Vi välkomnar dig till The Knoll Inn³, en främre radstuga vid Newfound Sands (tidigare känd som Bungalo Village). Vakna till ljudet av ler på vattnet och se dimman lyfta från sjön när du smutar kaffe på verandan. Ta sedan en strandstol och gå till Cummings Beach bara några steg från stugan för att njuta av lite kul i solen. På kvällen kan du njuta av en solnedgångsmåltid i Ledge Water Steak House eller gå vidare till Kathleen's Cottage, som utsågs till bästa irländska pub i NH, allt inom några minuter från stugan.

Kabinen har många moderna uppdateringar, inklusive ett kök med ugn och kylskåp i storleken, skjutbara vinylfönster, elektrisk spis och kaklat dusch. Stugan är utrustad med en queen size-säng och en fullständig hopfällbar futon, samt en HD-TV och smart Blu-Ray / DVD-spelare med tillhandahållet Netflix-konto. Det finns ingen kabel-TV.

Cabin at the lake

We have stayed in this cabin before. We had a nice time. Netflix hardly ever worked & they need a new coffee maker, it leaks everywhere

Perfect place to relax and recharge

From coffee and online newspapers in the morning to a glass of wine and a book in the evening the rocking chair on the porch overlooking the lake is a little piece of heaven on earth. Add to that a swim in the lake each day and it makes for a perfect week. The cabin is clean, well setup. Fans provided to keep the air comfortable. Wifi and a TV provided for indoor entertainment. This year it was the Olympics :) Can’t wait to go back to the cabin on the lake.

Honeymoon Cottage

We had the best time spending quality time on our honeymoon at the Knoll Inn 3. The property was clean and equipped with fans To keep us cool at night. Along with all of the essentials we needed for cooking etc. This home is in an Awesome little community with one of the best views. We can’t wait to come back next year! Much Thanks so much to the owners for renting this beautiful little spot for others to enjoy this beautiful view!

Quaint and Beautiful Near the Water

The Cottage was Cute and Quaint & My Wife was pleased with the Fireplace Heater that warmed up the little nest really nicely and kept it comfortable all of the stay. The classic DVD collection was a nice little bonus and We enjoyed a few while waiting for the sun to show up. We'll the Sun never did but We still enjoyed our time there very much . We definitely plan on coming back for a stay with some sunshine and warmth the next time . Thank you so much , Stephen & Shannie

Another great vacation

Another great stay for our annual family vacation. Adding a cottage to our other rentals is perfect and my sister and her husband love this one - so cozy and well furnished. And love the front row seat to the lake - beautiful views and an easy walk across the street. Thanks - we’ll be back!

Almost perfect

We have been to this village of cabins as kids and were very excited to find some for rent. We arrived to find the same peace and tranquility I experienced as a child. Its a beautiful place. We asked the owners to have the cabin professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. We paid extra for it. Upon our arrival we found coffee cups that had dried coffee in the bottom, blood on the mattress cover and pots under the kitchen sink and toilet tank to catch drips. The one box fan had a short in the switch and the one kitchen chair has been broken for years and apparently repaired by a tenant several years ago according to reviews. We discussed this with the owners and they reimbursed us for the lack of cleaning. That being said.....I give this 5 stars for ambiance but 1 star for cleanliness. I honestly feel the owners need to come up more often to make sure the place is kept clean, not once a year as some people reported.

Fabulous place to enjoy a good book on the porch whole enjoying the lake view. Great fishing.

Needs some work.

The screen door, and inside door need to be replaced. There are a lot of gaps, and the wood appears rotted in places. The large box fan did not work, and the small oscillating fan was rather useless. We also had a lot of problems with the tv. Most of the time, service of any kind was unavailable. My husband was also disappointed that there was no local fishing. Also, the wood chairs inside were in poor condition. We actually had to glue one of them because the back pulled out of the seat. Now the positive: the unit was very clean, the location was perfect, and we would visit again, just not THAT unit. We also think their should be a/c available. We left early, because the temperature was going to be in the 90's. Saturday and Sunday (25th and 26th of June) were extremely warm, and sleeping was difficult.

Perfect size and location

I was traveling by myself and this cottage was the perfect fit. Close to all the activities but quiet enough when you wanted to get away. Clean, comfortable, and very well equipped for a small space. Front porch with a cold beer watching the sunset was a great way to end the day.

3rd Visit. Still perfect getaway

This was our 3rd year staying at this property (‘19, ‘21, ‘22). The rental is a perfect weekend getaway. The cabin has beautiful lake views. All the amenities you could need. And Bristol has so many little quirks to explore. The addition of the two rocking chairs this year was such a welcomed touch. My favorite moments are enjoying coffee or drinks on the covered porch. Can’t wait for next year!

Nice location. Beautiful view. Only complaint is it was not clean when we arrived

This was a perfect little love shack for a romantic getaway with our kayaks. The view was great, the price was right and we were ok with the tiny size. Only complaint was it was not clean. Apparently the previous person should have cleaned and they did not. Every dish we used had to be washed before use. The table was sticky. And it was not a huge deal but the layout of the place did not match the pictures. We enjoyed our time but would not go back due to the cleanliness..

Weekend in NH

Convenient location with beautiful lake view! Had everything needed for NH marathon weekend. Upon arrival one of the kitchen table chairs was broken and the floor lamp switch didn’t work but for the two us we got by. Shower could definately been cleaner and kitchen counter as well. Didn’t take away from our stay!

Our Little Piece of Heaven!

Second time staying , but this time we rented for two weeks instead of just one. We love it! Bungalow is perfect. Clean, well equipped, amazing views of the lake and right across the street from the beautiful beach.

family time

The view and the location is amazing and the cottage is nice but small . We did enjoy the bonding.. The swimming and the property was very nice. I wish there would have been AC(some times needed). It was so peaceful and the views were beautiful every day. I want to thank the Nolans for sharing their cottage with us. Take care:)
