Stor fastighet i Crystal Beach-området i Destin .... PLATSEN ATT VARA! -Detta är den finaste lägenheten i Karibiska sanddynerna - nyrenoverade, golv, kylskåp, kakel, möbler, lyxiga sängkläder, belysning, färg, till och med luftkonditionering !!
EVERTHING är nytt, mycket rent och extremt bekvämt. Det finns två master sviter med sina egna privata badkar (en med jacuzzi). En är på bottenvåningen och en är den rymliga övervåningen loftet för massor av avskildhet. Det finns en ny bäddsoffa i queen size i vardagsrummet. Sex kan sova bekvämt och ingen sitter fast med en våningssäng i hallen. Köket är ganska stort så det finns gott om plats för kockarna i din grupp. Vi har precis lagt till vackra glasplattor och nya apparater. Det finns gott om kruka, kokkärl och naturligtvis rätter, bestick och glas. Den stora balkongen har fantastisk utsikt över viken och vi har lagt till vackra 18 "travertinplattor så det är smidigt på dina bara fötter. Koppla av och njut av utsikten, fin vind och solsken.
Gå till slutet av kvarteret till Camilles, en av Destins favoritrestauranger, och njut av en cocktail eller en trevlig måltid.

Initially Great Space

Not clean so much that giving a call to the cleaning lady would’ve took up our three days staying there for her to clean what needed done. Seemed a lack of care for the inside of the condo patch jobs on walls, rusty shower curtain rod, washer, dryer dishwasher need cleaned etc.. maybe give the owners time to make repairs and update a few things it would be better.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location-within walking distance to beach and close drive to boardwalk! Tracy was easy to work with and so accomodating! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will most definitely be back!

2025 Destin, FL Vacation

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. We were very happy with the accommodations. The condo was very clean, it had many items in the kitchen needed for meal prep and eating. We were very happy with that! The pool was very nice and clean as well as the spa. The location is perfect was a walk in the beach or the days stay in the beach. Very convenient if you are needing the restroom or a quick run back to the condo! The Hosts communicated with us up to the leave of our trip and through the trip when we had questions. We were very appreciative of this as well as their recommendations on locale before the trip! We want to bring down more family next year and will definitely look to see if this locale is available. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property!

First time snowbirds

What an incredible first experience spending winter in Florida. The condo was very clean and neat, Everything was provided and we had a great view of the ocean each day. The other people staying at the condo were the nicest people we have met and that added to our stay. We gained some new friends.The pool and hot tub were a bonus and the beach was the most beautiful I have seen. The sand is sugar soft. Well done!

Perfect!

We’ve stayed in Destin numerous times. We all loved this location. Camille’s next door is amazing. Coffee is delicious and food is wonderful. Beach is right across the street and nice views of the ocean from patio. We rented a golf cart and the kids loved it. We went to Henderson resort (which is a short walk) and the kids threw bags and we sat around fire. Mall is a few blocks away Hot tub was nice and warm but a little bit loud. Sounded like it needed a tune up. Overall, wonderful stay and would love to come back to this exact condo. Owners are wonderful to work with.

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This property was located in a very safe neighborhood. Quick response from owner when we had a question. We would definitely like to stay here on our next visit.

Great Condo and host, Mike and Tracy are awesome. Condo in Destin, Shirah Street.

We stayed mid September. Clean linens, dishwasher, washer and dryer and extra loft bedroom if needed. I would recommend 2nd floor as first floor porches are street level, 2nd floor affords private balcony’s. The public beach is a 5 minute walk across the street, not crowded at all. Private parking as well. We dined at the Primrose an Camille’s. For dinner Wednesday night we had fresh steamed shrimp,potatoes, corn and sausage from a local fresh market. If you need anything at all, Mike and Tracy are only an email away. We will be back next year, Our host were great, can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. They also have a great book collection, great for winding down after a day at the beach. ,

Everything was exactly as advertised. 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet complex. Camille’s restaurant just a brief walk from the condo. Tracy was quick to respond when booking and to all questions.

So much fun!!!!

Loved the location and the room was perfect for us, The view of carts, walking , and setting out on the balcony was just what we were looking for, room had everything we needed and we eat out most of the time Which was all close. Beach was just across the street. On a scale 1-10 We say a 20.

Mrs.

Tub, linens, bedding,rugs,refrigerator, and outdoor furniture need updating bad. Host was very nice and helpful. There were not enough towels in either bathroom so she had to go purchase. Also she contacted housekeeper to bring soap and dish detergent. The bed linens upstairs had not been changed bc there was sand all in the bed. Dishwasher isn’t stable so rack falls forward and smell tells me it’s. It draining correctly. I would never recommend this condo.

Convenient

The condo was just as advertised. It was super convenient to get where we wanted to from the condo. Very centralized location. The only complaint we had was the beach. I know you can't crowd control, but it was so busy at the beach by the condo, we drove down to the state park to be able to enjoy it. Thanks also for the earlier check in. It was very much appreciated.

We have so many with our own children.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Caribbean Dunes is at the quiet end of Scenic Gulf Drive and is absolutely relaxing. The area is known as Crystal Beach for the exceptionally clean clear water and sugar white sand. It is the best area of Destin. After staying in different areas ourselves this is where we knew we wanted to be. We are certain you will love it too.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We fell in love with this condo the minute we walked in the front door. It is larger than most we had seen. The kitchen is large and so is the balcony. The floor plan is unique with the two master bedrooms. We love that no one has to sleep in a hall bunk. The setting is lovely with tropical plants and flowers everywhere. It give you a wonderful feeling of rest and relaxation. You can hear the birds sing at this end of Destin. It's beautiful.
