Kom och koppla av i nyrenoverad 1-rumslägenhet på en stor våning i gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Ytterligare möjlighet att rymma 3 till 4 personer på de med sovande i ett vardagsrum. För din bekvämlighet har jag fullt utrustat köket med allt du behöver för att göra hemlagade måltider. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda. Allt du behöver för att njuta av din semester finns: sängkläder, handdukar, kuddar, extra filt. För din underhållning finns det 60 "smart TV med ROKU och höghastighetsinternet.

Beläget 25 minuter från Tampa International Airport och 15 minuter från St. Peterburg?Clearwater flygplats.

Es war eine wunderbare grosse Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und nahe zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten (wie Supermarkt etc.). In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um gut zu kochen. Wir waren positiv überrascht über alles was schon vorhanden war. Auch war alles für einen Strandtag, wie Sandspielzeug, Schirme und Stühle da. Der Pool neben an, war ein Highlight. Magdalena ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie hat uns Tipps gegeben rund um den Aufenthalt und war gut erreichbar, bei Fragen. Der Aufenthalt wird uns lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Relaxing in Clearwater

The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just a short drive to the beach. The owner was more than gracious and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo. We will be back!!

Awesome!

Our stay here was awesome. The unit had everything as advertised. We enjoyed the pool which is very large, heated, and very easy walk. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy for our visit to the beautiful Clearwater Beach.Overall, the unit was very clean and was like home away from home. Definitely would stay here again.

Direkt am Pool mit Geräuschen # Bett ist sehr schlecht … harte Matratze

Lage sehr gut, kommunikativ mit Vermieter sehr gut, Bett soll demnächst in King vergrößert werden und die Matratze ausgetauscht werden. Wenn das passiert ist alles sehr schön und zu empfehlen.Appartement liegt 6 Meter vom Pool entfernt und ab 9.00 ist mit kindergeräuschen zu rechnen — auch mit lat. erzählenden erwachsenen.

We absolutely loved our condo in Clearwater. Magdalena was attentive and helpful. Great stay at Avalon Clearwater

This is our third year renting this condo in Clearwater We found our place we wanted to return to every year.The condo is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very easy to work with. Avalon stay is the best

This is a quiet haven at Avalon, but so close to the pool. We liked that the screened-in porch got a lot of sun.We liked the peaceful decor, and our host was a pleasure to work with.She reached out to check on us, and was always looking for suggestions to improve this unit. This area is close to some parks and restaurants to walk and a 6 mile drive to Sand Key, which is our go to beach. If you want the hub bub of Clearwater Beach, it is along the way.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Vacation at the Avalon

Our vacation to Clearwater was amazing! The condo was clean and we had everything we needed during our trip. Our host was super kind and decorated for Christmas, which our kids loved!The condo listing was accurate and we found many amenities within walking distance.The heated pool was wonderful!

Right place, bad timing?

Magdalena was a great host and the condo met all of our expectations. It was immaculate and had all of the conveniences to have a great vacation. Unfortunately, we didn’t factor a major hurricane in our plans. Through all of the drama Magdalena communicated and put our minds at ease.
