Ligger precis vid 30A omedelbart från stranden (bara en två minuters promenad till sanden - vänta aldrig på spårvagnen igen!) och den stora poolen Seacrest ligger bara några steg bort.

Detta stora, rymliga hem med fyra sovrum / 4 badrum har massor av naturligt solljus och har nyligen uppdaterats med avancerad möbler och professionellt dekorerad med en klassisk kustlig elegansdesign. Njut av underbar havsutsikt från det stora öppna däck på tredje våningen med bekväma uteserveringar och våt bar på översta våningen. Titta på soluppgången med kaffe i sängen från sovrummet på tredje våningen - spendera sedan happy hour (er) på översta våningen och smutta på cocktails och njut av solnedgången efter en dag på stranden.

Hemmet sover 10 i sängar med tre kung sovrum (två med extra dagbäddar) och ett drottning sovrum. Great Location and Owner Communications

The property was perfect for our family of seven adults and three children. There are many amenities including a large number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the children. The roof top deck was a real plus for relaxing family gatherings in the evening. It’s perfectly located for quick and easy walks to the beach, pool, restaurants, and surrounding area shops. You can also take the tram to the beach but it’s not necessary. Owner communicates were quick and informative. Overall, we were pleased with the home, the owners, and the amenities. There were so many extras what wasn’t to enjoy! We loved everything about our vacation.

Our Family at Seacrest Beach

Totally enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun at the beach, pool and riding bikes. The house was very nice except for the rugs. They were "disgusting". We did not want to get on the floor to play with our furbabies because they were so dirty. So, get rid of the rugs!

Great Experience

Outstanding and spacious home in an excellent central location. It is 5-10 minutes walk of any notable sight, shop, restaurant, or beach in Alys or Rosemary Beach. It is also within 2 minutes walk from the pool, which we didn’t get to use in our short stay of a few days, but looked great.We will be back whenever we visit the area again

Perfect location ….

This is a lovely house and in a perfect location. It is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The pool is gorgeous and beach access super close and easy. It is a perfect spot to bring teenagers and have family time. Will definitely visit again!!!

Outstanding property just as described. Beautifully decorated and well kept. (No broken furniture, appliances or dripping faucets). Easy and close walk to beach and nearby shops. We felt very safe and welcomed in the area.

Perfect Location for Family Vacation

We spent the week for my father’s 80th birthday. Each room has their own bathroom which made it comfortable for each guest. The home is nicely decorated with plenty of kitchen equipment for us to even cook a thanksgiving meal. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Perfect Pet Friendly

This home did not disappoint for a pet friendly rental. It was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Great location to go for walks along 30A and easy beach access. Rooftop was a nice feature too! My only complaint was bikes could be updated, and wooden floors were noisy. Would recommend to anyone with kids or pets!!

Wonderful place to stay

Everything from location to cleanliness to neighborhood and beauty of the house is perfect. Beach, shopping, pool and restaurants all within walking distant. Starbucks on the corner is a major plus as well. The only thing I would say is they need to update their mattresses or put a mattress pad on the current beds. Other than that this is an A+ house!!

Great stay

We had a great week here. Quick walk to beach and pool which we loved. It is a busy corner with a lot of people walking by so can be a little noisy. Kitchen is nicely equipped but could use a larger skillet and baking dish. Loved being able to walk to Alys and Rosemary for shops and restaurants.

Wonderful House and Area

My wife and I brought stayed here with our baby and dog and had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful beach town. The property manager and owners worked hard to help fix the heat when it broke on our second day and we appreciate their efforts to make our stay special

Perfect stay

House was beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect for our group because each bedroom had a king or queen bed and its own bathroom. Wonderful location - walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and nice pool and beach access.

Great location, amenities and accommodations

What a wonderful place to stay! The communication with the owners was excellent. The house was absolutely beautiful and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and deck. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the 4 bikes. The amenities in the community were great! Gigantic pool and a tram that took you to the pool, beach and shops. Property was walking distance to the pool and beach but the tram was a nice option. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to hopefully coming back soon. Thank you Ryan and Ashley for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We bought our home in Seacrest as a place to relax and spend time with family within walking distance to the beach, pool and activities. We often walk or bike to Alys for morning donuts and coffee with our girls, spend the day on the beach or huge resort-style pool and then enjoy a cocktail or two on the green courtyards at Rosemary at dusk. We have already created so many wonderful memories in our handful of vacations down there.

Seacrest Beach is an awesome place for families! Our kids love the large resort-style pool and green space to play after a day at the beach. Our home in Seacrest Beach is nestled between Alys and Rosemary and easily walkable to both and the wonderful shops, restaurants and activities. This community truly is a wonderful find!
