Lake House - 100 fötter från vattnet

Detta är en välskött stuga och har ett komplett kök, tre sovrum, två badrum och skärmad i veranda, ett stort däck och tillgång till två kajaker. Det kan sova upp till 6 personer och har användning av en privat delad strand med stolar och en flotte, bara 100 meter bort! Vi erbjuder också alla sängkläder och handdukar.

Vi har bara lagt till en utomhusdusch!

Newfound Lake är en av de vackraste och renaste sjöarna i New Hampshire. Vår strand har en flotta och är perfekt för simning. (Kartan visar att vi är på Mayhew Island, vi är på fastlandet mittemot det.)

Tyvärr har vi inte tillgång till båtförtöjning.

Lovely Cabin Experience

Paradise at the lake.

I don’t want to rave too much because I want the cottage to be available next summer! It was especially heavenly the first part of our week—for 5 days we had no neighbors and had the small private beach to ourselves. I can see that things can get very busy, and become a bit less relaxing when barking dogs and yelling kids show up!

Great stay!

We did not spend a lot of at the house, and most of our time on the lake! The house was good for what we needed it for, sleeping! There is no air conditioning, so plan accordingly! There are fans, but it was still hot. Not a lot of air movement. You also need to walk through one bathroom and a bedroom to get to the “master” bedroom

Laconia Bike Week 100

We enjoyed the property very much. The house was nice and very clean and cozy. We were not as close to the bike activities as we preferred but that was more an issue of timing as closer properties were not available and this was not the fault of the owner here. However that being said, it was a very nice experience. The only fly in the ointment was the access road to the property. For a motorcycle it was very difficult, even borderline impassable due to recent rain and rutting in the road. The owner was able to provide a solution by directing us to a cut through to another road, which was in better shape. There was no washer/dryer which caused some inconvenience but that fault lies with me for not checking prior to rental. Overall, this is a nice property and a nice neighborhood. However, I would caution if you are traveling for bike week and traveling on a bike, then you may wish to examine this property more closely. Otherwise it was a positive experience and the owner was very helpful.

Weekend getaway during peak foliage

Or stay at Jim's cabin was lovely. Access to the lake was quick and easy, and the outdoor shower was a perfect addition to an already wonderful rental.

Heaven on Earth

What a fantastic getaway! The place itself is so peaceful and made for relaxing. I got the kayaks out and had a great time on the water. Read the notebook they left-- perfect tips for where to kayak, where to hike, where to eat. I slept like a rock and enjoyed the fresh air and the quiet. It really restored my soul! Thanks so much!

Great place. Awesome location.

This was one of the best vacations my wife and I have taken. The cottage was great. Being across the street from the private beach and the lake made it even better. We completely enjoyed our week's stay. The area was was very peaceful. Sitting on the deck and seeing the water was one of our favorite things. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Overall excellent experience.

Great Family Vacation Cottage

Property was very clean and checking in was a snap. Cottage is very cozy and comfortable for the family. Lake is right across the lane with private beach. Outdoor and living spaces were large for family to come have dinner. Overall an excellent stay!

Great cottage

We had a blast at the cottage this weekend. It was quiet and was great location to walk down to the beach or down the road to grab last minute grocery items! Loved having kayaks available as well- will definitely be back.

Great Stay on New Found Lake

Great rustic cabin… just 100 feet from the lake and very convenient to town. The house was funny equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our host Jim was very nice and accommodating. He was always available to answer all of our questions at anytime.

Fun lake times

We were happy to find a place that offered a short stay option with lake access, Small beach, kayak etc. The cottage is small but packs a lot into one space and the porch areas are nice for water viewing. There are definitely things that could use some more love with small effort to make things nicer like fixing the shower head askew or upgrading the cheap quality sheets or mattresses. But for a relative bargain compared to other options we were happy with our stay.

Cozy lakeside stay in great location

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! Enjoyed access to the kayaks, nearby hikes and biking along the west side of the lake, and a visit to Sculpture Rocks and the White Mountains. Great location!
