The host was amazing he was helping us a lot whenever we had difficulty with anything. Was communicating when needed without any hesitation. Amazing property very clean .

We had a great stay for our family ski weekend. John is a very responsive and warm host. Having the rec center so close was awesome for the members of the family who dont ski all day/every day. The condo is well stocked with games/puzzles and very comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality!

Excellent family get away!

Perfect apartment for a family vacation and great amenities. Host is excellent and the property is clean and well maintained. We have stayed here more than once now and they have been consistent year to year.

Lovely time at the lake,

The owner is very available and communicative, which makes the stay very enjoyable. It is right on the river, so it’s quite a beautiful site.

We loved this spacious property and all of the amenities that came with it! John ensured that we had plenty of bracelets and passes for unlimited use of the pond at the resort, the gaming room, the gym, the pool, and the hot tub! We had all the linens and dishes that we needed to treat it as a home away from home. It allowed us ample space for the 4 of us - myself, my husband, and our 2 young adult children. There were smart TVs in 2 bedrooms and the living room. And there was a binder full of instructions - including things to do for any season in the area!We truly had a wonderful stay at this property - which was located right on the river so that we could hear the water streaming while the windows were open. We also enjoyed the porch which allowed us to look right down into the river. Lastly, we were situated between Lincoln and Woodstock - so lots of activities right within reach at the White Mountains. Thank you!!

Perfect fit for our family

Our place was the prefect fit for our family and had the amenities that we were looking for and needed. Place was very clean and comfortable to stay in. View was beautiful and peaceful.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at John's condo for a long weekend of skiing at Loon. John's very thorough welcome guide made our experience so easy from check-in throughout our stay and to check-out. The condo was spacious and so convenient to the mountain and to many restaurants and activities. The kids loved the recreation center with the pool and hot tub. We'd love to return.

Condo was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. Great location right on the river

Upon arrival we were very disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. We were looking forward to relaxing in it after a day on the slopes.

Lovely location - great condo

Condo was perfect for us. Clean cozy and comfortable. Mattress were excellent, showers , appliances and bathroom all very good. Indoor pool very nice and clean. Club house was very good as well. Would absolutely stay again. Beautiful river view.

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and three small children had a great time staying at this condo in Deer Park! It was clean, comfortable, well organized, and stocked with all the essentials. The view of the river on the back balcony was stunning, and my kids loved hopping on the rocks by that river. The pool and all the amenities was just what we needed. Great central spot to so many attractions! We’ll be back!

Great Condo at Deer Park

This condo has a perfect view of the river and is a short walk to the main building, lake, and tennis courts. The condo is well-maintained and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The owner provided great communication and information about the condo and Deer Park. We had a great stay and would go back again!
