Detta perfekt beläget radhus ger dig den perfekta platsen för att få tårna i sanden. Med fyra fulla sovrum och fyra och en halv badrum finns gott om plats för alla. Det finns ett sovrum och badrum på bottenvåningen, två fulla sovrum och två badrum på tredje våningen och en mästare våning ligger på toppen på fjärde våningen. Andra våningen har ett vardagsrum, kök och matsal. Av i vardagsrummet är en veranda för att du ska njuta av de kalla nätterna utan att bli buren av våra kända Georgia gnats. Den fjärde våningen erbjuder ett öppet däck med havsutsikt. Placeringen av detta hus är perfekt för strand tillgänglighet hela dagen utan avbrott vid högvatten. Det finns en egen swimmingpool tillgänglig för gäster i East End Condos. Du kommer att ha två tilldelade parkeringsplatser, men kan använda "Offentlig parkering" precis ner från radhus.

Awesome Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Words cannot describe this condo’s location! Within the center of the island, it is walking distance to several great dining areas. The beach is within walking distance making easy care for little beach goers for naps and lunch. The location remains secluded enough to give peaceful afternoon naps and sweet sitting on the screened balcony at night. A great until for a family with teens and older college kids.

Great place to stay!

Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well equipped and nicely renovated. Perfect for our family of 6 plus in-laws. The garage was nice and has a cart with lots of toys and a couple chairs. The queen and twin bedroom mattresses really need to be replaced. Ouch. Loud and squeaky. We got used to it by the end of the week, but definitely a huge downgrade from my bed at home. Also, we didn't like having to go to town first to get the "keys" which are just printed instructions and could easily have been emailed. Overall, it was a nice place and convenient to the ocean and we'd go there again.

A larger washer/dryer, or an upgrade, would be nice, but we managed. Access to the garage is a definite plus. Kids loved having a pool.

Beach Stay

The location was perfect. If you are looking for a beach for social distancing this is the place. The beach is about 3 blocks wide, so plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and the half bath on the main floor are updated and look very nice. The rest of the house is not updated. It really needs some updating in the master bathroom and the other bathrooms. The carpet needs updating too. However, the condo is in a great spot and you can walk to the beach. The pool is also nice. This place is great for a large family with lots of floors to spread out.

Favorite St Simons Location!

The pool was great and lots of fun for the kids swimming in the rain. Tabitha was easy to work with and very attentive to our needs when searching for the right rental!

Beautiful SSI East Beach Location with Ocean View!

The kitchen and home were well stocked with all the necessities. My girls had a great time in their own bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd level. It was a very short walk to the pool and ocean. Our favorite part was the large master bedroom on the top floor and the incredible views of the ocean. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We will definitely stay at this home again. It is beautifully decorated; the kitchen had everything we could possibly need; the beds were very comfortable; each bedroom had a private bathroom; and it was super clean. Just steps to the best beach on SSI, plus a beachfront pool. We loved the smart TV’s in the bedrooms and living room. It was just perfect. Plus Tabitha was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
