Charming and convenient

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nicely decorated and comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. Lovely view of the water and very convenient to Commercial Street where all the action happens.

Great view and quiet

This unit was so clean! Not the most modern but spotless and full of charm. The view of the sunrise was awesome from the front windows. Parking was simple and the walk to the center of town is only about half a mile - it’s one block from the Boat Slip. The kitchen is functional. The coffee maker is superb. The bed was also clean and cozy, which is not something I’ve come to expect from a vrbo. That was a wonderful surprise. I’d recommend this condo to anyone! Looking forward to another stay.

Get away

We had a quick get away at the start of Women’s week. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. The only thing I would recommend is the condo association add a light on the stairs. My wife fell because she missed the last step because it was too dark. It happened as we were getting ready to leave. Painful ride home.

Sehr gute Lage und schön ruhig.

Sehr gute Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Wasser. Trotz der zentralen Lage absolut ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, aber wenig Ablageflächen im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten aber auch Gepäck für 3 Wochen dabei. Teilweise ist die Ausstattung schon etwas älter.

Cozy with a view

This was a lovely little spot to hang out for a week in. The location was perfect. Not too close but not too far from the action of Commercial St. And when one couldn’t be out and about it was nice to be in with the views of the bay.

Great location, spectacular view

We had a very relaxing stay overlooking Provincetown harbor from a very comfortable balcony. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to keep the windows open and get a nice cross breeze in the bedroom and living area. On the few days we need AC, both units worked well.

Our Second Stay at this Property

We stayed at this property for our anniversary in June 2023 and again this year since we'd liked it so much. It is very comfortable, quiet, and has a very nice view of the bay. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful: easy to work with. The onsite parking is also a plus!

Fantastic condo with stunning views of P'town harbor

We just loved this place. We like to cycle to beaches and the other great places in Ptown/Turo (in fact, even though this unit has a parking spot, we never moved our car for the complete week!) and this condo was perfect for that. Love all the windows in the condo as it makes for a lovely morning watching the tide come in/out while drinking a coffee.

Gorgeous views. Quiet. Great location. No common deck along beach as advertised. Ant problem, unfortunately. Can’t ask for better spot along Commercial St.

Excellent accommodations

The property was exactly as described. No surprises. We purposely looked for a location with a water view because it was winter and we knew we'd be spending a lot of time indoors. We were not disappointed. The view from the living room was gorgeous. I am already looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the deck. We are no strangers to ptown. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee and shows. I highly recommend this space. The hosts have gone to great measures to make it a cozy and comfy home.

Birthday weekend stay

The property is exactly as advertised, this is our second time staying here and love the location. The condo has everything you could need for a comfortable home away from home. Michael is easy and prompt with communication. Highly recommended if you want to wake up to expansive bay views during your stay.

Rooms with a view!

The condo was located in a small complex on the water. It was nice to relax and look out over the water after a busy day! Perfect location that allows you to walk everywhere which is great since parking is difficult in PTown. In addition the hosts were always available before and during the stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Fall Weekend

Michael’s property was perfect for a fall weekend away from New York City. Beautiful views of the harbor and conveniently located in the center of town with a parking space. I would highly recommend this property to any of my friends!

Rain or Shine, This place is FINE!

A wonderful week getaway with all the following: great water views, easy access to downtown restaurants and shops, very clean condo with convenient layout, and excellent communication with the owner. Unfortunately the beautiful common sun deck was inaccessible due to previous damage! Nevertheless, a great week in spite of a few days rain!

A beautiful place to stay...wake up to gorgeous every day!

John and Michael were impeccable hosts. Everything was exactly as advertised, and very clean. There are beautiful views of the harbor, the condo is cozy and quite comfortable for two, and they have every bit of crockery, cookware, and even soap for the dishwasher and laundry. We hope to book the same week next year. Oh, and in spite of its proximity to party venues, it was quite quiet. Just what we wanted for our 11th anniversary week. Yes, if you're hesitating, do book.
