Views so wonderful

This was the second year we rented this space. Such a great living space a d views. Love eating on the large balcony. Great shower and fast hot water! Love the Swedish appliances!

Our third year here.

We stay at this location because of its comfort and convenience to Provincetown's business district, restaurants, et cetera.Michael is a wonderful host. This year, an added special touch was the marvelous view we had from the living room of the full strawberry moon rising over the bay. It was a brilliant red!

Charming and convenient

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nicely decorated and comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. Lovely view of the water and very convenient to Commercial Street where all the action happens.

Cozy with a view

This was a lovely little spot to hang out for a week in. The location was perfect. Not too close but not too far from the action of Commercial St. And when one couldn’t be out and about it was nice to be in with the views of the bay.

Provincetown Perfect

Wonderful location, responsive hosts, perfect weather, amazing Whale watching, bike riding, beach/ dunes, all so close to property. Property was clean and as described. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful

It was the perfect space and location for our first trip to Provincetown. Michael was wonderfully responsive and the space was homey and comfortable with an outstanding view. We enjoyed our week there tremendously!

Our Second Stay at this Property

We stayed at this property for our anniversary in June 2023 and again this year since we'd liked it so much. It is very comfortable, quiet, and has a very nice view of the bay. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful: easy to work with. The onsite parking is also a plus!

Great location & Amazing view

The property was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed and linens were wonderful, view is unsurpassed, and in a great, quiet location. If you are considering staying here you will not be disappointed.

Great location, spectacular view

We had a very relaxing stay overlooking Provincetown harbor from a very comfortable balcony. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to keep the windows open and get a nice cross breeze in the bedroom and living area. On the few days we need AC, both units worked well.

Perfect location

The property is not “fancy” but is comfortable and clean and is in the perfect p-town location; right next to the heart of town but not IN the noise and crowds. The view of the bay is magnificent and Michael, as always, is a pleasure.

Birthday weekend stay

The property is exactly as advertised, this is our second time staying here and love the location. The condo has everything you could need for a comfortable home away from home. Michael is easy and prompt with communication. Highly recommended if you want to wake up to expansive bay views during your stay.

Amazing location!

Super location and view! Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Condo is clean and well appointed. AC was much appreciated for the unusually warm days. Check in was simple and the host made sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again next time.

Rooms with a view!

The condo was located in a small complex on the water. It was nice to relax and look out over the water after a busy day! Perfect location that allows you to walk everywhere which is great since parking is difficult in PTown. In addition the hosts were always available before and during the stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Just wow!

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The views are spectacular, access to the beach, restaurants, and shops is fantastic. The view of the sunrise each morning was just captivating. We have been recommending Michael and John's property to all of our friends!! We will absolutely be repeat renters!

Fantastic condo with stunning views of P'town harbor

We just loved this place. We like to cycle to beaches and the other great places in Ptown/Turo (in fact, even though this unit has a parking spot, we never moved our car for the complete week!) and this condo was perfect for that. Love all the windows in the condo as it makes for a lovely morning watching the tide come in/out while drinking a coffee.

We are a Boston couple who love traveling the world. Provincetown is our second home where we will someday retire. In the meantime, we love the opportunity to have guests use our home away from home and experience all that Provincetown has to offer.

Our condo is uniquely situated on Provincetown Harbor in the West End. We are within walking distance to nearly everything and everywhere in town, yet in a quiet setting behind the hustle and bustle of Commercial St. You really can have it all!
