För din bekvämlighet har jag fullt utrustat köket med allt du behöver för att göra hemlagade måltider. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda. Allt du behöver för att njuta av din semester finns: sängkläder, handdukar, kuddar, extra filt. För din underhållning finns det 60 "smart TV med ROKU och höghastighetsinternet.

Beläget 25 minuter från Tampa International Airport och 15 minuter från St. Peterburg?Clearwater flygplats.

Florida getaway

We absolutely loved our condo in Clearwater. Magdalena was attentive and helpful. The condo was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. the location was very central to many beach and other activities in the area. We will definitely consider at this location in the future.

Relaxing in Clearwater

The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just a short drive to the beach. The owner was more than gracious and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo. We will be back!!

Amazing Vacation at the Avalon

Our vacation to Clearwater was amazing! The condo was clean and we had everything we needed during our trip. Our host was super kind and decorated for Christmas, which our kids loved!The condo listing was accurate and we found many amenities within walking distance.The heated pool was wonderful!

Great stay at Avalon Clearwater

This is our third year renting this condo in Clearwater We found our place we wanted to return to every year.The condo is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very easy to work with. Avalon stay is the best

This is a quiet haven at Avalon, but so close to the pool. We liked that the screened-in porch got a lot of sun.We liked the peaceful decor, and our host was a pleasure to work with.She reached out to check on us, and was always looking for suggestions to improve this unit. This area is close to some parks and restaurants to walk and a 6 mile drive to Sand Key, which is our go to beach. If you want the hub bub of Clearwater Beach, it is along the way.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall wonderful

My spouse and I had a wonderful week vacation!! The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home! Great place

Great condo, comfortable and beautiful. Easy access to everything. Food choices all over, and Publix is super close. Pool was beautiful. We arrived very late at night, and easily had access to everything we needed. Host was an amazing communicator. We will return soon.

Right place, bad timing?

Magdalena was a great host and the condo met all of our expectations. It was immaculate and had all of the conveniences to have a great vacation. Unfortunately, we didn’t factor a major hurricane in our plans. Through all of the drama Magdalena communicated and put our minds at ease.

A Great Place to Stay

We found this unit to be very comfortable, nice location, nicely equipped, and the owners were pleasant to deal with and responsive to any questions that we had. The listing for this unit says it all: Location Great, Shopping and Beaches nearby, and wonderful Restaurants are all around within either walking or short drives. Once again, the owners were very easy to communicate with which made our stay more enjoyable.

Great Condo!

Magdalena was a wonderful host! She was very accommodating and attentive without being obtrusive. It’s a lovely condo, well appointed, with a comfy bed. A great central location, convenient to restaurants, activities, beaches and all necessities. The pool was perfect to relax by during our down times. We enjoyed our three week stay immensely and have plans to return next year. Thank you Magdalena.
