Välkommen till Indian Rocks Beach! Välkommen till Hamilton House!

Indian Rocks Beach är ett pittoreskt familj orienterade badort. Det täcker ett spann på omkring 2. 7 miles av ojämförlig skönhet längs Gulf Coast. Detta är den perfekta platsen för en semester ... en perfekt blandning av avskildhet och äventyr! Det finns många typer av aktiviteter för alla åldrar att njuta av. Det finns obegränsade vattensporter att prova längs stranden, som ligger bara några steg bort från våra hissdörrar. Kolb Park ligger tvärs över gatan för de små att spela om de vill ha en paus från stranden och poolen. En skate park är rätt det liksom för de äldre att visa upp sina färdigheter. En eklektisk blandning av läckra matställen är utspridda längs Gulf Boulevard för din njutning. Nattliv och åtgärder kan hittas minuter på Clearwater och St Petersburg stränder. Orlando och alla sina nöjesparker är cirka 90 minuter bort. Busch Gardens är ca 40 minuter bort. Och i slutet av dagen kan du krypa tillbaka till stillheten Hamilton House.

Vår lägenhet har nyrenoverats med granit bänkskivor, vackra köksskåp, stora 3-glasskyddsglasdörrar, och så mycket mer! Det är ett bekvämt 2 sovrum (queen size-säng i varje rum), 2 badrum enhet med delvis strandutsikt. Den har även en matplats och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kabel-TV-tjänst finns i vardagsrum och sovrum. Det andra sovrummet har en TV, men ingen kabel service, så snälla ta med din favorit TV-strömmande utformning.

Dessa lägenheter har en perfekt semester atmosfär med ingen av kommersiell känsla. Det är paradiset ... Kom och bo i paradiset ...

Perfect location

We had a fantastic vacation. Tye condo was perfect for beach/pool access. Restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store. There is 2 coffee/breakfast spots all within walking distance also. We will certainly be returning

Comfortable Indian Rocks Beach Rental

Owner was very helpful in letting us know that we could get in a bit early. Loved the ease of getting to the beach. Liked the location near restaurants and out of the busiest area. Very clean and very nice layout. We would like to rent in the future.

Good location. Mattresses uncomfortable.

Needs new mattress and pillows in master bedroom. Mattress was very uncomfortable.Furniture needed to be cleaned.Good location, easy beach access.

Hamilton House

We loved the location and had perfect weather. For some reason the humidity level was extremely high and made everything feel damp. A dehumidifier would help make this location more comfortable I would also recommend upgrading the silverware so that there are enough pieces to last a day. We really loved the location and these few additions would make this place so much better.

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend staying here. This Is the best experience we’ve had getting a place in this area and would love to stay there again. It was walking distance to delicious restaurants and the beach and the pool were perfect for our family. The place was very clean and filled with amazing amenities.

Amazing place to stay!

This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet and family friendly, amazing location to a ton of really good places to eat (restaurants, cafes, ice cream shop, and delis). Having the room on the first floor was amazing bc we didn’t have to worry about waiting for the elevator or going up a bunch of stairs. The owners were also really sweet and quick to respond to any questions we had here. Do yourself a favor and book this condo…and have a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Relaxation and Beach time in January

This is our second time visiting IRB in January and staying at this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome location on the beach. Our rental had everything promised…only wished to stay longer!!!

Loved the location. The Gulf is in the backyard of this Condo. The quaint Cafe's and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Loved the climate of this part of Indian Rocks Beach.

So close to the Beach

We were so amazed at how close this was to the beach and it had beach chairs and everything you need to Cook. So clean! The managers were so friendly and responded very quick. Check in and check out was seamless. I will definitely be going back! We had a blast!

Relaxing winter getaway

Our condo was very clean and spacious. Easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the variety of seafood restaurants that were nearby. Great location!

Amazing stay, great location!

The complex was well kept and on the beach with less than a minute walk to the water. The pool was heated comfortably and has plenty of deck chairs. The condo had beach chairs, toys and towels for use. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Wish list: more hangers, better cotton bed sheets, extra pillowcases.

Pleasant Stay in Indian Rocks

We had a nice stay at the condo! It was very clean and just the right size. We loved having access to the beach and could walk to restaurants nearby. Tony was always helpful and responsive- thank you!!

Overall a great trip

We a great relaxing stay . The place was comfortable and very clean ! Just as advertised. Good restaurants right across the street. Tony the host was there if you needed and checked on us during tropical storm Nicole.

Week stay

Very clean property, great pool, and you couldn’t be closer to the beach. Trolley and Uber is all we needed for transportation. Host was good at communication. Only improvement could be more supplies, no kitchen towels or wash cloths and only 3 dishwasher pods for a weeks stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and how close the property was to various restaurants. Beach access was far enough away from the Public Beach Access so there was plenty of room to spread out at the beach. Property was clean and well maintained. Only issue was elevators went out 3 days in a row but management was quick to resolve each day. The pool was a little crowded at times but we stayed on the beach most of the time so it was not an issue for us. Unit was clean and as advertised. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings and listening to the live music from Chicago Jax while watching the Sunset.
