Farm House On Beaver Lake är över 100 år gammal och uppdaterades 2014. Vi lade till moderna bekvämligheter, samtidigt som vi behöll lantgårdens charm. inklusive orginial repurposed trä och shiplap. Det finns en gammal ladugård som är över 100 år gammal på fastigheten, och det finns 20 hektar med klippta naturstigar för din njutning. Allt detta sitter i slutet av en körfält på privat egendom, och ligger precis vid vattnet med 180 graders utsikt över sjön. Det är härligt!

The Farm House har en stor skärmad veranda över husets framsida med en fantastisk utsikt över sjön och The Barn. Vardagsrummet har en 48 "plattskärm med OzarkGo kabel och wifi, och en DVR. Matbordet rymmer bekvämt 8; och det finns ytterligare bord, stolar och TV-brickor. Köket har en 6 brännare gas kommersiella sortiment och rostfria vitvaror; Det är fullt lager med krukor och kokkärl, glasögon, tallrikar etc. Tvättstugan har full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare med diskutrymme för förvaring, och det leder till bakgården. Det finns fem (5) sovrum med egen personlighet; en är nere och fyra är på övervåningen. Varje sovrum har en queen size-säng; en inkluderar också en spjälsäng och en annan ingår också en tvilling våningssäng. Det finns två (2) badrum; en på varje våning.

Utomhus ingår ett picknickbord, gasgrill, brandgrop med 8 stolar, däcksvängningar, gunga och två 2-personskajakor. Ta med flytvästar de är nödvändiga när du använder kajakerna.

Vi har också massor av vilda djur ~ De upplagda bilderna var alla tagna på egendomen av mig eller min man.

Stranden är en lätt promenad där du kan säkert bada med inga branta avstängningar. Vi har ingen båt docka, men Hickory Creek Marina är bara 5. 6 miles - där du kan starta din båt. Vi befinner oss i södra änden av sjön från punkt 12 där floden White River och War Eagle River slår samman. Detta område av sjön är mycket tystare än området norr om oss.

Platsen är stor. Fastigheten sitter i slutet av körfältet och du hör bara ljuden av natur och båtar, men du är bara 30 minuter från några av de mest kända attraktionerna i NWA.

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a family reunion. Absolutely ideal. It’s the most unique rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house sits on 20 acres of lake shore privacy. Excellent for yard games, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the well appointed firepit. The house easily accommodates 10 people. We saw wildlife every night including herds of deer. I cannot recommend this property high enough for a large group gathering. We rented a pontoon boat from Prairie Creek marina, and that was a wonderful experience as well. It was so fun cruising around Beaver Lake for the day. Finally, the owner was so easy to work with. She surprised us with a homemade cake upon our arrival. Very nice touch.

Absolutely Perfect

We loved staying here at the Farmhouse. Everything was perfect. It was quaint, charming and so inviting. The house has a great “story” and each room was decorated so cute. We were only there for 2 nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. We brought family & friends to visit our daughter at UArk for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Great stay with friends

We had a blast at this property! It was unique , charming and comfortable for a larger group. We spent time out in the water, around the fire, playing hide and seek on the grounds and cooking some great dinners. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect Lake House

This is our second time to stay in this wonderful house. We like it so much, We’ve already booked for next year. The hosts are wonderful, and we feel like we are family, they treat us so well. The house is very well stocked with everything a family would need. The entry into the lake is very shallow, perfect for the children. Relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs, morning and evening is very tranquil, the perfect vacation.

Owners live on this beautiful property and their love for it shows. We stayed with all our kids and grandkids and had a blast floating in the lake, kayaking, and enjoying evenings at the fire pit.

Best Spot on the Lake

This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. The grounds are so well maintained, and the location is absolutely peaceful. There is so much to walk around and look at. Lucinda is a very gracious host. I plan to stay there every year!

Farm House fun

Our stay at the farm house was peaceful, relaxing and fun. It's a great getaway space with lots of room to play outdoors. The fire pit was a great asset at night for fellowship. Would stay here again!

Quiet spot with lots to do!

This was a great end of summer vacation for our family! Our party had 8 guests with 4 kids ranging from 11 months to 6 years. We had everything we needed with room to spare. Lake access was great and we prepared most meals in the kitchen. The house is on a beautiful piece of land and the kids really enjoyed the deer and an armadillo that frequented the property. Owner responded quickly with questions and even left us an apple cake at checkin! Everything was clean and as described. Would stay again, great hosts.

My name is Lucinda. My husband, DJ and I wanted to move to NWA to be near our kids/grandchildren. Our son and his family live in Bentonville, and our daughter and her family live in Fayetteville. We had no idea how much we would love the area ~ can not imagine living any where else. We live across the creek from The Farm House. So if you have any needs while being our guests we are close enough to accommodate, if possible; but far enough away that you will have your privacy.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we saw this property it was love at first sight. It had been abandoned for over 20 years and needed a lot of love; nature had taken her back and trespassers had abused her. We cleaned and cleared. Almost everyone told us we should tear down The Farm House, but we just couldn’t. So we worked tirelessly and updated The Farm House with modern amenities while keeping the farm house charm. This is my happy place.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is close enough to town, but feels like you are far away from the hustle of life. It sits at the end of the lane with no other houses near by (we live across the creek from The Farm House). The views are unobstructed and the sunrises are amazing. The only thing we hear are the sounds of nature, an occasional airplane, and an occasional boat. There is wildlife in abundance; deer, coyotes, a bobcat, roadrunners, geese, eagles, etc. It is heavenly.
