Great place to stay!!!

Beautiful place with an amazing view. Comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked. It had a beautiful view, very clean, and would absolutely stay again if the air conditioning issue was fixed.. The master bedroom was super hot, fan didn’t work great and the thermostat couldn’t be lower than 72.

Beautiful beach

We give it a 5 for the location and beach and a 3 for the condition and lack of cleanliness. The condo truly needs a serious cleaning plus it lacks many supplies or what it has is pretty bad. Nasty stained 2 blankets, 2 steak knives, old towels,etc,etc.... lots of dust and dead bugs...hair pin on bedroom floor? Old small TV, no DVD,etc... update!! Balcony glass is filthy...too much to list. Lastly, we weren't told they started a large construction project literally 12' away nextdoor so for some time whoever stays here is going to be dealing with LOTS of noise.

This is by far one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The views are spectacular and the convenience to the beach and gulf can not be beat!

Gulf Coast Treasure

I've stayed in this building 4 times with my Fam.. Absolutely magnificent property.. Fantastic sunsets, super convenient.. All the amenities we needed, great customer support.. We were there for sea turtle nesting season, and many nests were laid by our beach access.. My Granddaughters were thrilled. We'll be back again..

Great place

The rental was very spacious and very clean. Balcony view of the ocean is great and the balcony is large. Pool is ok. The rental was very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. We didn’t need to buy anything for the whole week. Even though we ate out every day the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook also. The location for the beach is great, the beach was never crowded at all.

Love IRB

I've been travelling to the west side of Florida since the early '80's and really lover this area between St Pete beach and Clearwater. We travel at least every year and sometimes twice a year, exploring different areas , etc. I've stayed at this specific condo as well as another one in the complex over the past 6 years about 7 times. I feel this unit has a lot to offer since it's on the top floor and corner. The condo building is also somewhat small so you don't have a LOT of people unless you end up with some crazy groups which we have had to deal with a couple of times. The downside to this condo- and the reason I gave it a 4 out of 5- First off, don't limit the AC. I realize that some people might place the temp at 55 and then I understand yet placing it at 72 degrees at minimum when it's very hot and humid and on top of that, the air flow from the kitchen and living room is so heavy that it triggers the thermostat to turn off before the bedrooms, especially the Master, is cool enough. I didn't sleep well at all for the whole week due to the temp in the master. Secondly- check your HVAC filter which is visible in the hallway above the washer/dryer combo. It is DISGUSTING! Third- although the main goal is to enjoy the beach, we ended up with a week of rain. We wanted to enjoy movies,TV,etc. The technology of this condo brings back memories of 1990. As "cheap" as new TV's are as well as DVD and BLURAY players are....PLEASE, invest in them. The small amount you'll pay for them you'll easily make up for with renters being happy. Even the surround sound never worked. It's all such a mess. Same goes for the bedrooms. Those wall contraptions are so outdated. Invest in new technology and you'll attract more renters. Overall, I really do like this unit yet being that we've been to so many along that very long coast line, I'll probably consider others especially since I did research on what we just paid for the middle of Sept/2021 for 1 week versus what Vacasa is charging nest May as well as Sept. The unit is worth the present cost of around $1500 total but I'd never pay more than $2k.

Wonderful vacation

The view is amazing.condo was very clean,and spacious.very short walk to the beach.we loved the area because it was not as busy as other areas.the kitchen had everything u need.would definitely stay here again

Excellent location

Twenty five steps from the beach and what a view! Really enjoyed our stay. Vacasa personnel were awesome, extremely helpful. Place was very clean. Would highly recommend.

Loved it!

The condo was beautifully decorated (not like the photos) and updated. The master suite was lovely. The king sized bed has a down comforter and pillows. Felt very luxurious! Large kitchen, lots of space. And the view was excellent! I will come again and I am a local!

Perfect Friends Get Away!

