Gull Reef 633 ligger i Gull-Reef-byggnaden i Tybees Beachside Colony och är ett lägenhet med 3 sovrum och 2 badrum som har en delvis havsutsikt från den privata balkongen. Vakna upp med kaffe på balkongen eller linda ner på kvällen och bevittna solnedgångens färger i den friska luften på balkongen. Njut av alla fördelarna med boende i resort-stil med tillgång till stranden bara några steg från poolen. Beachside Colony Resort har tre små pooler inklusive en uppvärmd pool (Tybees enda uppvärmda pool). Byggnaden har tillgång till hiss. Du kommer att ligga tvärs över gatan från Memorial Park med en lekplats, volleybollplaner, basketplaner, tennisbanor och biblioteket och YMCA och en populär restaurang och lounge vid stranden med gratis WIFI-internetanslutning.

Den öppna vardags- och matplatsen är varm och inbjudande. Det smakfullt inredda vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV och en soffa med drottning. Den moderna designen har en öppen planlösning med balkong. Matsalen har ett matbord med plats för 4 och en frukostbar med plats för 4. Köket har också uppdaterats med alla nya apparater. Köket är fullt utrustat tillsammans med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Master-sviten är möblerad med en king size-säng, en platt-TV och har tillgång till balkongen och ett bifogat badkar. Det helt nya huvudbadrummet är utrustat med dubbla tvättställ och en stor skräddarsydd tegelplatta. Det finns ytterligare två gästrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och ett med 2 enkelsängar. Varje rum har en platt-TV. Det finns WIFI internetuppkoppling för gäster i denna lägenhet. Det finns parkering för 2 fordon. OBS: Större SUV: er kanske inte får plats på parkeringsplatser - särskilt inte under högsäsong / högsäsong.

Beachside Colony erbjuder poolvärme mellan månaderna oktober-mars. Poolvärme finns endast i en pool och värms ut baserat på väder och mekanik och är inte en garanterad bekvämlighet. Denna lägenhet är inte husdjursvänlig.

Great place

Location was great with a younger family. Not to close or to far from the hustle of downtown Tybee. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect

Condo was clean, well stocked kitchen to make meals, beds were comfortable and location was perfect. Pool was a little smaller than pictured but great none the less. Adjoining restaurant to the property was great, really great food…and having the bar area was great for a fun drink after the beach.

First Tybee Family vacation

This was the absolute best resort that we’ve stayed in this year. The condo was a perfect location! Easy parking every single day that we ventured out. Super friendly staff! This was our first time visiting Tybee Island. We will definitely be back AND stay here. 100% recommend

First visit to Tybee

Very nicely located property. Nice accommodations. I would return. Pool area and Deck bar was awesome! Close to Savannah and an overall great trip. Only complaint was compared to other stays at other VRBO locations it was not very personalized. It would have been nice to have coffee.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great! We loved the pool area and having a bar/restaurant right there on site. Our only complaint is that the master bed was very stiff and hard. Not sure if maybe it’s brand new, but a foam mattress topper would probably do wonders for it.

The pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. The location is close to the pool and beach. Private parking is a bonus. A few issues occurred and they were handled promptly. The maintenance tech was professional, courteous, and friendly!

Family vacay

I will say it was super easy to book. The property was great, loved to have a microwave; unless in overlooked one. The walk-in in shower in master was a blessing , accessible for my ages mom to shower. The other bathroom a little small but ok for the young folks. Bri g your own soft mattress topper for yourself if you like less firm mattress. Loved restaurant on site , but the wait for your food is a bit slow, maybe staff issues. Food did come and was hot. Thanks for all the staffing at TVR. LaVarr Would rent again

Great girls trip!

This was a great location for our annual girls' trip. The location to the beach was close with access to a beach chair rental company right onsite. Enjoyed spending time at the cafe/bar right onsite, as well. Able to walk to several restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Would definitely do it again!

Enjoyable experience

Likes - proximity to beach, bar/restaurant by the pool was good. Condo itself was clean and spacious Dislikes (all very minor dislikes)- parking instructions weren’t very clear. Living room TV didn’t connect to internet (tried about 500 times), no full length mirror, pools weren’t the cleanest.

Quiet little island!

This was our first visit to Tybee and we were very impressed! The island is not commercialized at all but there is plenty of good places to eat. The condo was top notch. Located on the middle of the island we could get around quickly. Rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our family. Only draw back was the small pools, but who needs a pool when you have an entire ocean?!?! We will definitely go back to this condo.

Super Clean and Steps to the Beach

The beautiful, spacious condo was clean and nicely decorated. The pools were clean as well and the onsite restaurant was great for a quick bite without leaving the area. The property is less than a one-mile walk to the pier. There was a party atmosphere, and it did get noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Would absolutely recommend.

Good location on the beach.

Overall the place was ok. During this time of COVID-19 though management was extremely unfair. They refused to refund us and said we could change our reservation until the end of the year. Later they changed their policy to an entire year, but never told us. Half our family couldn't attend. The place was fine, had a mold smell when you entered. If everyone had been there it would have been too small. I wouldn't rush back if there were other options.

Great stay!

I would recommend this rental property. The proximity to the beach could not be beat and this end of the island is nice and quiet. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space and everyone was comfortable sleeping. The included amenities were all nice and functional. We really appreciated that all the switches for lights and fans were labeled.
