Denna exceptionella Patio Hem med helt nya uppgraderingar: 2 sovrum-2 badrum-2 bil garage. Du har en privat uteplats utanför sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Beläggningen är omedelbar. Hemmet är nyligen möblerat med stora plattskärms-tv. Helt nya krukor, kokkärl, tallrikar och sängkläder. Hemmet ligger några steg från uppvärmd gemensam pool och spa. Den bästa delen av att göra affärer med oss är att vi lever bara en kort promenad bort. Vi älskar området, och vi tar mycket väl hand om dig. Du kommer att njuta av din integritet. Arroyo Verde är väldigt tyst grannskap.

Detta rymliga fritidshus har 2 sovrum-Split planlösning. Det finns ett stort underhållande matsal som sitter 6 till 8. Det finns också frukost ute i köket. Det finns en ny privat gasgrill på uteplatsen. I vardagsrummet finns en vedeldad spis. Tvättstugan har tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, byrå och platt-TV med privat badrum, med dusch, dubbla handfat och klädkammare. Den har en uteplats. Den andra gästsviten kan vara inredd som du vill: drottning, tvilling, full, kung eller kontor.

Vi ligger i hjärtat av Scottsdale mellan Hayden och Scottsdale Roads nära Lincoln. Vi är på McCormick Ranch Fringe. Vi ligger precis på den 26 mil långa betongcykeln och vandringsleden; och vi är några steg från kanalen. Du kan gå till morgonkaffe, bagels eller frukost, eller kvällscocktails och middagar. Trader Joe, Houston, Paul Martin, LA Fitness, Walgreens, Albertsons, Safeway, Fry's, och självklart Starbucks ligger i närheten.

Vi nära, Gainey Ranch, Kierland Center och Gamla Stan Scottsdale med världsklass matsal och exklusiva shopping, konstgallerier, Fashion Square Mall. Vi finns på McCormick Ranch golfbanan. Njut av Baseball Spring-Training för ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS, COLORADO ROCKIES, San Francisco Giants och Chicago Cubs. TALKING STICK FIELDS, Scottsdale Stadium och Mesa Cubs Stadium är en kort bilresa, hytt biljettpris, eller vi är på Scottsdale busslinjen. Världsklass Underhållning på Talking Point Resort & Casino ligger i närheten plus många andra anmärkningsvärda kasinon.

Great Location and Value in Scottsdale

Selected this well appointed condo as our base for visiting Scottsdale while celebrating our anniversary. We traveled with a friend and our dog, and everyone had plenty of space to enjoy our stay. Great location in quiet Paradise Valley close to Trader Joes, Old Town Scottsdale and many excellent restaurants. Lorie is a friendly and knowledgeable host who met us at the condo for check-in and orientation. She provided the keys and recommendations for activities and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped, so all we needed was to purchase the fresh food at Trader Joes for meals we prepared during our stay. The condo is close to freeways providing easy access to hiking, museums, shopping, and entertainment activities. We splurged to take a sunrise hot air balloon ride that was fantastic. The condo and grounds were well maintained and very quiet for rest and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Wedding Getaway

The property was very clean and in a very quiet community. The kitchen was appointed well with all the necessary items needed to prepare meals. The property owners provided quite a few extras such as ice, bottled water, cleaning supplies and bathroom supplies. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay.

Spring break

Overall the location was great - close to the airport, close to expressways, close to shopping and restaurants. It was also just steps away from the greenbelt walking trails. This unit was next to the pool so easy for our kids to swim in a mostly empty pool. The owner, Lori was very personable and responsive to us. The house is more run down than the photos suggest (and some of the furniture etc is different). The door in the master bath was taken off between the sinks and the shower/toilet, so the person going to the bathroom really couldn't have any privacy. It was a small thing, but strange. The kitchen and laundry were stocked for what we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall just fine for our spring break with our kids.

Minutes from Old Town and right off 2 bike/walking paths. Nice pool near condo. Owner was easy to get ahold of if we needed any thing or had questions.

Solo Getaway

The photos are 100% accurate. I was alone, but this house would have been perfect for the whole family. There were so many little things that made this such a great choice - it was really clean, and there were plentiful cleaning supplies as well as masks and hand sanitizer. The pantry had all types of spices, aluminum foil, olive oil, paper plates, plastic cups. The towels and linens were high quality and plentiful. There were even a few makeup wipes in the bathroom. My favorite things about the rental was the pool - literally right outside front door, situated on a scenic bike/walking path and the private patio and brand new gas grill. The WiFi was great too! This was the perfect spot for me - who wanted to do a lot of walking and spend time at the pool. I would stay here again, and recommend to others.

Nice place, great host(s)

Laurie and Martin were great hosts. We were able to check in early and the place was super clean and well supplied. Everything worked well and most importantly, the bed was comfortable! Close to restaurants, shopping and was conveniently located. Laurie is very knowledgeable in the local market and full of recommendations and great ideas. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

This property is in a wonderful community with a pool and tennis court and lovely walking trails! Lorie was fantastic and in the middle of Covid-19 made sure we had everything we needed (even extra toilet paper!) She checked on us and guided us to stores with stocked shelves. Highly recommend!

Friendly neighbors, easy access to trail system

Great location! Very quiet neighborhood with nice sized community pool and hot tub. Our host, Lori made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Nicely appointed condo.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great week in Scottsdale even though the weather didn’t cooperate. This property was very clean and very well supplied. The host was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. We all enjoyed the easy access to walking trails. This unit is just across from the pool and hot tub which was a plus for us. The set up in this property is perfect for two couples....each have their own bedroom and bath. We plan to be here again next winter!
