Rymligt nyrenoverat och uppdaterat kök med nya rostfria vitvaror. Första vÄningen queen sovrum med tillgÄng till badrum. Stort dÀck med utsikt över sjön med infÀllbar markis och gasgrill. Den tredje vÄningen har en stor master svit med master badrum inklusive jetted badkar. Den lÀgre nivÄn har ett stort andra vardagsrum perfekt för barnen att umgÄs. Soffan har en dragmadrassmadrass. TvÄ sovrum, en drottning med tillgÄng till badrum och ett sovrum med tvÄbÀddsrum. GÄ ut till sjön och njut av paddla boarding, vÄr paddla bÄt och kajak plus mÄnga flottor och uppblÄsbar ö med MP3-högtalare. Framför vÄr enhet Àr Pemi floden utmÀrkt för fiske. Den nÀrliggande klubbhuset har en stor inomhus uppvÀrmd pool / badtunna omrÄde, racquetball domstolar, stort stort rum med spelbord. PÄ vintern finns en utomhusbana och Deer Park erbjuder gratis transfer till Loonbergen.

Wonderful Stay at Deer Park!We had an amazing time at this spacious condo on the lake at Deer Park! It was perfect for our crew of 10. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of bath and pool towels provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep easy for our group. We also enjoyed using the grill and all the great pool and lake amenities, fun for both kids and adults!

This property was wonderfully located, impeccably clean, and lots of room for everyone...enjoyed a 4 generation get together long weekend and all had a great time. The pool is huge and very convenient in the nearby clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific location and home

Terrific location just off 93 and very convenient for hiking. Home is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and try to rebook as needed.

Beautiful Home and perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Their home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean! It’s in a perfect location, right on the lake, river is behind the home and it’s very close to the indoor pool/ rec center! We would definitely stay here again!

Skiing with the family

We rented this condo for two nights for a family ski trip for 9, children and adults. The condo is very attractive, and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room, very comfortable, wonderful fireplace. Only minutes to Loon Mountain. The Clubhouse has a very nice pool and other activities. It sits on a pretty pond. We all highly recommend it.

Perfect space and perfect location.

The property was amazing! Great central location to everything the White Mountains have to offer. House had every amenity you could need, right on the lake with access to kayak, paddleboards and floats. Great community with short simple trails leading to the river. Probably my best stay in NH yet!

Deer Park is super convenient to everything and Kristen's place is in the best spot. Awesome addition of the bunk room downstairs too. Place is always in great shape and she is accessible when you need her. We'll be back next year.

Family vacation

I’ve been going to Deer Park off and on for 7 years this home was amazing. The owner was wonderful. The inside was very clean and was supplied with anything you would’ve needed. Perfect view of mountain and beach and had a great time with all the paddle boards , floats and paddle boat. Highly recommend!

We've stay in several units at Deer Park and this was by far the nicest property we've experienced. Great location on the water, with mountain views. Unit appears to have been recently updated. Nice amenities! Very clean! Communication with the owner was easy. Quick response to all of my inquiries. Will rent this unit again.

Immaculate Condo
