Det ligger 25 minuter från Greers Ferry Lake, och 20 minuter från Batesville, och 35 minuter från Mountain View. Perfekt för jägare, fiskare, semesterfirare, bokmaskar, etc, alla är välkomna!

Cozy and serene

A peaceful little place to stay, when in the area. Nothing fancy, but a more than decent trailer in a quiet rural locale. Owner was helpful and timely in his responses. Recommended.

Tranquil & private

This place was perfect for the two of us. So quiet. We saw deer in the yard. Amenities were provided. A very private place that we will return to. I contacted the owner & got a response the same day. We are happy to have found this place. Thank you.

Cute and clean

This place is about 30 minutes away from Batesville which is perfect. It was quiet and clean and away from most humans which is also pretty perfect. I wish I had been able to see this place during the spring, summer or fall becase it had a really cute simple set up on the back and front porch. I would have loved to have sat out there and drank my coffee in the morning.

very good times but I had some problems

I had good time at this property though I had spent entire time, a month, living and sleeping on the covered back porch because there was an issue for me inside. I didn't mind the porch and I loved the location and the large back porch was nice and always shaded, the temperatures were comfortable. The host provided me with large fans that kept mosquitos away. The location is very private and there're woods all around. Very quiet during the daytime, but nearby rooster was going off a lot at night. One issue I faced - the host told me he'd be addressing it. I did ask about scented stuff before I reserved, this is a serious matter for me, when I arrived I found extremely strong smell of cleaning chemical inside, that took me very long time to really air out. When I was leaving it was all aired out already, because I kept the windows open, mostly, so that I could at least used the kitchen, but if the same cleaner is used again it's going to get the same way. The host was prompt to issue a partial refund when I initially requested to shorten stay to 1 week, but he charged me much higher rate for a week, even though it wasn't my fault, I have asthma and allergies and asked about scented stuff in advance - I realized that the porch was nice, and couldn't really afford to pay that much for 1 week so I changed back to month's stay and paid again.

Absolutely recommend to anyone! Even if you haven’t tried this type of rental before...it is much more pleasant than a hotel. Everything you need is right here and Kevin has made sure everything you may need is right here! Property is absolutely beautiful and maintained. Inside was super clean and decorated tastefully. Even being 9 hours from home, we felt completely safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend this property in every way!

Quiet, cozy house

Stayed here with a friend while attending an event in Batesville. It’s about a 30 min drive, but we didn’t mind as it was a beautiful drive and didn’t seem to take any time at all. Kevin’s house has everything we needed. The queen size bed was super comfy! The property was well maintained and I would have loved to explore more had I been staying longer. A cozy, country cottage for sure!

Nice Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Concord. The trailer was really nice, clean, and everything we needed was there. Not far from the friends we was visiting and we rode to the dam the scenery in the area was very beautiful we even got to see deer eating right in the yard. That was a treat for us we don’t get to see that at our home. We come again to stay and recommend the area to others

Great location

Very clean and freshly updated Very fluffy towels and fully equipped kitchen. Kevin was accommodating to our special request. We needed to be in Batesville to meet family and this place was only a short drive away. We didn’t get to enjoy the nature around us too much because it was super foggy the 2 days we were there but around the house was very pretty It served the purpose of a place to sleep while we spent most of our time with relatives. If we ever need accommodations again we will use this place for sure
