Nice beach view

A good-sized quiet apartment for 2 with lots of usable space and a nice balcony with great view of a lovely beach. 10-15 minute walk to old town Antibe. Well equipped kitchen and large bathroom with washing machine and good drying rack. Appreciated the laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Bed was comfortable, but it's time for new pillows (they were lumpy). Both toilet seats had extra high seats, which could be a challenge if you're shorter. Cleaning could be improved, especially vacuuming up the dog hair throughout (mostly on the floor). Deodorizer scent was overpowering.

Antibes visit

This was a great location. Working with Thierry was great. Apartment had a great view, was quite secure and had the amenities I needed for a week stay. The comfort of the indoor seating could use some improvement but I spent most of my time traveling so it didnt matter that much.

Great location - view is incredible

Great apartment. Pool was much bigger and better than anticipated. Long balcony with sunrise makes it. Internal Parking is not ideal for bigger cars but street parking outside doors was easily available.

Great location but property not as described and dirty

There is no denying this property is in a good location with a great view however: The property was dirty and dusty and I cleaned for 2 hours on arrival scrubbing mould from the shower & bathroom sinks , wiping surfaces and washing the floor. Unfortunately the mould in the bathroom was so embedded there was only so much improvement possible . I did not appreciate having to wipe someone else’s poo from the toilet The property is not as described or photographed on the website so beware! No bbq which was one of the deciding factors to rent this property, when we questioned the owner he said there was an electric plancher in a cupboard. This is NOT a bbq and did not work well . The radiator was missing in the bedroom leaving exposed pipes sticking out which were dangerous. The sofa was old and odd and not as in photo , the towel rail shown in the bathroom was also not there (I could go on but you get the point ) There were also safety concerns the kettle leaked water when you pour from it and on day one boiling water went onto my bare foot. Tiles on the balcony were loose and held on with parcel tape , these easily could have been knocked over the balcony onto someone below The toilet flush was also hanging off the wall and the breakfast bar moves quite significantly! The light shade in the bedroom fell off in the middle of the night onto my head The glass on the full length cupboard was broken and dangerous and lastly the owner keeps all his clothes in the wardrobes!!

Wundervolle Aussicht

Wir waren im Mai eine Woche in Cap Antibes und haben zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung mit den Stränden, Alt-Markt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Altstadt und Restaurants hoch erfreut erkundet. Für uns war das Highlight die Aussicht von der Wohnung/Terrasse aus; das Licht bei den verschiedenen Tageszeiten, das Meer mit den Segelbooten/Yachten in der Ferne, der schöne Strand mit verschiedenen Kiosken gleich vor dem Haus…einfach wundervoll.

Bel appartement, vue magnifique

Bel appartement, bien équipé avec toutes les nécessités. La vue, tant à l’ouest qu’à l’est, est magnifique. Il y a un grand balcon avec table à manger et un banc confortable pour en profiter. La plage est à quelques pas. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond rapidement. Dans l’appartement il y a un cahier avec des informations en français et en anglais sur par exemple les magasins, le parking, etc. Antibes et Juan les Pins sont accessibles à pied, tout comme leurs gares. On peut voyager en train à par exemple Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Menton, Grasse et ailleurs. Depuis le train, on a de belles vues, la voie longe régulièrement la Mer Méditerranée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici.

Wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon

Unser Urlaub war zwar nicht so schön wie erhofft, das lag aber in keinster Weise am Appartment oder am Gastgeber, sondern am Wetter und daran, dass wir alle erkältet waren. Thierry hat uns freundlich empfangen, alles erklärt und uns sogar vorm Unwetter gewarnt und uns angeboten, dass wir noch eine Nacht bleiben dürfen, falls unser Flug ausfällt (war zum Glück nicht nötig). Wir hatten zwischendurch kein warmes Wasser im ganzen Gebäude, aber auch da wurden wir über jeden Schritt informiert und es wurde schnell behoben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sensationell und aufwachen mit Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenaufgang ein Erlebnis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen (und auf besseres Wetter hoffen)!

Marvellous

It was our third stay in this apartment and it was again superb. Very friendly communication with the owner and easy handling. The apartment is well equipped with everything which is needed, WLAN, garage, TV, equipped kitchen etc. as well as pool. The balkony allows breathtaking views on the bay with old town of Antibes and Nice at the end. We sat there deep into the night with a bottle of French wine, enjoying the view. Beach right opposite the building with clear waters, perfect also for kids. Antibes and Juan les Pins in walking distance. We love that area and had a perfect time. Highly recommended.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage

Mein Mann und ich haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (2 und 5 Jahre) 10 tolle Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich an der Garage empfangen und uns alles wichtig erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und vollständig mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Am tollsten jedoch an der Wohnung war der atemberaubende Blick direkt aufs Meer, welchen wir jeden Abend und morgen auf dem schönen großen Balkon sehr genossen haben. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!
