Inside, youâll find two inviting living areas â a spacious main living room and a separate sunroom with stylish furnishings â along with a fully stocked, modern kitchen and updated outdoor living space complete with a gas grill, ideal for family cookouts or relaxing evenings. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and four complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, as well as four backpack beach chairs for a day on the sand.
Situated in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines, this home provides quick access to the community pool, tennis courts, and playground just a block away, while maintaining a serene and private atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Its central location makes it easy to ride your bike or drive to Harbor Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina Village, and the Sea Pines Center shopping plaza, which offers boutiques, dining, and more.
