Summer House är det perfekta fritidshuset för hela familjen att samla! Denna vackert renoverade, enda historia egendom ligger i North Forest Beach, bara en kort promenad till havet.

När du går genom ytterdörren hälsas du med en öppen planlösning, kustinredning, gratis WiFi och massor av naturligt ljus. Det välutrustade köket har bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror, en Keurig kaffebryggare och en omslagsbana för enkel konversation. Matplatsen har plats för åtta, med ytterligare sex barstolar vid köksdisken.

Vardagsrummet är bekvämt inrett med plantageluckor, två soffor och en TV med DVD-spelare. Pooldäcket kan nås genom skjutdörrarna, samt genom dörrar i sovrummet och en av drottningens sovrum.

Det fantastiska poolområdet kommer att ge timmar av njutning! Lounge stolar och två matsalsar omger poolen själv, medan en täckt bar med en gasgrill, en handfat och barstolar är säker på att behaga. Poolterrassen har även en utomhusdusch för extra bekvämlighet efter en dag på stranden.

Måste vara 25 år eller äldre att hyra.

Pooluppvärmning är tillgänglig mot en avgift från september till maj. Arrangemang måste göras före ankomst.

The house itself was wonderful. The location was great, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The only thing I would say is the management company was not so accommodating. I asked for an early check-in and they denied my request saying there were previous guests, but it is clear there were not. Also, the website includes a hot tub, which is inoperable.

Beautiful house close to beach access.

This house fit our needs for a family vacation. We loved the layout, location and pool. For the size of this house, the driveway is inadequate which would be the reason we would be hesitant to rebook.

Nice house for our family vacay

The house footprint and size worked very well for our group of 17 adults and children. Location was excellent. Kitchen was pretty well-equipped for our large family meals. Pool was nice, but the rough stone edges and upper walls were a bit concerning with children around. House needs some minor maintenance and upkeep, but the problems did not prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Limited Parking. No beach towels for a pool/beach house.

We loved the pool. Enjoyed the wonderful beach access. Spacious home with plenty of dishes for everyone. Close to everything. We loved it!!!!

Perfect for a Family Trip

Our family of 15 fit perfectly with plenty of space. The set up was exactly what we needed - offering enough space for us to spread out and community areas for us to all be together. The kitchen and grill made it possible for us to cook family meals. The pool was warm, clean and spacious! The beach is a short walk through a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and it is just a scenic mile walk into town to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and would certainly return.

We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated and it was not heated when we arrived. We had to turn the heat on ourselves and took hours to heat up for us to use the hot tub but would cool off when the controller would turn off. Pool was decent temp, finally, the day we checked out, which was disappointing.One of the showers was not in working order and we were not informed of it prior to our stay. That was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked this stay due to the amount of people we were traveling with. Vacasa was very prompt on getting back to me but the host was poor with communication. Location was not far from the beach and was walking distance. Not a far drive from the Coligny Plaza.

Nice House for a Family Vacay

The property was excellent and suited our large group quite well. The house was comfortable and kitchen was mostly well equipped. We noticed upon check-in several small flaws that require simple maintenance - closet doors not mounting in track correctly, showerhead missing for one of the outdoor showers for example After several days, several toilets would not stop running since flapper valves were old and needed replacing. The pool, while nice, has very rough edges and upper wall that resulted in a few scraped legs. Minor, but worth commenting on.

Summer House

A group of ten women got together to celebrate our birthdays. We loved the house with its spaciousness, ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor bbq and pool. Our only complaint was the trash from the previous guests was overflowing outside and it took three days to get someone to take care of it

Modified stay

Although my husband and I, and one of our grandsons, wound up not making the trip due to an emergency medical issue, my daughter and son-in-law were able to make it and the other grandson and his wife made it for 3 days. Im told they were very satisfied with it.

Wonderful home.

We ended up bringing a few extra family members because we had to escape hurricane Helene‘s devastation in Asheville. The home was a wonderful respite for us. It was very spacious, clean and lovely. Thank you so much for easing our burden.

Pool issues

We had to pay additionally for a heated pool and hot tub but it did not get warm till the end of the trip. Was told it would be preheated but it was not. Other issues but did receive help till last day and a half of trip. Did not list that there is a highchair in the home and renters need to bring own beach towels. Nice layout of home with plenty of bathrooms and nedrooms

Great house for a crowd!

Spacious, bright, well-appointed home that works great for a large family. Grandparents down to the littlest grands can be at home here! Comfy beds, comfy furniture, comfy spaces for all. Lovely outdoor spaces too! And an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Great house! Highly recommended!
