Lovely cottage. Quiet neighborhood.Beasley (dog) loved the fenced- in yard.Owner was great. He took the time to come help me with the TV and gave some names of good restaurants. The food was excellent.

We loved our stay at Royce's home! Fantastic location, very comfortable layout and furnishings, excellent parking arrangements, wonderfully dog friendly, and a great backyard. We even had convenient access to a freshwater hose for rinsing scuba gear after two days of diving. We very much appreciated the ease of access and Royce's clear/quick communication. We'll definitely be back.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this house. We would gladly come back a rent it again. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and it’s a quick drive to the beach! Love Love Love this place!!

There are definite issues that need to be addressed. The entrance to front and back have step downs that are not marked with either yellow or red tape, watch your step signs. This resulted in all 3of us stumbling, and 1 falling with serious injuries. Also, after washing a load of laundry, I discovered a load of towels still in the dryer. The kitchen is very unorganized and the carpet in the master bedroom needs a serious cleaning or replaced. The screen porch is very nice and our fur baby enjoyed a spacious backyard. The location is also very convenient with plenty of good restaurants close by

Thank you for staying with us, and for the kind words about the screen porch, the backyard, and the location — I'm glad your pup enjoyed the yard. Most importantly, I was very sorry to learn that a member of your party stumbled and was hurt during your stay, and I hope she is recovering well. This home has hosted guests through Vrbo since 2014 — well over a thousand visitors — and this is the first injury ever reported to me in all that time, which is why your comments about the entrances have my full attention. I personally inspected both entrances, the stairs, and the banister the day of your departure. I have osteoarthritis in both knees myself, so stable stairs and a solid handhold matter to me personally. I routinely host grandparents, seniors, and snowbirds, so I'm used to guests with limited mobility. On the housekeeping notes — the towels left in the dryer and the kitchen organization — I'll address both with my housekeeping team. I wish your family all the best.

The house was in a great location! Loved the little beach at the end of the street, we watched dolphins from there a couple nights. Overall it was a perfect house for our family!

Great location!!

We loved our visit. The location during a very busy time Memorial weekend made our trip very enjoyable!! The neighborhood beach along with the neighborhood boat launch was so nice to have just a short walk from the house.

Excellent stay at Osprey Watch!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Osprey watch. Royce was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The neighbors were also really nice and had great suggestions of stuff to do in the area. All in all I would recommend as a great family vacation house.

Second time staying at this sweet little pet friendly home & love it! Very clean & cozy, the neighborhood is quiet & great for walking with your pet. The backyard is fenced in which is great for those bringing pets. The Avenue Pub is within walking distance where you can enjoy food & drinks while looking out over the bay. Will definitely be back.
