Great stay!

The room was great. Super clean. Not far from the beach and The Island Club was super nice overall. It was a perfect area for a family trip. Peaceful and relaxing like a vacation should be.

Excellent property

We have stayed at Isalnd Club many times, and this was another excellent experience for us! So close to the beach, freat amenities, plenty of room, excellent location. We would definitely choose this unit again!

Great Location

The unit was in a great location, close enough to take a short walk to the beach and yet was located so it was a quiet area with plenty of space to other units. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with supplies and had everything you need for the kitchen. I loved the back deck overlooking the lagoon.

Ended up well

We had a problem with our original booking but Vacasa made it right, ensuring our requirements were met to our satisfaction. This property has great access to the beach, fun rec facilities and unit is fully equipped. It would have been nice to have the hot tub available. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

This villa is conveniently located steps away from the beach and minutes away from shopping!! Kids enjoyed the playground before walking out to the beach. The villa was nicely decorated with new Funiture. Relaxing on the deck hearing the water fountain flowing in the pond is the perfect way to end the day.

Disappointing

We would not choose to stay here again. The unit itself was disappointing for the price. The couches and throw rugs were absolutely disgustingly stained. The second bedroom that my daughters stayed in- the window did not lock. The master bedroom bathroom had very low water pressure. The sink constantly leaked in the second bedroom bathroom. Not sure how well Vacasa cleans either. There were gun magazines with bullets found in the cleaning closet. A head shaver found in the master bedroom bathroom. Women’s clothes found in the closet there as well. A health insurance card was found in the kitchen in plain sight. The couches and beds had was appeared to be crumbs on the sheets. The property has an overall dirty old feeling to it. We’ve been coming down to HHI for 10 years and our first time with Vacasa and this is the only unit we’ve ever had cleanliness issues with. We also got locked out of the unit on our 2nd day and had to wait out in the blazing heat for customer service to send a new code.

The resort is great. This home has a lot of wear and tear.

Super resort. Housekeeping was decent but the couches, drapes, walls, corners, decorative pillows all dirty. Patio door lock broken! Ack. Needs some TLC.

Nice resort.

The resort was really nice. The room was comfortable and nice. The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the front load washer had mold inside. However, I went to rent it for next year and the price was much higher so we didn’t book again.

Nice location, issues with condo though.

This is not our first stay at Island Club, but our first in this condo. I would not stay at this specific condo again. The location to the beach and pool was great, but we had quite a few issues. The ceiling was leaking from the bathroom upstairs in to the kitchen. They came and looked at it, but didn't fix anything or update us. The fridge wouldn't stay up to temp but the freezer was way too cold. Adjusting the temps didn't fix anything. Vacasa never sent anyone to look at the fridge and all our food spoiled. The bathroom upstairs in the master needs a lot of work. It was moldy and outdated. It needed a good deep cleaning. Vacasa did call and offer another cleaning, but we had already been there for a day or two and I just said forget it at that point. Internet was fast, kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There was a deck box with beach items, that was a nice touch, but they seemed broken. Overall, I'm disappointed in the way our issues were (not) handled, having a leak, and losing our food due to a malfunctioning fridge.

Great week

We had a wonderful week. Weather was perfect. The u it was wonderful, too. Our only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was way too soft. There were no batteries in two of the remotes. I called Vacasa in the first day we were there and they said someone would bring it right over. They never did. Overall it was a great stay, and if a new mattress is purchased, we will be back!

Perfect setting!

The Island Club is wonderful because you have easy access to all the activities you can possibly want to do; ocean, pool, tennis, basketball, playground and biking.

At the Beach

This property is a very short walk to a great beautiful beach!!!! The beach was perfect. The property needs a major updating and deep cleaning!! Master bed very uncomfortable. Showers had mold in them, was very disappointed on the unit!!

We loved our stay at this townhouse. It was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of all the necessary supplies (linens, kitchenware, paper goods, etc.). The location is terrific! It’s a short and easy walk to the beach and the pool. Having bike rentals right on site is also very convenient as Hilton Head has amazing bike trails to take advantage of. The deck out back is right on the lagoon and a great place for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the location of this very nicely furnished condo. Parking right in front of the unit was great. We also loved that right out the door to the left is a nice grill location. The condo was very comfortable for 6 people and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the great pool at this property and the easy walk to the beach. It was great that a tent and beach chairs were available to use from the property owners. Another big plus is bike rentals are available for the best price we found, right on the property. Get them on the first day or they may run out. The whole complex is really beautiful at night too. We would stay at this property again.

Look no further, this unit was awesome! Extremely clean and spacious, we loved the fact that both bedrooms and 2 full baths were upstairs away from main living; felt like a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen (with grills just outside the front door) for easy meal prep, half bath downstairs, nice living area and the back patio with a ‘front seat’ view of the lagoon with a relaxing fountain. Walk to private beach access was 3-4 minutes, 2-minute walk to an impressive pool area, and many tennis courts right next to the pool. Bike trails, shopping, restaurants, and golf all around. You could pay a lot more for an ‘ocean view’, but the ocean is SO CLOSE we walked to it with no effort at all. We will absolutely be back next year!!!

Horrible Stay

Guest bedroom and kitchen had bugs, master bathroom shower curtain was molded and toilet did not flush properly, had uninvited guests barged into the condo without knocking and barely spoke English, come to find out they were the cleaning crew that came on the wrong day.
