Great Location

It was cute and comfy. Just enough room for two, in a quiet neighborhood, far enough away from the tourist attaction so you could hear the water at night. It is in the middle of both the hiking trails and the falls. Great location and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

Our Anniversary

Everything was great! My girlfriend and I booked overnight for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay. As for the actual property, I have no complaints at all, but the listing was a bit confusing. Various furniture in some of the pictures have been replaced, but none of it was a change for the worse. Overall, this is a cozy house right by the river worth spending the night at. We’d like to come back again!

Great, cozy, super clean home

Very clean and comfortable home. Awesome, private front porch. Bed was comfortably soft, which I love. Easy walk to the Wego bus line and the White Water attraction. Enjoyed the breakfast items provided by the host.

Quiet and just perfect

Very clean property. The check in and check out was hardly a process as direction was clear. Robb and Clint were very responsive. My favorite part of the stay was drinking coffee on the wonderful porch and watching the black and orange squirrels!! The neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend.

What a beautiful home this is- impeccably clean, nicely furnished, thoughtfully appointed with water, breakfast bars, fresh towels, good wifi. Try to arrive in time to sit on the beautiful shady front porch and enjoy the pretty plantings. On an extremely quiet street just a short distance from the busy attractions. Our hosts gave us good directions for accessing the house and lots of recommendations for restaurants nearby. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Niagara Falls.

Private and relaxing

My partner and I really enjoyed our time at this property. The front porch felt very secluded and it was a great place to relax during our down time. The property was very homey and had a lot more space than I originally expected. The hosts take very good care of the property. They were very friendly and gave great recommendations on things to do near the falls. If they wouldn’t have recommended we see the falls at night we probably would have missed out. They were easy to communicate with and gave helpful tips for crossing the border as first timers.

What a great place to stay! It was very clean, bright & homey. We loved sitting out on the porch which had lots of greenery around it. There were a few small touches that just added to the place! Truly an Oasis in Niagara

Very clean, cool, and quiet accommodations with easy access to the sites at Niagara. We did not have to use our car the whole time we were there. It’s a 45 minute walk to the falls and a five to ten minute walk to catch the We Go bus. We appreciated the attention to detail and nice touches (like beautiful greenery, crystal glasses) that made our stay so pleasant. The front porch was a great place to read or enjoy a take out meal when we wanted some downtime. The hosts were easy to contact and the guidebook had great suggestions on things to do and places to eat.

Great place to stay

We actually were traveling with friends to Niagara on the lake. By staying in Niagara Falls, we saved a lot of money and just drove the 20 minutes back-and-forth. If you were just focused on the Falls, this location is perfect. You could actually walk down to the Falls, or the base of Clifton Hill. The neighborhood looks iffy, but when we pulled up to the house, a neighbor was working on her garden and assured us that the area was safe. Be prepared that this is just a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a bar fridge in the LR that was fully stocked with items you could purchase. There’s also a coffee maker with coffee pods provided. Loved the front porch for a coffee in the morning. Our only complaint was the bed itself. Both my wife and I could not sleep because of how soft the mattress was. I guess some people prefer that! Overall, Rob/Clinton were quick to respond to any question or request.

We are an easy going couple that moved from Toronto to Niagara Falls Ontario in 2001. We enjoy all the beauty that Niagara has to offer. There is a booklet in the suite written in English, French, and Spanish with many tips and advice for your convenience.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are a very affordable homestay and do not believe in gauging tourists by charging extra fees (ie: cleaning fee's, etc). We are well travelled ourselves and know the value of having a very clean, private and comfortable accommodation.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are steps to all the Niagara Parks attractions. You can walk/bike to the train, bus stations and the restaurants and shops downtown. Our private, front porch seems to be a real hit with our guests. Many enjoy the front garden with the evergreen, Southern Magnolias that bloom in June/July.
