Denna stuga totalrenoverades år 2019 med största omsorg och hantverk. År 2019 var vardagsrum / matsal, kök, sovrum, bostäder och stängsel nymålade.

Inuti hittar du ett noggrant underhållet 400 m² hem. Den halva katedralen taket med två takfönster översvämmer inredningen med naturligt ljus. Köket har helt nya rostfria apparater från 2019, kylskåp och diskmaskin. 5-brännare gasugn är från 2005 och helt ny (2018) tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Två uppsättningar vackra franska dörrar och många fönster möjliggör cirkulation av frisk havsluft och en friluftskänsla under de inspirerande Ptownkvällarna (eller privatliv när det är dags att bosätta sig). En uppsättning franska dörrar leder ut till ett 400 kvm däck som fungerar som ett extra vardagsrum, komplett med nya utemöbler, grillstation och en utomhusdusch (2019). Alla är omgivna av en privat inhägnad gård.

Cute cottage with great backyard

This was a great place and the owner was very responsive. This cottage was perfectly efficient and charming, with parking conveniently located right off the street and a fully gated, pet-friendly fenced area. While there was ample outdoor seating, we weren't able to enjoy it due to inclement weather during our stay. However, our dogs loved the freedom of roaming off-leash. The sleeping quarters were a bit tight but still efficient, and while the bathroom was small, it was adequate, including a compact shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, which was a great plus. There’s also a gas fireplace, though we didn’t use it as we weren’t sure how to operate it. The cottage is about a 15-minute walk to Commercial Street, though extreme caution is needed due to limited sidewalks and close proximity to oncoming vehicles. Overall, this place met all of our needs, and our pups loved it. We would definitely book again!

Always a fun visit

It’s always great staying at this cottage and the host is extremely communicative and responsive to any requests or needs. Having the yard and the deck is an additional bonus that is rare in Provincetown. And the location is great.

PTown Cottage

The property was conveniently located. A great private backyard with an outdoor shower. A/C that worked great especially with the heat and humidity was a blessing. The only thing that would have been nice was a larger bed . Otherwise , we will come back again!

Great spot! Highly recommend!

The cottage was amazing! It was close to the center of town, near the grocery store, had designated parking spot, and the yard was great! We had morning coffee on the deck daily and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Easy access to beaches and not far from rail trail ( they had a good bike rack available to secure your bike). We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem in the Historic District!

We had such a fun week at this hidden cottage! It's pretty much the size of a two-car garage, but every inch of the design maximizes the space. Fantastic! It was very clean and well-appointed. Airy and bright. Private and quiet, even though the cottage is near Rte.6, it didn’t feel like a busy area at all. Central air! We didn't need anything! An added treat was the outdoor space. We loved it! The deck was an additional 400 sq. ft., and the entire yard was fenced in. The outdoor furniture was plentiful and in excellent condition. We brought our pup; not having to leash him and allowing him to explore was a gift. Keith was very responsive during the booking process. We didn’t need to reach him at all during our stay. We’d rent again in a minute! It's the perfect cottage for two to get away from it all.

House is dog friendly and I usually stay in dog friendly vrbo. However, When I walked in the couch was torn, the screen was torn, paw prints all over the doors, floor looked like it was not thoroughly clean. Cabinets needed a good wipe down. Cobwebs everywhere above and 2 shades were broken. I ended up cleaning before I settled in. For the amount of money I pay I expect better conditions. the owner was extremely responsive regarding another matter and the location is ideal along with the outdoor lounge area. Just need to be cognizant of the living space. Better cleaners.

Cottage With Private Yarrd

Very cute cottage, well designed to be comfortable for 2.. The private yard is gorgeous., we regretted that it was too cold to spemd time in. The only difficulty was the parking area. We found it a challenge to turn around and leave when we went out. There is a drop-off of a foot ifvyou back out in rhe wrong spot. Wwe cant imagine how we'd navigate it if we weren't the only car there. But this is a minor issue. The rental icottage s incredibly nice. We'd go back any time.

Clean, cozy cottage in a great location, so close to everything! Cottage had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Ptown Gem

Great little cottage just a perfect distance from busy Commercial Street. Beautiful fenced yard was really a plus for our pup, and the extra outdoor living space is excellent. Nicely updated kitchen had everything we needed for our five day stay. Would highly recommend for a couple or single, and finding a pet friendly location like this was a win.

The yard is perfect for traveling with pets!

We stayed here in December, so didn’t get to use the yard much, but it was perfect for traveling with our two Pomeranians. Having a full, well stocked kitchen was also nice since we were staying in the off/shoulder season. Host is very personable and helpful

Truly Pet Friendly Adorable Accommodation

We searched a lot to find a property that didn't put a weight restriction on our dog. We have a 70 pound lab/shepherd mix that is family and we needed a place that could accommodate him and his little sister. We found such a place here. A nice fenced in yard, great walking paths nearby, and a beach cottage that has everything you would need. The host is super fast and responsive. We already have our next stay booked, we look forward to it!

Nice Place, Nice Host

The property was well-maintained and quiet and had a washer, dryer and heating and air conditioning units all in good working condition. It is a short walk to the center of town. The property has a nice size deck with comfortable furniture. Shortly before my scheduled trip, I became ill and could not travel. The host was very accommodative and rebooked my vacation to a subsequent week of my choosing. I also contacted the host about a small matter and he immediately and pleasantly responded to my concern and addressed the issue. I plan to visit this property again next year.

Private dog-friendly space. Needs some minor fixes.

The outdoor space is great and private. The kitchen was well appointed and the appliances were clean. Our 22 pound dog loved it! Even though the place is dog friendly, it did not smell like “dog” like some places do. While not “in” town the walk to town was not bad at all — and after years of visiting and even owning a place for awhile in Ptown, we never walked around the cemetery before and actually loved that it was part of our daily walks. There were a few, easily fixable negatives: 1. The place could use a deep cleaning and refresh. Specifically, the ceiling fan was covered in so much dust we could not bring ourselves to use it; 2. less of an issue, but would be a plus, is that there is no full length mirror. A minor thing, but when you have an event to go to, having some way to check yourself beforehand would be great; 3. clean towels were provided, but no wash cloths, which, while not a deal-breaker at all, would also be a plus. The property owner/manager was very easy to deal with and was responsive. Thank you.
