there’s an impressive array of extras that come with the apartment—bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and don’t even get me started on the awesome welcome snacks. Highly recommend, and I would definitely return.

Pleasant little apartment

Brian & Aleyda are wonderful hosts. We will be back to this wonderful property again. *You must go to Tiki-Tiki* Pros -Food/snacks/drinks were waiting when we arrived. So impressed that upon arrival the hosts provided just enough groceries to get us thru a cpl days while we waited for our groceries to be delivered from Walmart. Bread, deli meat & cheese, coffee, snacks, fresh fruit & veggies, & small bag of ice among other things. Even cpl alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks!! So appreciated. 2.) They have everything you could think of for a day at the beach: chairs, towels, floaties, beach toys, umbrellas!!! 3.) Property is simple & beautiful. A mini oasis 4.) Sooooo close to the beach…like four houses down!! Loved it. 5.) The beach is private & has life guard with NO CROWDS Cons (This is only meant to be helpful to others deciding if this is right for them…no negative feeling here.) 1.) The bathroom is on the small side. We are not big people and felt almost on top of the toilet paper roll. 2.) The mattress is definitely on the firm/hard side. We had achy backs a cpl of mornings. 3.) Be aware that when using the stove use the low setting…we have a gas stove at home and still found it hard to cook without burning. 4.) I would hope this doesn’t happen often, but I was eaten alive every time we sat under the tiki hut. Now, we visited in July and humidity was extremely high. In addition, Florida had just gotten rained on for weeks. Just something to keep in mind.
