"Hook Wine and Sinker" är ett nyligen avslutat 2018 3-story hem strax utanför 30A i Seagrove Beach. Detta hem har 2,290 kvm ft vackert konstruerat öppet koncept levande. Tre fulla sovrum, ett loft sovrum / kontor och en 3: e våningen torn svit välkomnar upp till 16 gäster! Steg utanför 3: e våningen tornet till 150 kvm ft täckt uteplats med expansiv utsikt över Mexikanska golfen.

Wow! What a great property and location!

We spent 3 nights with 3 little kids and this place was great! Plenty of space and everything was clean and new. The location was the best, walking distance to coffee, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, the gas station, and a few great restaurants. Best of all... across the street from the beach access. The beach was amazing. We are originally from southern California and the beaches there pale in comparison to Sea Grove and Seaside.

Great house!!

This house was perfect for our group. I took my 17 year old son and some friends to the beach. Great house for families, especially with teens. Lots of space for them to spread out. Its was clean and very comfortable. It’s a short walk/bike ride to the beach, and also close enough to bike to the square. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner twice and found what we needed in the kitchen. Definitely recommend this house!

Overall property was not what we expected

Property was ok. When we got there to check we told that people that where they’re cleaning that there was 2 holes in that ceiling , which they mention that was repaired few weeks prior and we shouldn’t see any leaks . A day later starts leaking so much and gets all over floor and coffee table , we also mention fridge was not really cooling. I feel very upset with this property since we heard from other people it was a good rental property very upset about all this outcome.

You were notified of this prior to arrival, there was an issue with the air handler on the second floor that was causing it to freeze up and then it would leak onto the first floor ceiling. To properly repair it, the ceiling had to be opened up and unfortunately there wasn't enough time prior to your arrival to remove sheetrock and put it all back together. The fridge issue was never reported while you were here, but the next guest did report it and it was fixed a couple of days later.

Property was well maintained. Right in between Seaside and Rosemary beach. There was a public beach .5 miles down the road. Loved it. Hope to go back.

Beach days

Very nice accommodations for our family members of 11. Lacking some incidentals like no hair dryer, no beach gear, only one skillet, only 2 kitchen garbage bags. Also no hot water in kitchen sink. Nice gas grill and top deck had nice fire table for somemores. Overall our family had great time.

Good with conditions

The house is nice but preparation for our arrival was spotty at best. Toilets were not cleaned. Dishwasher had not been run and was full of dirty dishes. Shower in master bathroom has a leak that has almost caused the ceiling in the living room to collapse. The property allows pets but specifies they be 25 pounds or less. A highlighted fenced in the back yard can be a benefit but there are multiple places where a dog that size can literally walk under the fence. Even with all these issues we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit to 30A.

Good property with great proximity to 30 A beaches.

We stayed her 2x with our group. The first was awesome, the second we found that this unit needs some attention to detail and some updates. The best part about it is the proximity to 30A and the beach. Few items that need addresses. 3rd floor sofa sleeper needs new mattress, ceiling in main floor had an obvious leak, refrigerator and freezer did not keep temp. Our ice was always melting, hot tub set to hot and unusable for 2 days, cleaning crew needs to be more thorough checking behind beds for random clothing left behind and beds had hair in them. Bath mats and comforters need cleaning or updating. Plus side was the kitchen was well stocked and there were games, multiple gathering areas. Would say worth the price with these problems addressed.

Beautiful home in great location

We absolutely loved the house. Perfect for 6 adults to have their own space. The kitchen is amazing and dinner on the 3rd floor balcony was great. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We rented a golf cart and that helped with taking chairs/tent to beach; otherwise it’s a short walk. Highly recommend! It’s a great location and not so congested/busy as Seaside, but a short distance to visit.

Great property

House is nice, well-equipped and was the perfect size for us, two adults, three teenagers. We had plenty of room for more. Very nice kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of towels for everyone. Easy check-in and good communication. Highly recommend.

Hooked on Hook Wine & Sinker

What a great house for kids and pets! House was super clean upon arrival. We loved the hot tub in the evenings…also very clean, working and hot! Had plenty of linens for all the beds. Layout of home couldn’t be more perfect for families. Loved having 4 full bathrooms. Fenced yard is great for dogs. Honestly can’t think of anything I would suggest or change. Justin and Josh both were responsive when we had questions. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night! Would definitely stay there again.

Get a new cleaning team

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach access. The house is big and has everything you need. (Dog kennel was nice) and the third floor has a nice deck. Once we arrived however we quickly noticed the floors were dirty, we found 4 dead roaches (during our stay we killed 3 alive roaches) the master bathroom toilet had poop in it and my husband had to plunge it…. And the backyard had dog poop…. So we had to take our dog for a walk every time she had to go potty…. (Perhaps they need to require guest to pick up the dog poop at check out) one of the main reasons we picked this house was for the hot tub, unfortunately it was dirty and cloudy. I alerted the property manager of all of these items with an email (pictures as well) mainly requesting that they cleaned the hot tub….. they did come the following day to clean the floors, however they never came to clean the hot tub….

Great house and location!

House was beautiful! Lots of room - had two pull outs/loft area with daybed and trundle, bunk room with six beds. Plenty spacious bathrooms. Having hot tub was nice after long day at beach. We brought bikes and never used them because it was such a short walk to beach. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would stay here again for sure!!

Great location and stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. The proximity to the beach was great, even with crossing 30A it’s a short walk. Our dog came with us and we were pleasantly surprised the entire yard was fenced in for him to enjoy. There are tv’s practically everywhere which was nice for the rainy days we had. I rated 4 stars as there were hand prints and marks all along the stairwell walls but other than that we thought this was a great stay.

Winter Beach Visit

The property was in a great spot. We walked or biked the entire week. The beds were comfortable and overall the house was what we expected. It allowed for dogs which was great as we brought ours. We had a few things that required contact with the property manager and he responded in a very timely manner and addressed the issues we had. I understand it's a rental, but feel the house could use some TLC. Very minor to most, like the house needs a deep clean, paint touched up, some new cookware, and hardware needs to be tightened - the shelves and hooks aren't securely tightened on the walls. Also, most properties we've rented in this area offer at minimum beach chairs, but this one did not. Didn't seem to have access to a pool either. Not a big deal for us this go-round but wanted to call it out for others considering this rental.
