Helt ny byggnad för 2019 i Nags Head (Semi-Oceanfront) Fem sovrum inklusive två mästare, fyra fulla och två halva bad med privat pool och hiss. Marknivå tillgång till hiss från carport och hela hemmet. Det här hemmet ryggar upp till ett annat av våra nybyggda bostäder med ytterligare fem sovrum (VRBO 1289427). Hyr båda för totalt 10 sovrum!

Privat 13x26 pool med gott om däckutrymme och utomhusdusch. Första våningen har två sovrum med gemensamt badrum ett med direkt tillgång till täckt däck. Stora rec rum med halv bad och tillgång till täckt däck med utsikt över poolområdet och ljudvyer, och tvättstuga.

Andra våningen har två master sovrum med privat badrum en med direkt tillgång till täckt däck med ljudutsikt, privat badrum med kakel dusch. Andra sovrummet med master badrum / anpassade kakel dusch med regndusch duschar och tillgång till täckt däck med utsikt över havet och Jeanettes Pier. Alla rum har egen väggmonterad plattskärms-smart tv.

Omvänd planlösning toppnivå innehåller vackert kök med kvarts bänkskivor och plats för sex i bar höjdräknare, rostfria vitvaror, mycket rymligt vardagsrum och matsal med bord och sittplatser för ytterligare en tio. Mycket rymlig täckt veranda med uteservering på havssidan. Plus en annan täckt veranda på ljudsidan för att slappna av och ta in det vidsträckta ljudet och titta över den privata poolen.

Detta hem är mindre än en minuters promenad till stranden tillgång, Jeanettes Pier, Sam och Omies restaurang, Cahoon Market, Dune Burger, Fatboyz, Owen's Restaurant, Whalebone Seafood. Gå också till Tanger Outlet Mall som är tillgänglig vid crosswalk.

Great house and spot

The house was spacious and beautiful. The pool and hot tub are great additions. Excellent location close to the beach and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Fall Break

This place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It’s well set up and maintained and the elevator was a big plus. The pier was just across from us and we could view it and the ocean. Perfect for our fishermen. This place was close to great restaurants and shopping.

We had a great stay. The house was the nicest we'd ever stayed at in OBX and located conveniently to the beach and shopping. If only the weather would have been nicer, it would have been one of our best weeks at the beach.

Small Family Vacay/100% Perfect Place, No complaints

The property was what would be considered absolutely perfect. The location is perfect: right between the ocean and the sound. The property itself was beautiful, clean, modern and perfect. The yard and pool and hot tub were all perfect, and communication with the property manager was fantastic! There is a little market across the street that has anything you might need. Would absolutely recommend for a perfect OBX vacation!

Amazing Home!

The house was beautiful and well stocked! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Jeanette's Pier was right across the street. The hot tub was everyone's favorite while there. The elevator was also a huge plus. The communication with the property manager was excellent as well. We would definitely rent this property again!

Absolutely Fabulous

This house was perfect in every way. It had anything you would need to prepare a meal. Great having a private bathroom for each room. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being over the top, this house is a 10. Hoping to go back next year.

Family time.

My two sons and their families stayed for one week. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware settings. The house was very clean and the host checked in through text messages to make sure we didn’t need anything. We hope to be back.

Spacious, modern, and clean - great stay!

Beautiful house with getting your steps in which I enjoyed - centrally located. Great communication with Rebecca who provided a lot of information to plan our visit. The house was very clean, new, and the beds/pillows, and couches were extremely comfortable. Loved the care taken in the kitchen with everything needed and organized - Calphalon pans so cooking was a breeze and the Keurig is a plus! Pool with heat and hot tub are great options. Thanks for a great stay!

OBX “Luxury”

The house was absolutely beautiful! Our 1st time with this property and will likely make this our frequent property. Zero complaints,. And would definitely recommend. We took some executive clients and family/friends off shore fishing and they were extremely satisfied. This will be our next family trip and my next client trip destination.

Awesome stay in Nags Head

This home is beautiful, clean and it was the perfect size for my family of 6 The home is very close to the beach...short walking distance (1 mile) Large flat screen tv’s in both family rooms, flat screens in all bedrooms, as well as outside by the pool. The pool and decks (front and back, and 3 levels) were awesome. The kitchen, appliances and master shower were top notch. We would definitely stay here again!! Rebecca was great. On our stay walked the dunes, Went sailing, jet ski nearby, drove to Corolla for Jeep on the beach ride looking for wild horses well worth the drive

We had no issues that needed to be resolved. The house is beautiful, clean, furniture is nice. The backyard was updated from last year, with covered bar area, grassy volleyball area, and new loungers by the pool. The property has amazing views of both the sound and the ocean, and multiple balconies with furniture, to enjoy the views. We love the location of this property, as it's directly across to beach access, Jennette's Pier, Cahoons Market, and Fatboyz Ice cream is two doors down.

Great Vacation in Nags Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family-group of 11 (5 adults, 5 teens, and 1 child). We all enjoyed ourselves at this property. The location is great for teens. Our group ventured to the beach, ice cream, and were able to ride their bikes to other activities nearby.The description of this property is spot-on. The only thing we noticed is that there were multiple leaks from the roof on the top floor. It didn't impact our stay, but it was something that probably should be remediated. The management were also professional and informative; we didn't have any problems, issues during our stay, so contact was limited. This home is on a busy road that has cars on it 24/7, and there is a public parking lot across the street (where lots of cars meet up at night to rev their engines and drag race). This didn't bother us, because we're a loud bunch and the location outweighed the noise. If you like it super-quiet, this is not the location for you.While the house is not ADA compliant, it worked well for our group, which included a teenager who uses a wheelchair for mobility and is legally blind. Most of the doorways were wide enough for her chair and there was a tub available for her to bathe in. The elevator was key to us being able to stay and it worked great. She was able to navigate the home on her own.Beach access at Jennette's Pier is directly across the street. Shopping is close by and there is plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. We made many trips to nearby Fat Boyz and Cahoon's Market. We would definitely stay again!

Best House We Have Rented in OBX!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically stay one street back and have had a lot of bad luck over the past few years with run down houses. We tried a different approach this year and skipped the standard real estate agencies. Although this was the top of our budget we were so thrilled with it! Every detail is thoughtful- fridge in the basement for water, sodas and other drinks so we could pack our coolers for the beach with low effort. Area just inside to put beach items so they don’t blow around, elevator was amazing for getting groceries upstairs. Very comfortable seating and beautiful decor. The kitchen is so well appointed and every drawer organized with tons of tools. The bunk is so cool with built-in bunks, all with power and lights. We just kept remarking how happy we were although I am sad to share so others may take our week! Thank you for a memorable trip! (Forgot to mention the VIEW!!!)

Awesome house!

It was perfect for two families - you could get a 3rd family in but it was just right for two. Good location, cleanest and nicest house we've stayed in at OBX, very responsive to any questions/issues we had through the week. Would highly recommend!