Easy check-in, beautiful clean ocean front condo with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels. We have stayed in this complex and condo 209 several times and have loved it each time!

Perfect October Beach Vacation

We loved this condo and hope to be able to stay again! The views were AMAZING and it was much nicer and more spacious in person. The condo was so clean and had starter supplies in the unit. The parking situation is a little tricky, but not a deal breaker. A larger vehicle (like a Suburban) wouldn’t be able to park in the assigned space, but could utilize a visitor parking space. The beach is beautiful and wasn’t crowded at all during our visit. We were 100% satisfied with our condo and the Vacasa rental experience. Can’t wait to visit here again!

Lots of issues!!!

The dishes were all dirty. I had to wash everything that we used before we used it because it didn’t look clean. The inside of the refrigerator is dirty. I wiped down the kitchen counters and found something like sugar on them. All the ceiling fans are full of thick dust. The master bathroom constantly smelled like raw sewage so we had to keep the bathroom vent on the entire week to keep the smell down to bearable. Couch is very old and is flaking off due to it being leather. All the ceiling fans on high barely move. The master bedroom was extremely hot and the fan that was in the closet barely worked on high. The master bed is very worn and uncomfortable. The master bathroom shower head has a rubber band around it due to having a button to keep the water flowing which the button was broken. We had to hold the button to use the shower head. We had an issue with a very rude cleaning lady parking in our parking spot. The manager did handle the situation but was still uncalled for. For the price we paid, we were not happy at all. We should get some money back in my opinion for all the hassles of the condo.

High quality rental unit

We spent a week at Casa de Playa during the time of Covid. This is a luxury unit for a reasonable price. They send you the info you need to check in a few days before your rental period. The reserved parking spot is right next to the elevator, a bit of a squeeze but so nice to know that you don’t have to worry about a spot being available. The unit is on the 3rd floor and the key is kept in a lockbox out side the unit. When you walk in the master bedroom is on the left. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. We had to fiddle with the fan a little bit to get the air moving but other than that, great room and private master bathroom. There was a small bar of soap, mini shampoo and conditioner, pump hand soap and three rolls of TP in each bathroom so for a weeks stay we were all set for TP but you will need your own shampoo and conditioner. As you walk down the hall the second bathroom and then the second bedroom are on the left. Again the bathroom had everything you needed in it. The kids had plenty of space with the queen bed, and a day bed. They had a closet and drawer space for their items. Both bedrooms had TVs if anyone was going to watch TV. As you continue down the hall there is a stacked washer and dryer in a closet. They provide2-3 detergent tabs. You will need to start a load of their towels before leaving the rental. Next is the wonderful spacious kitchen. They provided a small bottle of dish soap and a few dishwasher tabs for your use. The kitchen and freezer have plenty of space and there is pretty much any dish, pot, pan or utensil you could need. The kitchen island is huge and perfect for setting up a buffet meal for the family. There is seating at the island and a 4 person high top table. There is a couch, new recliner and one other chair. We were quite comfortable in the evenings relaxing after a day on the beach. The couch is a bit dated but being that we are at the beach and could have sand etc on us, we didn’t sweat the condition of the couch. The back porch overlooking the gulf is wonderful. This is a left corner unit and it is quite spacious. There is a 4 top table to sit at as well as a lounger and rocker chair with small side table. We would drink our coffee overlooking the gulf every morning. We had one small issue our first night/day with the AC. It needed some maintenance which caused it to kick off the first night. So the first night was quite uncomfortable. It took a couple of phone calls and waiting for the AC repairman to come out but it was an easy fix and we were quite comfortable the rest of the week. Vacasa responded appropriately to get the issue fixed and make things right with us. We stored our canopy and beach chairs in the back of our van and easily set up our spot on the beach each day. The complex and beach was not very crowded at all so we felt like we had plenty of space to enjoy the beach and keep our distance. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and feel like this unit was very high quality and would definitely stay here again.
