Helt ny 6 sovrum hem nära stranden med pool, hiss / (sover upp till 22 gäster)

Över 3200 kvadratmeter, 6 sovrum, uppvärmd pool, hiss och ca. 3 miles från stranden = massor av kul !!!

Här är en kort beskrivning av vårt hem:

Första våningen: Här har du ditt garage plus uppvärmd pool. Ditt garage och kudde kan passa upp till 5 fordon. (Garage har bordtennisbord och all din strand behöver :)

Andra våningen: Består av 1 sovrum med king size-säng och badrum. Det finns ett öppet koncept kök med vardagsrum. Överdimensionerade skjutdörrar med tillgång till balkongen med utsikt över dammen. + iMac & Keurig Kaffebryggare.

Tredje våningen: Här har du sovrummet med king size-säng, master badkar och privat balkong med utsikt över dammen. Också 2 ytterligare sovrum: ett rum med en queen size-säng och ett rum med två fulla sängar; Full bad med badkar & tvättstuga med XL tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Fjärde våningen: Ett stort sovrum med 3 våningssängar = 6 enkelsängar (Kids Zone :). Full bad. 2: a rum: 2 queen size-sängar och 1 queen bäddsoffa.

** Alla rum har HD-TV med digital underhållning, Highspeed WiFi.

Sandcastles by the Sea är en av de yngsta kustsamhällen på Hilton Head Island. Ligger om mid-ön mellan Marriott Surfwatch Resort & Westin Resort precis utanför Folly Field Road. Det finns ingen brist på saker att göra i området :)
Det är bara en kort promenad eller cykeltur till närmaste strand, Folly Field Beach. Gamla och unga är säker på att vara nöjda med våra vackra vita sandstränder och relativt små folkmassor året runt.
Chaplin Oceanside Park ligger bara 0,8 miles bort och rymmer en mängd tennisbanor, basketplaner, cykelleder, baseballdiamanter och fotbollsplaner samt en lekplats, hundpark och toaletter. Slutligen, när dagen börjar räcka, varför inte uppe dagen genom att njuta av några av de finaste shopping, restauranger och underhållning på vattnet vid Shelter Cove Towne Center, bara en kort cykeltur eller kör på vägen (2. 4 miles away).

Great property close to beach

This was a very comfortable house. Had everything we needed for our weekend. Very close and easy walk to the beach. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

I'd Give It 10 Stars If I Could!

This property is beautiful, clean, and well-located. As well as a pool at the house, it is just a straight walk to the beach of just a few minutes. The house is totally equiped with beach and pool toys, wagons for transporting stuff to the beach, and lots of beach towels. The inside decor is over-the-top. The kichen and bathrooms are well-stocked with everything you need for your stay. The view out onto the water pond is beautiful and restful. Many of my family members spent time just sitting, reading, and enjoying the beautiful weather. It was truly a vacation that was restful but fun, with lots of local activities. The property manager is very helpful and friendly. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Traveling Group Buffalo, New York.

The house was roomy and alot of space. Rooms were comfortable. The pool was heated in the 80's. Beware aligator in pond. I understand he us harmless.

As Expected and More!

Communication from Josh (owner) was excellent from start to finish. He provides an open-line of communication and promptly responds to your questions. At one point to the end of our stay the microwave breaking kept tripping, we informed Josh and within an hour he was at the residence providing a new replacement. The residence was clean, sanitary, great condition and well stocked with everything one would have in there own personal home. We have stayed at many locations over the years and this rental provided more amenities than any other prior. Ages that stayed were between 2 year and 70 years. I highly recommend this destination as your next stay.

Family reunion trip to Hilton Head

Overall, a wonderful trip! House is very clean and just as pictured on VRBO site. Location to the beach was great and a very pleasant walk/ bike ride (exactly as described in the listing). Neighborhood is very charming. The best part of the rental, was working with the owners. From start to finish, they were extremely responsive with any issues/needs (as in coming to the house in person in minutes to take care of our request). I would highly recommend renting this property and working with these owners again! Thank you!

Love love LOVE 98 Sandcastle!

We had the most amazing stay! The house is so close to lots of things and just a nice walk to the beach. Everything was stocked and all the pool/beach accessories made it so nice for us. We named the alligator George and the kids loved watching him and the turtles. The pool is amazing! We had the absolute best time and would recommend 98 Sandcastle for your HH vacation!

Lovely home / Great setup

We absolutely loved this property. Great setup for a large family. Good size, very clean, close to the beach. This house is adorable and has everything you need. Owners did a great job outfitting and decorating the home. We absolutely appreciated the beach gear, towels, extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage, and the kids bedroom was phenomenal. The bunk beds are spacious and the toys and spaces are great. Added bonus … great owner who is extremely conscientious, polite and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great space for extended families.

The Host was welcoming, responsive, and kind. Our group included 3 generations of 11 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4 months to 67 years old. We loved the house! It was beautiful, just the right size, and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that wasn’t ideal for us was the distance from the beach. While it was only a short walk, parking was available, and the host provided many items to make the trek as easy as possible, we enjoy being a little closer. We would definitely consider booking this home for future trips to HHI.

Great property!

This was the best place we have stayed at for any vacation. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen has anything you could want or need and the pool area is amazing. The beach is just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here for your family vacation!

Great location. Close to the beach and we took a day trip to Savannah. Great experience had by all.

The process was simple and the house provided everything we needed. Josh was readily available in case there were any issues. Of course there weren’t any! Would rent this again.

This house is gorgeous, clean, beautifully decorated, and the owners are so kind and responsive. Our kids loved movie night in the pool! The smart TVs in each room was awesome! This house was perfect for a large group!

Gorgeous house with plenty of room

Decorating of this house is the best I've ever seen. It was really clean and didn't feel like an overused rental property. Pool area was perfect too. Elevator was a little tricky to figure out how to use but incredibly helpful for our older family members who can't easily do stairs. Owners of the property were incredibly responsive, accommodating and friendly. We had originally booked this trip for June of 2020 and had to reschedule because of the pandemic and they were very flexible with us. Everyone said it was a fabulous vacation!

Wonderful home for large families with children!

What a wonderful home! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and offered everything our large family needed for a great beach week! Josh & Julia, along with their team, were readily available to ensure that we were taken care of and to answer any questions we had! ( I greatly appreciate Josh working with me to reschedule our trip to a later date due to COVID-19.)

Family vacation

We spent a week with our kids & grandchildren and couldn't be happier with the property. Everything was clean & well equipped. The pool was great, and the beach was a nice walk. The property manager was excellent. Absolutely loved it!

Family fun

The house was fabulous. It met our needs perfectly. Everyone said that it was the best place we’ve stayed at over the last 6 years. The only negative was the construction around. We had early wake up calls. That wasn’t fun. Otherwise awesome!!

Beautiful beach house

Just wanted to comment on our stay at the beach house this past week. It was amazing!! We had 9 older adults and 8 young adults (ranging in age from 19-25 years old). The kids occupied the 3rd floor, so we were able to have our space and the kids had theirs. Plenty of sleeping options. The pool was very refreshing. Lots of seating around pool so we all could enjoy pool together. Excellent view of pond (loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and drinking our coffee). . House and pool decor was very up to date and well coordinated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed for cooking and baking. I could go on and on about this beach house. We loved it!! Will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Josh and Julia for making our vacation so enjoyable!
