Milestone Birthday weekend

Perfect place for a group to gather and celebrate a 60th birthday. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the spacious kitchen, dining and living area made it perfect for entertaining.

This was a great rental! Beautiful place! Nice, uncrowded beach area! We had 4 families staying for a total of 15 people. Plenty of space for everyone. The only downside was it was a little bit further from the beach than we expected but not unreasonable at all! Just hard to take all the fun beach stuff with us!

Great week with family

Our annual vacation was a blast, thanks to this great home, clean and spacious for all ages . My only suggestion is that the kitchen could be better equipped for cooking for a large family. I recognize many folks eat out for dinners while on vacation, we do not
we make big breakfasts each morning and dinners at night. Other than that a great week, thank you!

Perfect Girls weekend getaway

Our group of 10 ladies had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The living space allowed for plenty of room to visit and sit around the table. The kitchen was well stocked and multiple porches allowed us to spread out and have some privacy if needed. There was road construction going on, but other than taking a bit longer to drive in and out, the construction did not interfere with our visit at all. Location was great. We were close to restaurants, just a few steps from the beach, a short drive into St Augustine, and we enjoyed a local art festival while there. Hope to return again.

Perfect!

House was a perfect location for a quick get together with 5 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone . Bedrooms were a great size and no shortage of bathrooms. The upstairs kitchen /dining/family room had ample seating. Loved the screened in porch! Walk to beach was convenient. There was plenty of beach gear in garage. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Alina was great with communication. Thank you so much!

Lovely house close to the beach

We are a family of 7, ranging in age from 40 to 88, plus a Standard Poodle. This house gives everyone their own space, plus a large kitchen/dining/living area for all to gather. There is a fenced yard for pets to run around in, plus a hot tub for the people. The house was very clean and well stocked. We have stayed at one of this owners other properties before, so we knew she would be responsive if anything arose. There are a lot of steps, so that is something to keep in mind if there are older people in your group. It really is just 1/2 block from the beach, and it’s a very nice beach to walk on. Very pleased with the property and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

Highly recommend. House is beautiful! Brand new. Equipped with just about anything you would need. Property manager was very knowledgeable and so friendly. We stayed here for a family get together. Quiet neighborhood with many friendly neighbors. Kitchen is fantastic! Bedrooms are large and comfy. Lots of bathrooms. House is close to the beach so we could easily go back and forth. Our favorite place was the upstairs patio that has comfortable furniture to sit in the sun and enjoy the day. Downstairs patio has a gas grill which was great too.

Beautiful place to stay

We had a great stay. Unfortunately, upon check-in, there were septic issues and we were unable to use the bottom floor bathrooms (difficult for families with small children at night). Alina worked really hard to get a plumber and someone to pump the septic tank out ASAP. Once that was done, we had no problems. Pictures and description of listing don't quite match up (for example, there is a pool table/ping pong table not pictured, a hot tub available, less seating than described...). Tons of cooking supplies! We had a great time and loved the walk to the beach. Great birding and we also saw dolphins feeding, sea turtles & large crabs. We would stay here again.

We loved this house!

My husband and I, our 4 adult daughters and 2 son-in-laws all came for a weeks stay. We loved that everyone had their own space! The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. Like the other reviews mentioned, we loved the screened in porch off the living room/main bedroom. In the garage was 4 beach chairs that we used every day as well as a wagon, a cooler, boogie boards and lots of sand toys. The hot tub was a nice perk too! We didn’t think the walk to the beach was bad at all! There is still construction going on but the crew was great to stop and move over for us to walk though. The beach was beautiful of course and never crowed. Location was key for us being right in the middle between St Augustine and Daytona beach. You really can’t go wrong!

Highly recommend Good location, 5 minute walk to the beach which has a large undeveloped beach (park) just north of Moody Street giving a getaway feel Several things were not working properly- toaster, outside grill and the pillows were flat. When I contacted management, a new grill appeared 3 hours later, new toaster and pillows the next day - amazingly responsive to my messages. Road and storms sewers under construction so lots of daytime activity although workers were polite

Comfortable & Affordable

Our week long stay was great! There were 8 adults, ranging from mid-20s up to early-70s. It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach whenever we wanted. When we were there, it was low 80s most of the time. No crowds on the beach at all (no public access there really). Walmart and Publix were easy access and we loved being able to pop over to St Augustine (35ish minutes) pretty easily. House was clean and had plenty of space for us all to stretch out and relax. I think the only part that was a little hard was that the house got kind of warm at night. There were notes to leave the AC at 75, which was great during the day but it was cool enough outside at tonight that the AC didn’t kick on much. There are fans that helped a lot, though!

Beach getaway

Loved the house, it was very clean and wonderfully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so spacious. Loved the screened in porch. It was only a short walk to the beach and the house had plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach with you.. Will definitely come back!

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast! Place is clean ( some sand still on floor ) and beachy themed ! Multi level and nice space . Short walk to beach. Pool table was fun ( has too for ping pong but one side was broke ). Small backyard for our pup but grass was long. We enjoyed our stay !

Beautiful property. The main floor is located on the 2nd floor, absolutely loved the screen enclosed terrace leading from the family room. Careful with spiders (size of a silver dollar) we found several but it's to be expected.
