Best Vacation

Another wonderful year at SSI. Awesome townhouse. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean beach. SSI has some great restaurants. Thank you for allowing us to stay in you townhouse. Will be back next year.

We liked the location. We also had family in 1504Wood Ave. Just a hop and a skip. We like East End condos. Other family stays in other condos. Beach is accessible, although it’s a trek. We are already booked for next year.

Great Space and Location

The space is great and in a great location! The pool was quiet and only a short walk to the beach! There was some confusion with the cleaning crew and the unit wasn’t ready for check in at 4:00. But, other than the late check in, it was wonderful!

Great Stay just steps from the beach

My wife and I just finished up a stay here with our two young boys, aged two and six months. It truly is a great place to stay and very close to the beach. We spent almost the entire time either at the place or at the beach. Great stay and location!

St. Simons at East Beach Condo

We had a great experience at this property. The condo had everything we needed. The location was quiet and convenient. (and we were staying on SSI for the Ga/Fla game). The owner checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

Perfect Home!

This home has everything! We enjoyed our stay so much. We love cooking and eating out, and there was every possible kitchen tool imaginable. The walk to the beach is short and the beach area is very quiet and not heavily populated. They thought of every detail a family would want on a week's vacation. We will be going back again for certain!

The condo was clean and comfortable, but we had trouble with two of the showers (on 3rd floor, not top floor). The light was out in the entry level bath. Stan was helpful in answering our questions.

great few days, nice property

Enjoyed the stay! The owners were helpful and accessible for minor questions. The property is well equipped with kitchen and many beach supplies and was immaculate and nicely decorated. Main drawback was tech - smart TV didn't work w our iPhone or Android devices so we watched Pluto free TV and used hdmi feed from laptop. missed a few playoff hockey games. Also note that the beach is very large, so it is quite a walk to waves edge...we got good workouts getting our tent etc to the beach. It might be too much for some. We enjoyed that there were preserved natural areas on the beach. Owners beach supplies included a cooler, cart chairs and umbrellas. Very good stay!

Sweet Beach Getaway

We had a group of 6 for our coworker’s wedding and really enjoyed this beautiful condo. It was so much space, a quick walk to the beach, and all the amenities for a fun-filled weekend.

Most enjoyable stay

After being "quarantined" for two months we needed to get away. We chose St. Simons because we used to live there and still have family there. We loved the property! Access to beach was awesome and my grandchildren had the best time. Everything we needed was provided and we had the best time!

Lots of space, close to beach and everything you need.

The beds were comfortable and the extras made things wonderful. So nice to find things you often forget provided! Bandaids, seasoning, tin foil, etc. and not having to lug our own beach chairs and wagon from home was a huge plus! Recommend this roomy townhome and will return.

The very best

The contact with the owner and management could not have been better, right from the start last August when we reserved. Although the photos were delightful, the actual unit was even better. We were delighted at the space, decoration and cleanliness. Back deck screened in and evening lights was a wonderful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and yes, spotless. The unit is right on the beach road, about 100 steps away from the best beach on St Simon's Island We look forward to returning next year

Hello! We are a family of 5 and live in Savannah, just a short drive from one of our favorite places, St. Simons Island! This condo is our get-away when we're not hosting guests. We love the beach access, the lovely downtown, great local food and flair and relaxing on the porch in the evenings.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We waited for almost 2 years for a condo to come available in this complex. The layout is so unique in how many guests it can accommodate yet provide privacy and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We love how close it is to the beach and how close it is to downtown, yet private and quiet. There are bike paths nearby and the neighborhood is walkable and friendly. It is truly a unique gem of a property on the coast.

St. Simons has a lot to do while maintaining its small town charm. Our condo is essentially on the beach with great views, but the complex is small so it doesn't feel overly crowded with vacationers. We spend a lot of time here, so we've made our place homey, welcoming and comfortable, not a typical "vacation rental". We offer lots of amenities, no need to overload your car with beach gear, kitchen items or extra bedding and blankets. We have a full laundry room so you can wash and dry anything you need during your stay. We provide all dish cleaning supplies in the kitchen, extra trash bags, toiletries and hair dryers. Come as you are and enjoy the beach!
