Lovely flat with great garden space. Great location. Air conditioning throughout which we needed because it was super hot. Pool was amazing and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Easy walk into Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins train station for trains to Cannes, Nice and other destinations.

Good location

The communication with the host was great. A short walk from the beach and restaurants. The pool was in good condition but not great for kids. Its very deep everywere and there were many strict rules for use. No toys in the pool.

Beautiful garden with spacious apartment

Thoroughly enjoy our stay and all amenities, pool, tennis, pentacle and table tennis too. Easy walk to train station and about 30mins to old Antibes. Juan Les pins 10mins, preferred beautiful old Antibes. Took train to Cannes, nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Monaco! Visited mougins and Saint Paul de Venice too..all wonderful . Would recommend.

Perfectly located

We stayed for a week at Maik’s apartment. It’s ground floor with a lovely sunny garden and a shared pool which we had to ourselves most days. The place was super clean with all the amenities provided, particularly good for babies with high chair, cot and changing mat provided. The location is great, super secure with gated access and a 10 min walk from Juan Les Pins train station and JLP beach (although in May 25 lots of it is under construction!) The perfect base for our stay in the Riviera with 2 little ones!

Family holiday

We had a great family week in the apartment. The apartment was everything we expected from the details and we particularly enjoyed the position, how quiet it was and the pool. Great spot to enjoy the local beaches, town and getting to nearby places like Cannes and we did a trip to Monaco on the train. We had a great week!

Nice appartment

Nice appartment close to both Antibes Old town and Juan Les Pins centre. The area of the appartment is very clean and quiet, with a great swimmingpool. Walking distance to a big supermarked. We were a family of 5, and managed easily without a car, since the appartment is close to bus and train to for example Nice and Cannes. We had a great stay!

Formidable!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement. Nous avons trouvé l' endroit comme décrit dans l'annonce et conforme aux photos. Merci à Maïk d' avoir répondu à toutes nos questions avec patience. Arrivée et départ se sont organisés sans problème. La situation de l'appartement est idéale, tout est accessible à pied- la plage, un supermarché, le centre-ville. La piscine est formidable. Si on revient à Antibes on aimerait bien revenir dans cet appartement.

Lovely spacious, peaceful flat and garden

We had a lovely time at the flat. It had plenty of room, a nice, homely feel and was very well equipped. The flat is in a block on grounds which are very well maintained and secure. The flat’s terrace and garden is a gorgeous place to spend an afternoon. We didn’t try the pool or tennis courts but both looked great. From the flat it’s a short walk to the restaurants and bars of Juan Les pins and everything you need, including supermarkets, are nearby. The flat also has its own private parking space and we explored the whole area, which has lots to offer including beaches, beautiful mountain villages, art galleries and museums. We had a lovely time and will be back!

Wohnung Juan les Pins

Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral. In den Küchenschränken mieft es, das Geschirr ist schutzig und teilweise kaputt, der Ofen ist dreckig, die Pfannen und Gläser sind alt und sehr gebraucht. Wir haben uns neue Teller, Gläser und Becher gekauft. Wenn man bei den Komoden die Schubladen öffnen will, hat man die Griffe in der Hand und die Bettwäsche im kleinen Zimmer hat nach Urin gerochen. Abgesehen vom Wasserschaden, den man uns angekündigt hat und als nicht gravierend verkauft hat, ist die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung in einem desolaten Zustand. Schade um die schöne Wohnung, denn die Lage und der Garten waren wunderbar.

Tolle Location

Eine wunderbare Woche haben wir erlebt. Der große, schöne Pool und der Tennisplatz versüßen den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, wenn man nicht unterwegs ist. Die Altstadt von Antibes muss man gesehen haben. Schöne Ausflugsorte allenthalben (Cannes, Nizza, Bootstouren, Inselausflüge).

Family Holiday

My Family had a lovely stay in this property. Maik was always at the end of a phone ,,or email to answer any questions we had. There is a beautiful pool,table tennis ,and tennis court which we as a family used a lot.

Excellent séjour

Excellent emplacement au calme pour cette location, jardin arboré et terrasse permettant de profiter de l'extérieur. L'appartement est confortable et tout est à disposition. Maïk et sa maman sont de bon conseil pour la découverte des environs.

Appartement bien placé dans résidence agréable

Appartement idéalement placé dans résidence très calme, très belle piscine. Les 2 vélos ont été très appréciés pour ne pas utiliser la voiture dans la semaine. Dommage pour les négligences dans l'appartement (beaucoup de choses cassées ou abimées, placards et armoires mal rangés) ce qui impacts le rapport qualité/prix. Très bon séjour malgré tout!

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist an einer ruhigen aber doch zentralen Lage. Wir konnten sehr viel ohne Auto machen. Zum Strand sind es 10-15 Minuten. Der Pool ist angenehm warm.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location

the owner couldn't have been more helpful in the run up to our holiday. Answering all our questions and concerns during the Covid crisis. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs, with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden and much needed air conditioning. Everything was within walking distance - there's a supermarket round the corner, the old town is about 10 minutes walk and the beaches and restaurants of Juan-les-Pins are just down the hill. Our three year old was perfectly happy walking everywhere. We went during August, when all the other apartments were full of French holiday makers who go to the same aprtment every year at the same time. They were extremely welcoming and the swimming pool had a lovely social atmosphere. All in all, a great holiday in a lovely place. Would definitely recommend.

Appartement très agréable, proche de la plage.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement tout confort. La piscine de la résidence est agréable, peu de monde. Plage + restaurants accessible à pied. Hôte très réactive et arrangeante.

Séjour très agréable à Juan les pins

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, l'appartement est vaste et bien équipé, avec une terrasse qui donne sur un très joli jardin. La situation est idéale car le quartier est calme mais pas trop éloigné du centre et des plages, on peut tout faire à pied. Grande et belle piscine (peu fréquentée lors de notre séjour en juillet) et court de tennis dans la résidence. On aurait aimé avoir la climatisation dans les chambres, mais celle qui est dans le séjour permet quand même de rafraîchir l'atmosphère de l'appartement quand il fait très chaud.

Quiet Apartment in residential block with excellent facilities

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Juan les Pins in a quiet secure residential block. There is a large Casino supermarket a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself is large and airy with a lovely garden and terrace. It is well equipped and the owner is always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. The communal pool is large and clean, and was really quiet when we were there at the end of June.

We bought this flat in order to spend nice holidays as a family, and enjoy the atmosphere of the French Riviera.

Having done my University next to Juan-les-Pins, in Sophia Antipolis, I used to live in Juan Les Pins for a few years and I really enjoyed the region.
Also it is extremely easy for us to go there thanks to Nice Airport with direct flights from London or Dublin.
