Rain or shine, the covered front and back porches include a gas grill, dining for ten, and a living area with a tv, as well as an outdoor swim spa dipping pool with a separate hot tub. Within a stone's throw of the property, you will find state parks with miles of trails and a public boat ramp, as well as beach shops and restaurants. There is a protected sea and gopher turtle nesting area to the right of the driveway. Once it gets to be dusk, please turn off lights on that side of the house and pull down all window shades that face that side of the house.
