Clearwater Vacation

We were really happy with our stay at this property. It was a close drive to Clearwater Beach. We also really appreciated that there was a shopping center close to the property to get groceries and drinks. Abes Bar and Grill was within walking distance and we were able to enjoy drinks and walk back to the property.

Great stay

We have used this condo 3 times. We have enjoyed our stay there very much. Convenient to all places we enjoy going to around Clearwater and Dunedin. Also, a quick trip to the Tampa airport, almost a straight away. The pool is wonderful. We thank our host for a stocked condo and you cannot go wrong.

I had a nice relaxing time here.. There was a lot of snow birds here & they think they own the pool area.. Nice neighborhood, great restaurants close by & only 20 minutes to the beach area..

Lovely Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s bright, decorated nicely and is quite roomy. Since the complex is located right in downtown Clearwater, we were near to a good variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and, of course, a number of beaches - the closest being Clearwater beach itself. The condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The pool area is very nice and easy to access. The security is also very good. The owner was very accommodating and we really appreciate that. We would stay here again.

Great time

My wife and I stayed here for a month, the condo was as depicted in the pictures and the description. Nicely decorated, nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed. Good internet. Conrad, the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would gladly stay here again in the future.

Exactly what the doctor ordered.

Conrad was available the day we arrived with a question on our thermostat. He responded quickly and was very helpful. No problems while we were there and loved the condo. The decor was beautiful and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the view, the quiet location, warm pool, and television. We would stay there again!

Great Condo with a great Pool

Condo is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The Avalon complex is well located close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. There’s currently some construction going on repairing exterior portions of the complex but this didn’t affect our stay. Parking is convenient and easy to access and a security gate at night is appreciated. The condo is exactly as pictured. Only negative which is not in Conrad’s control is some noisy neighbours which unfortunately kept us up a couple of nights during our 9 day stay. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Home away from home

Just bring your clothes, the condo has everything you have at home. Spices, fluffy towels, linens, enough pillows and hangers, hamper, kitchen towels, oven mitts, hot pads, placemats, literally everything you need is provided. And always an added touch to have dish & dishwasher soap, detergent & softener, hairdryer, paper products, hand soap. Plastic wrap & sandwich bags, coffee & filters, cleaning products. Kitchen is also stocked with enough dinner plates, salad bowls, pots, pans, cooking sheets, silverware, glassware. Queen bed was very comfortable as well as the couches. The condo is on the 2nd floor, end unit with private stairs which makes sitting on the balcony peaceful and quiet. The pool is nice and warm and the friends we’ve made while gathered at the pool is also a homey feeling. We love it at the Avalon and we truly enjoyed our stay in Conrad’s condo and we hope to be back real soon.

This was an Awesome place to stay for our Anniversary. It was a short drive to the beach and very easy to get anywhere. Owner was easy to get in touch with and made the stay great. Definitely would rent again.

Very happy travelers/ guests.

We would highly recommend this property and location as we found it to be very quiet, clean and close to all amenities ( shops, restaurants, bars and the beach to name but a few). Mr Conrad the property owner was very helpful and welcoming. All in all we would say we had an incredible time in clearwater and look forward to returning some time soon.

Wonderful place

This condo was beautiful and had everything needed (washer dryer, beach chairs, pool noodles, cooler). Conrad was great and very responsive. Pool was amazing and soo warm. Very close to everything, Publix across the street, and close to beaches and tons of food options

Clean, updated, comfortable

Excellent condo. Very clean. Plenty of towels, paper products, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. Laundry in the condo was a huge plus! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. TV had access to Hulu, etc to stream your own account. Private balcony was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Visit to Clearwater

We really enjoyed our stay Conrad’s unit. It was modern and clean, and Conrad was very responsive. The heated pool was fabulous! It’s a good location, across the street from Publix, close to the Pinellas Trail where we rode our bikes out to Dunedin and beyond. Our favorite food stops were Tequila’s on Cleveland, Clearwater Bagels on Gulf to Bay, Speggtacular on Gulfview over the Belleair Causeway and Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill at Clearwater Beach. The only issue we had is a noisy neighbor, but we dealt with it.

Nice place

Clean, well equipped unit in a gated community. The only negatives we had had nothing to do with the host or the unit. We had a noisy neighbor but after a call to security and the host it was resolved. If you want to use the pool, get there early as there a lot of people in the pool area. The rules say that your towel doesn’t reserve your spot but there was a lot of that going on. I don’t want end on a negative, overall a nice place in a safe environment close to everything. We would stay again!
