Beachfront condo in Hollywood, Florida, immediately next to Hallandale. The condo is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The Sian, next to the Tides is easy to reach from the airports within 14km from Fort Lauderdale (15 minutes) and 33km from Miami(30 minutes). Nice view of both the beach and the intracostal.

Take advantage of the pristine beach of Hollywood or reach to our private pool equipped with lounge chair and shadow spots at your leisure.

The 970 sqft condo is a freshly remodeled and newly furnished unit (august 2021) in the Sian that is a resort-like complex. The unit includes full equipped kitchen, a dining room completely open to the living, a bedroom with a king size bed. The living room is equipped with a leather sofa that convert to a double bed. There is one complete bathroom and one powder room.

You will stay in a condo with a lot of room and comfort that is only match by high end hotels. There is a DVD and a USB reader, sound system with Iphone base, WI-FI internet*, a brand new 55" flat screen TV with large selection of IPTV* channels as well as basic local channels ( 30+ ) and IP phone*.

In the complex, in addition to the pool there is a private gym, pool room, conference room and laundry room on each floor. The building has a 24hr security service and a parking valet. If you have a car, you will have to settle the parking with the valet separately at the price of 10$/day.
Upon your arrival, you will have to meet with the concierge of the building. you will have to buy a key fob to allow your access to the pool and the beach. the key fob cost is 30$ per two adults ( free for children).

The Sian is a set of residential condos. All occupants own or rent their apartment. This is not a hotel and there is no hotel service as such. During your stay, I will have previously announced your arrival at the security and you'll be considered as my guest and a "resident" for the length of your stay.
So you will be living in my personal condo and in my own furniture with all of the usual amenities you would expect form a condo you live in.
You have to respect the peace and quietness at all times.
For the rest, enjoy the weather and the sun, and I wish you a nice holiday!

Nice condo

Property clean condo very up to date and well maintained. Owner very helpful with any questions. Loved the Hollywood boardwalk and our trip to south beach and Fort Lauderdale promenade. Valet parking was a pain in the neck but we were informed ahead of time that this was required.

Great weekend at the beach

The unit appears to be recently renovated and the pictures are exactly what you get. Nice side view from the balcony of the beach. There’s a beach bar and restaurant next door with a few others in close proximity. Easy access to the pool and beach and the provided chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. Marc was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

As described, close to everything

Literally walk right out to the beach. Awesome view. Great amenities- condo has everything you need and more. Owner was great with communication and check in was easy. Condo was clean and nice. Condo building is in need of some renovations, but that’s beyond the scope of the owner. Walking distance to other hotels/bars/restaurants and Publix.

AZ Cardinal last second victory trip

Stayed here with my son, and it was as advertised. Property is a little dated and only one elevator working aside from the freight elevator. Sometimes had to wait for a few minutes, but nothing we couldn't get past. Easy access to the beach, and everything you need is with in walking distance. Unit was perfect and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Marc was a great host, very communicative. We enjoyed our stay however, I think it’s important to share feedback on a few things that we experienced. Feedback: The condo was very generic. Not warm and cozy. It could have been cleaner, seemed like it had been empty for a while. When turned shower on, it was rusty water, everything was dusty, extra linens were dusty. Towels smelled musty. When walking on cold tile your feet would pick up lots of crumbs. The internet failed to work until almost midnight on our last night. You have to pay $30 for a fob even if you never use it, which we didn’t. You have to pay $10 a day for valet parking which wasn’t a bad option and the guys were great to work with, very nice and helpful. The elevator takes forever and didn’t work one day so we had to take stairs, 16 floors up and down. It is very loud at all hours being right on the freeway, hard to get good sleep. No dark curtains in bedroom so sun comes in as well.

Relaxing vacation

This is by far one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. The place was impeccably clean. The complimentary amenities were amazing as well. There was a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly want. In addition, the starter supply of paper goods and soap, etc were a nice added extra. Since we flew to FL we were limited on what we brought. It was so nice that the condo had a beach umbrella and beach chairs, plus a nice cooler! This made for great days on the beach. Our only issue would be the noise from the street behind the condo. There was constantly loud vehicles, honking cars, etc. However, we were only in the condo later in the evening so this was not a huge issue for us. Plus, we had a white noise machine during the night, so no problems at all 😊. Overall, this was an A++ rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

Great condo in a great building. Condo is nice and cozy, check in process was extremely simple and valet was great our entire stay. Building has a great little gym, pool is nice and super easy access to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Fall Break Vacation

We traveled from Louisville, Kentucky and loved the location of this condo. It was a short Uber drive from Fort Lauderdale airport and we did not need a rental car the entire trip. We did a lot of walking to restaurants and grocery stores and it’s right on the beach. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time in this place

Last year we had a great time at the Sian apartments Hollywood,so we decided to come back there this year as well Building located on the beach,walking distance to Walmart The building itself is very clean and quiet We liked the apartment very much. Lovely condo

Marc gave perfect instructions regarding checking in. The condo building is extremely clean and looks newer than others i have seen in Hollywood. When we entered the condo, we were shocked how spacious it was. Everything in this condo was clean and looked new and the view of the ocean as well as close proximity to the beach made this a perfect stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great condo that is conveniently located so that we were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, grocery store, Broadwald). The owner also had all the accessories needed for our daily visits to the beach (towels, cooler, umbrella, chairs and cart). The owner was also very responsive to my many questions.

Great time in Hallandale

It was a great time we spent here in Hallandale. Everything was perfect. The condo is exactly as described - a great, spacious, absolutely clean, excellently and impeccably equipped apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean and the city on the other side, you probably can't fault anything. A large kitchen equipped with large American appliances, more than enough crockery, cutlery, plates and other accessories - simply great. We didn't need everything but if someone wanted to cook there is everything available which is amazing. We felt at home here. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach and in walking distance to a shopping center and many restaurants. Marc is a perfect host, we had all the necessary information before our arrival and the feeling that he takes care of his guests. We can only recommend the accommodation here and we hope to return here again.

Amazing beach vacation

My husband and I stayed in Marc's apartment for a week. The apartment is exactly, as described. It is very spacious and spotlessly clean. It has everything you will need for a home away from home. The building is well-maintained, has direct access to the beach, and is within walking distance of Walmart and various restaurants. Marc is an excellent host. I highly recommend his place to anyone. We definitely, we'll rent it again.
