Uppgjord längs vackra Wolf Bay i Orange Beach, Alabama är där du hittar Bayview 19. Bayview är ett litet lugnt komplex som är perfekt för den ivriga fiskaren eller en familj som åtnjuter tid på sin båt. Du kommer att ha tillgång till förstklassiga båtar, båtlansering och trailerparkering, som alla är sällsynta bekvämligheter i området. Till toppen av det, har Bay View en fantastisk brygga för fiske eller avkoppling och njuter av den södra Alabama solen! Du kan också tillbringa en eftermiddag av den vackra poolen med din familj!

Wolf Bay är inte den enda kroppen av vatten du är nära, du är bara en snabb fem minuters bilresa till de vackra vita sandstränderna som Alabama är så k��nd för. Mat och underhållning ligger också till hands med The Wharf som ligger mindre än 3 mils bilresa och den nya OWA nöjesparken och butikerna ligger mindre än 10 miles från komplexet. Tvärs över gatan hittar du många restauranger inklusive, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Docs Seafood, O'Choppers Irish Pub, Lunas och Cozmos. Gulf Coast Paddle Company ligger också tvärs över gatan där du kan hyra kajaker och paddle boards.

Inuti denna vackra enhet hittar du två sovrum och två badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett fullt privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng, och båda sovrummen har en TV med kabel för när du vill göra lite avkopplande inuti. I vardagsrummet ingår också en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng för dina extra gäster. Du kan också njuta av ditt morgonkaffe eller en kvällsdrink medan du tar utsikt över bukten från din balkong, som ligger strax utanför vardagsrummet.

Eventuella bokningar som gjorts före den 1 oktober för vintersäsongen (januari och februari) kräver ett minimum på 60 dagar (två månader). Bokningar som inte uppfyller dessa kriterier är föremål för avbokning av ledningen. Efter den 1 oktober kan reservationer göras för vintermånaderna minst tre eller sju nätter, beroende på enhetens specifikationer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great for us - we walked to Doc's Seafood the first night we were there! Yum! We enjoyed walking out to the pier every day and talking with the boaters. We were so close to the Wharf, too, and we went there several times. Our place was very clean, neat, and thoughtfully laid out. Every comfort and need was met in advance. Even a few special things like battery operated candles, books by local authors, and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and for the most part, it was a quiet community - we rested so well! The hosts were thoughtful and caring in preparing the place for their guests. Thank you!

Excellent!

My husband, fur baby and I stayed for 5 days. The condo was perfect and the neighbors were super nice. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. The pool was amazing and the entire property is very well kept. We will be back!

Bay View fall break 2023

Fall break with my boys! We had a great time this get away! Made the most of the rainy days with shopping and the local restaurants. Always enjoy the Gulf Shores time away from Reality and the condo had everything we needed for beach fun!

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nicely updated and very clean, and had everything we needed. The main reasons we chose this property were for the ability to bring our boat and our dog. The boat ramp and slips were very nice, and the property was pet friendly. The property management company was nice & very easy to deal with, although the check-in process would be easier if they had some type of electronic entry so you didn't have to go pick up the keys at their Gulf Shores office.

Condo was decent. No complaints except communications.

Everything good with condo. Think the mgmt company could do better. Felt lost driving, since only address we had was the management company which we later found out was not near the actual condo! Calls to mgmt company were all unanswered, and took a many texts to try and get the actual address of where the condo was.. They eventually stated, since it was before 3:00pm we were not given the address, and that we would have gotten the door code and actual condo address at 3. But of course at 2:30 PM if your an hour out you still need an address to put in your navigation, since it changes the roads you should take. The mgmt company address took us to a different town all together..

beautiful condo with bay / boat access with a place to sit and watch the fish in the water.

This condo offers a beautiful respite from the business of the world. However, the next time we will get a villa on a each location. The 3 adults and 4 kids located above us helped us to leave a day earlier and stop in Tennessee to enjoy mountains and get some peace.

Great home away from home!

We absolutely LOVED our visit here. The place is so nice and updated. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was GREAT! The water was rough at the beach while we were there so the pool was a great escape to cool off. We just wish we had brought our boat! My son enjoyed it so much he asked when we could come back.
