Vårt kök har det du behöver för att förbereda dina måltider under din vistelse med mikrovågsugn, spis med spis, ugn, kyl, diskmaskin och matbord med plats för 4. Vardagsrummet har en soffa, stol, TV med roku & DVD-spelare, dekorativ öppen spis, plus en privat rygg uteplats med uteservering precis utanför vardagsrummet för att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe! På övervåningen finns sovrummet med privat badrum, gäst sovrum och gäst badrum.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, TV med kabel, privat badrum med enkel handfat och badkar / dusch combo. Du kommer att älska den privata balkongen utanför sovrummet där du kan linda ner på kvällarna! Gäst sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och gäst badrummet har en enda handfat och duschkabin. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i köket. Kom koppla av och njut av det vackert anlagda samhället, ramada, uppvärmd pool och spa. Gasgrillen är belägen vid poolen och är tillgänglig när den reserveras.

Sängkläder, handdukar, handtvål och toalettpapper tillhandahålls. Vi tillhandahåller också en start / initial installation av pappershanddukar, skräpfoder, schampo, balsam och diskmedel.

I came to phoenix for cancer surgery with my adult children, and I was here for 10 days, We all loved out here! so relieved by how amazing it is. Every aspect worked perfectly, great neighborhood, quiet, easy to find, close to everything, just is an excellent place to stay, easy check in no issues, super fast response from the host about any questions. Super Clean, has everything we needed, the MOST comfortable bed and pillows great AC, relaxing and well kept/ decorated atmosphere. Felt so safe and relaxed here, so thankful for this wonderful place. I would definitely stay again if I came to the area. Smells great in here, very good condition and clean, everything needed is already here so much better than a hotel. Definitely impressed.

Nice accommodations

I am happy to report that this rental is clean and is well maintained. The kitchen has plenty of cooking gear. The appliances are newer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Finally, the location is close to everything- grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants.

Lovely central area. Easy check in and out and great parking! This was a great place to stay! I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the condo has a strong scent of cleaners and maybe mildew? We loved staying here and would recommend!

Lovely Condo

The complex is beautiful with Palm trees and flowering bushes and a large swimming pool. The condo is a comfortable 2-story with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and leather reclining chair. There is a private outdoor dining area in both the front and the back. The location is perfect; a grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants are within walking distance. We loved our stay and will definitely be staying there in the future.

We were sent specific arrival details to give us access to the unit, however, the staff locked the screen door so we had no access to the entry key pad. Took them over an hour to respond to our request for help. After we finally got in everything was fine.

Nice Rental

Spent almost 3 weeks in Scottsdale. This condo was perfectly located...several restaurants in walking distance, but the 115 degree heat encouraged me to drive. Same for not using the pool or grill...just too hot. The only downside was the AC was very loud. So loud that I had to adjust the volume of the TV whenever it turned on or off, but otherwise, a nice place.

Great Stay

Wonderful stay. Great location. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Very quiet. Had some minor issues and the property manager responded immediately and corrected the problem we had. Great customer service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location for our needs. The unit is well furnished though the bath towels should be upgraded. The air conditioner is very loud in living room but we didn’t need it much as weather was prefect.

nice townhouse in Scottsdale

the general property of the complex is showing some age. the townhouse was in perfect condition, comfortable, well appointed. that this was a two story unit was relatively well hidden in the description and the pictures never revealed as well. the steps upstairs are faux granite and slippery especially if in stocking feet. instructions for everything from front door unlock to the downstairs 'TV" remote controls are poorly written and required multiple attempts to figure out how to get in the place. Definitely would consider staying again.

What a great location and easy easy check in. Lots of stuff to get me through the first week and a GREAT LOCATION! Great communication by everyone involved and I will do my best to take part of the free event per day, Im working but weekends will be great!

There's No Place Like (a Centrally Located) Home

Imagine flying 5 hours, crossing time zones and crossing fingers that you chose the right place to spend a few days. The other worries included "are we close enough to our nieces wedding venue?", "will we be able to see some of the things Arizona has to offer?". Yes to all of the above. Our anxieties were aleved as soon as we opened the door to the home. We could walk to the wedding, we could grab an UBER to a fine restaurant, we enjoyed the Desert Botanical Gardens and Music Museum, we even took a dip in the pool. All within reach of this lovely home. Truly, there's no place like home.

This property had lots of room and was easy to spread out. Grocery stores, shopping, and dining were all close. Loved the pool. It was nice meeting and talking with some of the locals at the condo complex. I'd love to rent this pro[erty again!
