BĂ„da arkitektoniskt utformade 2 sovrumsenheterna finns tillgĂ€ngliga för anvĂ€ndning individuellt eller för att kombinera dem för större grupper. BekvĂ€mligheten med att vara belĂ€gen direkt uppför trappan frĂ„n vĂ„r dynamiska Baker Street, bara nĂ„gra steg till fantastiska shopping, fantastiska restauranger, brygga pubar och nattklubbar, kafĂ©er gör dessa enheter extremt praktiska för turister och lokalbefolkningen.

VÄr byggnad Àr den första Baker Street-byggnaden som har lagt till en ny vÄning sedan 1960-talet. Can’t beat the location! There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment so may not be good for people with mobility issues. Overall a fantastic stay

Spacious suite with well-equipped kitchen. Bright and airy. Located in the heart of the action, but very quiet inside. Pub below had an Irish music concert one night we enjoyed from the balcony. Comfortable seating in living area - nice and cozy.

Great location.. clean and comfortable.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom had all the supplies we needed. If I am ever in Nelson again I would definitely stay here again.

Fun place!

The condo is right in the middle of Baker Street and allows great access to many of the nice restaurants in town. The unit is clean and nicely decorated and has everything you could need and use if you wanted to make meals in the home. The bedrooms are away from Baker Street and quiet as can be. We had a wonderful stay!

Well appointed with a convenient location. Right in the centre of town. Check is a little confusing but just have to follow directions and it works well. Balcony is a great addition and even though it was on a main street it was very quiet. Thanks Pat and Sue

Incredible spot

Location cannot be beat! Great place to stay while in Nelson. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Great kitchen, living room and balcony, we will definitely be back. Would be great if the kitchen had a few basic condiments in the fridge. Cleaning of high touch areas could use some improvement.

The perfect little getaway

This is a fabulous condo located right on the heart of Nelson. You step out the front door and are walking distance from everything
restaurants, breweries, cocktail bars, theatres, groceries. My only concern when I booked it was that it might be noisy at night, being right above a pub, as we travelled with our two young kids. It wasn’t noisy at all. We were busy doing things each day of our stay, but it was so nice to have somewhere so comfortable, central and charming to come back to in between outings. We found ourselves relaxing in the apartment more than I would have expected- not just a place to crash. Pat and Sue were easy to reach and lovely to deal with. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and convenient, but had some issues.

Location and comfort of unit was excellent, however, we had some issues with communication (delayed or unanswered emails) and cleanliness of unit (hair on sheets, blood and yellow stains on pillows, and some overall dirt/dust/grime left on floors/appliances/shower/bathroom cabinets.

Great place in the heart of Nelson

We absolutely loved this place!! A very nice and cozy rental. We enjoyed the deck and the decor. After touring the area, we were happy with our decision to stay in Nelson and not at another location or on the water. There was so much to do and we could easily walk wherever we needed. The place was quiet and no noise could be heard on the street. Nor could any noise be heard from the other apt. If staying in the downtown-facing apt, it is easier to load/unload via the front door. The parking was the only pain, as our truck was too tall to access the parking garage. The street parking is 2 hour parking and we had to repeatedly move it around. Weekend/holiday doesn’t count, as does anything after 5 pm. All in all, we’d definitely stay again. Btw, we loved beauties pizza(especially the kids- we ate there two consecutive nights) and torchlight brewing. Gina’s gelato was great as well!! The renter was also easy to work with, responded quickly and got us in early- which was a huge bonus.

The location was great and the unit had a nice layout, but unfortunately it was filthy. The towels were grey, the bath mats were blackened on the bottom, the duvet covers were dusty and stained, and the walls had yellow goo and dirty handprints all over them. When we raised our concerns, the owners were aggressive, dismissive, and utterly rude. The female owner in particular cut me off and refused to hear us out, insisting that the dirty items had been washed and were just stained. She even admitted that during busy season they don’t wash duvet covers — they just spray things with Resolve, which is unacceptable. Vrbo reviewed our photos and agreed it was bad enough that we qualified to move elsewhere. It’s a shame, because the space itself could have been nice, but the condition and the way we were treated made this a very unpleasant stay.

We have lived and worked in Nelson for the past 35 years. We are active in the community and also enjoy all that the Nelson area has to offer. Skiing, hiking biking, golfing, boating, are just some of our activities. There is so much to do here and we are really excited to share this wonderful place with our guests.

We have specifically designed and built these 2 condominiums for short term rentals. If your interests are in being right in the heart of downtown Nelson yet having the access to all the area has to offer we believe that our condos are the perfect solution. The condo comes with a free parking stall in the Nelson Parkade directly across the alley from the Lodge

Just down the stairs from incredible retail shops, fine restaurants, amazing coffee shops and great brew pubs. The convenience of the location along with the uniqueness of the brand new condo units combine for a great holiday in town.
