Seapines 4 / bed 3 bad Ranch stil hem - inga trappor - ligger i en privat Sea Pines community. Naturlig trädbevuxen utsikt från 2 uteplatser med fina utemöbler för att koppla av och njuta av den naturliga miljön runt omkring dig. På plats gemensam pool och tennisbana ligger mindre än en kvarts mil från hemmet. Också gratis lera domstolstid på en nära av privat klubb. Det är bara 1 mil till de vackra vita sandstränderna. Cyklar ingår och det finns en stor uppfart för parkering. South Beach, Salty Dog Café och Harbour Town ligger en kilometer cykeltur bort. Bilderna säger mer än ord.

HHI trip

Great location! The carpet and window fixtures are a little outdated and not the cleanest looking. There was limited hot water, but we made it work! The kitchen was very clean. The TVS were easy to work. The property manager was very easy to work with. Would recommend this rental!

Very Comfortable House

The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with meal prep and eating equipment. Lots of TVs and places to sit comfortably. Jessica was responsive when contacted. Only minor negative point, especially during a very hot and humid week: getting to the beach was something you had to plan. Non-owners could not park cars at the beach lots between 8-5. So, you either: 1. dropped off your car, before 8am, loaded with your beach equipment 2. drive to the trolley and take it (ran very regularly) 3. biked 4. walked We had early risers who could drive and needed to walk the dog. So, they dropped one of our cars off before 8am, loaded with the beach stuff, then walked the dog back to the house. We used the 2nd car to go to the trolley, some road the bikes and some walked a few times.

Great stay!

Lovely, clean home with great layout and great location in Sea Pines! Loved the nearby community pool and playground. And the beach was just a mile bike ride away on a beautiful bike pathway. We are looking forward to coming back!

Large Home - Had some disappointments

The home was large and matched the description. I would not say the kitchen was well equipped, with no salt/pepper (anything...), with only 1 trash bag and 1 paper towel roll for 6 people. Also, we encountered bugs/ants, even though we didn't leave any food out as recommended. One of the bath/showers appeared to have been missed by the cleaning crew. Also, the jack/jill bath had serious issues with molded, water damaged ceiling sheetrock. The problem was reported to mgmt during day 1 and they did offer to have someone come out that day, but given the size of the damage it would have required a tear out and replacement. We declined the offer and did not use the bathroom. On a positive note, the linens were nice and the 2 bikes worked out great. It's a great house, if the owners would treat it as a home rather than a rental property. We have been staying in HHI for 15+ yrs and rented many properties and regrettably, this is the 1st time I've had to leave a negative review.

Christmas trip

This is the second time we’ve done a trip like this and they’ve gone very well. I would love to find a rental that might include some golfing discounts or benefits.

Nice.

Spacious house for the whole family in quiet neighborhood. We had to clean many dishes/pans before use, placemats needed washing, and property very shady with algae on front walk. Overall good, but not great.

As good as it gets

Place was great for 8 people. Plenty of room to spread out yet nice common areas to gather. Clean and convenient to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Internet never slowed with everyone using it. Never ran out of hot water

We had a great time in Hilton Head. Loved the nature setting of Sea Pines! The house was a great location for all of the activities of the week. Loved the biking trails. We had fun exploring the area!

Fantastic Trip

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend 2022. This house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful. If we decide to go back to Hilton Head we would try to stay here again!

Calm before the Storm

Loved the house. Great location - close enough to bike and walk to Sea Pines and Harbor Town. There is a secret cut thru to the Sea Pines center ( home of truffles and a pizza shop, ice cream etc). We had to leave early before Hurrican Ian ............

Great house.

We found our stay at this location was great. We rented bikes and rode to the beach daily. It was a scenic route where we saw wildlife each day. The house was very roomy and worked out great for our family of eight adults and a toddler. I would highly recommend this property.

House was clean. Carpet very stained. Kitchen and baths are nice which is the most important. As a realtor, I would suggest they install LVP and get rid of carpet, clean up the yard to add curb appeal and do some painting.

Great house in Sea Pines! Perfect communication from owners and the house is good for a larger family. Loved the kitchen, family rooms and outdoor space. The pool, tennis courts were an added bonus. Will def rent again!

So perfect!

This house was so perfect for what we needed. We basically were able to just cruise on in, set up shop like it was our own home, and get the vacation started! I had to reach out to Jessica a few times for clarification on things before we got there, and she was very quick and friendly with responses. The layout of the house was better than I imagined it would be, as 2 of the bedrooms were very well removed from the living and tv areas (and all bedrooms had lots of space and storage!) They’ve done a beautiful job remodeling and updating everything. Our 2 year old daughter was able to take naps and sleep without issue with the adults and 2 rowdy boys up and playing in the large living room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the charcoal grill was exactly what we have at home. The location was perfect as well, being a10ish minute bike ride to the beach, 5 minute bike ride to the pool, and a quick car ride to the grocery store, Harbour Town, and Salty Dogs (we may or may not have gotten ice cream every day….) Lots of extra pillows, blankets, and plenty of towels. The outdoor shower was verrrrry helpful with the kids as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay!

We brought a group of 8 seniors to celebrate their high school graduation and this was the perfect place! Close to everything via walking or rented bicycles on bike paths. The house was perfect for us, and the owners were awesome to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Overall a good experience. The beach equipment was not in great shape, could be replaced. The house was good and the spread out floor plan suited our needs. Beach parking in Sea pines is extremely limited.

Great Property

Lovely house in a nice neighborhood - access to tennis and pool within complex and relatively short bike ride to beach. Property managers are excellent! Have rented from them for years at various Seapine properties and never disappointed! Plus, plus great kitchen space and open floor plan. Strongly recommend!

Excellent home in central location!

This house is perfect for a large family or two families traveling. It has all the comforts you would need, plenty of books to read, and plenty of places for everyone to "get comfy" without being on top of one another. We opted to rent our own bikes from Peddling Pelicans which was great. Greenwood Forest is a ten minute bike ride to Harbor Town or the Beach Club, which is super convenient. Will be back!

Beautiful home in beautiful setting

We stayed here and attended the RBC golf tournament The house had everything we needed in terms of linens, soaps, kitchen, etc. it is spacious indoors and has great outdoor areas. We could walk to and from the tournament and anything else we needed was a short drive or bike ride away. The property owners were helpful and responsive.

This house felt like home!

I LOVED this house for my annual trip to the island. In fact, it was so perfect for me and my needs, that I quickly contacted Jessica to see if I could secure it for next year! The floor plan was perfect for when my kids and grandkids came to visit. Kitchen and living areas separate from the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were also very nice, not cramped. And the new countertops in the kitchen were gorgeous! The kitchen was very well equipped, and the appliances were top notch. The outdoor patio area was perfect for afternoon drinks and snacks, and I just loved walking through the neighborhood with my dogs. A very quiet peaceful area of the island. The only negative comment I would make concerns the neighborhood association pool. It was open to swimming on April 1, but nothing was done to prepare the pool for swimming. The water was full of leaves, and one young swimmer busied herself scooping up nets full of them. You are better off driving over to South Beach and swimming there. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property in Sea Pines.

Excellent Property and Communication

This was perfect for a quick family getaway! Everything in the home was exactly as pictured. Was plenty of space for my family of 7. I did need to reach out to Jessica as my mother in law got locked out of the house and Jessica answered almost immediately and was able to help me communicate the code back to the mother in law. Thank you for hosting your property and hopefully can continue to stay here as king as it’s available!
