Denna soliga ljusa mysiga fristÄende privata strandhus med central luftkonditionering och uppvÀrmning rymmer 2 till 6 personer. Master bedroom svit har king size-sÀng med eget master badrum, andra sovrum med queen size-sÀng och frÀmre rum med queen size sovvagn soffa. För smÄbarn har vi ett pack och spelar bassin. Vi erbjuder en svalare för din picknick pÄ stranden, parasoller, strandstolar och badlakan. Fullt utrustat helt nytt kök med granitbÀnk. Köksredskap, krukor, kokkÀrl, kaffebryggare, toast, blender, burköppnare, korkskruv finns alla i stugan.

Byggdes 1920-talet, omfattande moderniserad, marmorgolv, 2 sovrum, 2 badrum med marmorduschar, modernt kök med bÀnkskivor i granit, sida vid sida kylskÄp, inbyggd mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin, köksbÀnk, öppet vardagsrum med svÀngbar 55 "TV med Netflix, Amazon, Free TV. Dekorativ eldstadsmantel. Inbyggd tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare.

Det finns tvÄ uteserveringar och fri parkering utanför gatan som rymmer en RV och bil eller tvÄ bilar tandem och en allmÀn parkering framför. Strandparkering kan kosta upp till $ 25 per dag, sÄ det hÀr Àr en stor besparing genom att hyra detta speciella strandhus.

GÄ 10 minuter söderut lÀngs stranden till restauranger och kvÀllsunderhÄllning festligheter pÄ Pier 60. Vandra norrut lÀngs stranden för att nÄ Caladesi Island, en av de sista outvecklade barriÀröarna pÄ East Coast of Florida.
Du kan hitta nÄgot billigare pÄ fastlandet eller pÄ en kanal, men hÀr Àr du pÄ stranden. Ingen stress i kampen mot stranden trafik, hitta en parkeringsplats, betala en parkeringsavgift upp till $ 25 per dag, packa upp, och gör sedan samma sak dag efter dag. Vid regn Àr det bara en minuts promenad tillbaka till huset.

Om du gillar att vandra, gÄ norrut lÀngs stranden till Caladesi Island State Park, en av de sista outvecklade barriÀrerna i Mexikanska golfen. Det tar lite över en timme, förbi stranden herrgÄrdarna. Caladesi Island Àr nu förenad med Clearwater Island, Àven om vissa kartor fortfarande visar de tvÄ separerade. Det finns naturstigar pÄ ön som har en skogsrangerstation och tre klimatzoner: en palmettskog, en tallskog och en hÀngmattakock. HÀr Àr en arial utsikt frÄn North Clearwater Beach till Caladesi Island.

Excellent location and comfortable home. Steps from the beach at a quieter part. Only recommendation would be having coffee filters and starter coffee. Would sure stay here again!

Nice cottage with everything you may need. Very clean. Mary was super helpful when TV remote didn't work. Very nice short walk to beach. Beach to south was best because more private beach and not so crowded. Found lots of nice shells and sand dollars. Would stay here again and recommend.

Cute and clean bungalow. We unfortunate didn’t have our friends with us due to a fall by one of them but we enjoyed our stay. Weather did not cooperate but we were able to take a couple of walks on the very clean beach The ad for bungalow said 40 paces from beach but far more but close enough

The house is great and has everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and the place was spotless! We loved having a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms. The close proximity to the beach was the best part for us. We were also able to walk to some shops and restaurants but were far enough away from the center of town to feel like we had some privacy and quiet. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone and if we return to the area, I’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect. All the amenities needed for the beach were provided. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and had everything we needed. We would definitely book another stay here in the future!!

Great Location

Walt’s place was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, yet tucked away from the crowds. The house was clean and stocked with all the beach gear you’d need for a fun day in the sun.If you’re planning to cook, be sure to bring or pick up your own seasonings, as none were provided. That said, the rest of the amenities more than made up for it!

Quick Family Beach Trip

We arrived early and was able to check-in with no problems. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and adorable! We loved sitting in the little fenced front yard in the evenings. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer. Everything was well within walking distance for us, including the beach. We had a lovely trip and can’t wait to go back!

The cottage was a perfect location for the short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and toys were a great addition for out of state travelers. Mary was super responsive when we had questions during our stay. Overall, 10 out of 10. The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. We enjoyed our stay very much, thanks Walt!

My family and I arrived on Friday after spending a week in Orlando and I must say
. It was exactly what we needed! Very clean, spacious home that we could easily relax in. The beach is literally a 20 second walk and that part of the beach is calm and relaxing without people sitting on top of you. My son and I played baseball on the beach with plenty of room to spare. They also provide all the amenities you need to relax at the beach. No need to bring your own! This place is a must stay. The ease of checking in and out was great. There’s a couple ceiling fans that need balancing and the driveway needs to be cut back so you can get in and out of your car but those things were just not all that important in the end. If you want somewhere to really relax and enjoy your time, this is the place.

Absolutely perfect

The cottage is just as described except it was more than described as to location. Host exceeded expectation with cleanliness and starter supplies. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room watching movies and the proximity to the beach is amazing. Worth every penny. We will definitely use again if we return to the area.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

You may find something cheaper on the intercoastal, on the mainland or on a canal, but here you are on the beach. No stress in fighting beach traffic, finding a parking place, paying a parking fee up to $25 per day, packing up, then doing the same thing day after day. In case of rain, it is only a one minute walk back to the house. off street private driveway on left side, next to house. Enough space for an RV and a car, or tthree compact cars.
