Kom och koppla av i nyrenoverad 1-rumslägenhet på en stor våning i gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Ytterligare möjlighet att rymma 3 till 4 personer på de med sovande i ett vardagsrum. Sovrum med queen size-säng, 43 "smartTv med Roku med utsikt över poolen. Stort badrum med klädkammare. För din bekvämlighet har jag fullt utrustat köket med allt du behöver för att göra hemlagade måltider. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda. Allt du behöver för att njuta av din semester finns: sängkläder, handdukar, kuddar, extra filt. För din underhållning finns det 60 "smart TV med ROKU och höghastighetsinternet.

Beläget 25 minuter från Tampa International Airport och 15 minuter från St. Peterburg?Clearwater flygplats.

Direkt am Pool mit Geräuschen # Bett ist sehr schlecht … harte Matratze

Lage sehr gut, kommunikativ mit Vermieter sehr gut, Bett soll demnächst in King vergrößert werden und die Matratze ausgetauscht werden. Wenn das passiert ist alles sehr schön und zu empfehlen.Appartement liegt 6 Meter vom Pool entfernt und ab 9.00 ist mit kindergeräuschen zu rechnen — auch mit lat. erzählenden erwachsenen.

Florida getaway

We absolutely loved our condo in Clearwater. Magdalena was attentive and helpful. The condo was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. the location was very central to many beach and other activities in the area. Great stay at Avalon Clearwater

This is our third year renting this condo in Clearwater We found our place we wanted to return to every year.The condo is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very easy to work with. She is always there with any concerns.The location is close to a number of beaches . We have made friends around the pool.that come back each year. Thanks for a great vacation

Avalon stay is the best

This is a quiet haven at Avalon, but so close to the pool. We liked that the screened-in porch got a lot of sun.We liked the peaceful decor, and our host was a pleasure to work with.She reached out to check on us, and was always looking for suggestions to improve this unit. This area is close to some parks and restaurants to walk and a 6 mile drive to Sand Key, which is our go to beach. If you want the hub bub of Clearwater Beach, it is along the way.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Vacation at the Avalon

Our vacation to Clearwater was amazing! The condo was clean and we had everything we needed during our trip. Our host was super kind and decorated for Christmas, which our kids loved!The condo listing was accurate and we found many amenities within walking distance.The heated pool was wonderful!

Right place, bad timing?

Magdalena was a great host and the condo met all of our expectations. It was immaculate and had all of the conveniences to have a great vacation. Unfortunately, we didn’t factor a major hurricane in our plans. Through all of the drama Magdalena communicated and put our minds at ease.

Relaxing 30th anniversary stay

Our host was super engaging. I briefly told her we were coming for our 30th year anniversary and we arrived to chocolates and a bottle of wine! How thoughtful. There was a card also wishing us a nice day. It made our day! The Condo was clean, fresh and neat and had everything we could have needed. Everything was updated and neat. The outside patio overlooked the pool and we made use of all of the amenities including the gym. Magdalena checked in to see if we were good via the app and gave clear instructions upon arrival. Everything worked like a charm. We would stay again when back in area. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO so grab it while you can. The facility is gated and we felt at ease everywhere we went in all areas.

Overall wonderful

My spouse and I had a wonderful week vacation!! The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home! The host is so kind, quick to respond and allowed us to add on 1 more day last minute as we just did not want to leave! We thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great place

Great condo, comfortable and beautiful. Easy access to everything. Food choices all over, and Publix is super close. Pool was beautiful. We arrived very late at night, and easily had access to everything we needed. Host was an amazing communicator. We will return soon.

Great Condo!

Magdalena was a wonderful host! She was very accommodating and attentive without being obtrusive. It’s a lovely condo, well appointed, with a comfy bed. A great central location, convenient to restaurants, activities, beaches and all necessities. The pool was perfect to relax by during our down times. Perfect property

We recently spent 30 days at this Avalon property. Ten out of ten stars!!! Magdalena was quickly available for any questions or need. Her priority was our happiness. The location in Clearwater is near everything you could possibly want. Ten minutes from the beach and minutes from great restaurants and retail areas. The condo is modern, clean, well stocked and steps from the heated community pool. The property is surrounded by palm trees, foliage, and beautiful flowers. We feel like we chose the best possible place for our vacation.
