Den enrumslägenhet sover fem personer. I sovrummet finns en king size-säng och en HDTV med en Blu-Ray-spelare. Det nyligen omurnerade vardagsrummet har en 55 "4K Samsung TV, en XBOX One med ett sortiment av spel, en Blu-Ray-spelare, en klassisk Nintendo-spelmaskin, en bäddsoffa som rymmer två och en ottoman med dubbla utdrag för ett barn eller en tonåring.

Great location!

Super easy access to the hot tub. Great with the little kids. Short walk to lifts. We did have to piece-meal sheets together for both the foldout beds. I'd stay there again!

Great condo

Had a great time staying here and snowboarding with family. Had some confusion at check-in around access codes and the parking garage (had to wait outside the garage for a while), but was able to contact Mark over text and get it sorted out.

Great condo!

This condo was in a perfect location. Quick walk to everything , especially with young kids. The condo is right next to the hot tub and right across the street from winter park village. It had all the amenities needed. Clean with multiple beds and full size fridge. Will definitely look to stay here again if it’s available for our vacation next year.

Great Trip

The property was exactly as described and is in a perfect location. It is just a short walk to the slopes and the walk out backdoor to the hot tub was amazing. Mark did a very good job of providing instructions prior to arrival. Absolutely no issues and we hope to book the property again in the future.

A great stay in Winter Park

We have stayed in many rentals and rarely if ever are they as nicely stocked as this one. Advertisement is completely accurate. The proximity to the hot tub was awesome. We cooked on the grill twice enjoying the nice view of the village and mountain from the deck picnic tables. Mark was great with communication. No issues while there, just a great stay. The living room TV is very nice. The internet is fast. We hope to be back.

Perfect location

What a fantastic location, close to everything! Fit our younger family of 5 just perfectly. FYI, the hot tub isn't just closed, you cannot access any steps like we anticipated in order to avoid elevators/lobbies. That's ok, though! Such a cozy place with great amenities! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Mark was great to work with

Outside of the hot tub being shutdown due to covid all went well. Mark was easy to work with and would certainly stay in condo again when in Winter Park. Fair rates and extremely responsive to any requests.

Great location, unit and property owner!

Close to the lifts (walking distance). It is a nice unit - comfortable bed, bedding and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (note: there is no oven but the microwave is a convection oven). The property owner was very friendly and responsive. I would recommend!

Great Property

The entire experience with Mark and VRBO was seamless and simple. Property was well stocked, very clean and exactly as portrayed. The is a beautiful condo in a great location for anytime of the year. The only negative was beyond anyone’s control. The entire condo is undergoing a roofing and deck renovation, we did not know this when we rented the unit. Noise was a minor problem and the lack of access to the deck area was unfortunate. The condo and thus unit are wonderful.

This condo was beautiful and clean. So easy to check in. Accommodated us with such ease on very short notice. This was one of the nicest visits to Winter Park we’ve ever had.
