Privat självkontroll i ett sovrum lägenhet på marknivå i hemmet med egen ingång på en lugn gata i Tarpon Springs. Ett kvarter från ingången till Sunset Beach. Populär med kite boarders, kajakare, cyklister, eller de som bara älskar att koppla av på stranden.

Det finns mycket roliga saker i vårt område, det finns en konsert på Sunset Beach den första torsdagen i varje månad. Sunset Beach Park är en lokal favorit med kite boarders, båtfolk, fiskare och en perfekt plats att titta på solnedgången. Howard Park med en strand, picknickplatser, kajakspår genom mangrover, vandringsleder och många BBQ-satser. Svampdockorna har presentbutiker, restauranger och båtturer ut till en av öarna, du kan se delfiner och manater. Utforska floden, Bayous och Mexikanska golfen. Alla är en perfekt miljö för båtliv, fiske och simning eller bara att komma i kontakt med naturen. En snabb 1. 6 mil kör / rida till Pinellas Trail (över 50 miles av asfalterade cykel / vandringsleder som täcker hela länet). Gratis cyklar är tillgängliga för användning på min plats.

The property was clean and comfortable but I wasn’t happy with the streaming channels/programs. I feel that for the amount of money that I was charged they should have provided a few channels that i would have liked.

2 old ladies and their bikes

Very relaxing and quiet. Also a very good location for going out to see things. We took our e-bikes to ride around. The stay was fabulous.

Perfect Stay

My wife and have stayed here multiple times in the last two years. Super clean, has everything you could need is there. The owner’s are friendly and helpful. Close to the beaches, restaurants. Five stars!

Amazing location and comfortable amenities.

We used the bikes to ride to the nearby beaches which are beautiful. Tapron springs is small enough that you can ride anywhere. Apartment is very private and comfortable for 2 ppl. Highly recommended! Apart

So convenient and incredibly clean

We just wanted to be close to the beach, but I'm kind of picky about the cleanliness and safety of rentals. I usually stay down in Clearwater or St Pete but it's often a crap shoot with rentals, but Tarpon Springs is very different. I was looking for something different, untouristy - this is exactly that. There's not a lot of rental options near the water which is what makes Tarpon Springs so quiet and relaxing, it's neighborhood after neighborhood with a small downtown and sponge docks nearby. The reviews on this rental were amazing which caught my eye and they lived up to their score! The unit is on the backside of a house in a little neighborhood that felt safe and only two blocks from the water and a mile to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with every dish and appliance you can imagine. Lots of other supplies and amenities as well. It was July and felt like 100° so we did not end up using the bikes to go to the beach, we drove instead, but the bikes were very conviently available, along with coolers and beach chairs and beach towels! The owners were so sweet, right there if you need anything whatsoever, or invisible if you don't. Would definitely recommend their place but I just found out they also have a rental in Dunedin, which I want to visit next! I'm just stuck on their cleansiness and ease of reservation and check-in:-)

Exploring the area

Wanted to explore the Tarpon Springs area and this was a perfect location. Just a few minutes to downtown and a couple great beaches. Very cozy and comfortable with everything you need

Convenient and Quiet

As many have said, the property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The large apartment is quiet with a view out to a large back yard. There is good parking in the front. The AC unit cools fairly well although we had to turn it down for it to reach the bedroom. We used two of the bikes and they were wonderful to ride to the nearby parks. We would have used them a lot more if it hadn't been so hot and humid when we were visiting; we're not accustomed to those temps! Tarpon Springs is a wonderful town and one can easily visit St. Petersburg and Tampa from here but enjoy staying in a smaller area. Don't miss dining on the waterfront at Rusty Bellies. It is a popular restaurant, and reservations are advised. Marvelous food!

The location is amazing. Two beaches and downtown Tarpon Springs are so close. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Quiet and safe entrance and backyard for relaxing. Hosts were available and helpful.

Perfect in every way!

The listing description is 100% accurate, but does not do it justice! The ground floor apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and secure; every amenity I could hope for was provided. In short, it felt like home. The host responded instantly when I messaged, and went above and beyond to provide a lovely get away setting. The location is fantastic. I walked or biked everywhere with no difficulty. I highly recommend this property/host and am already hoping for a return visit!
