The main house features three comfortable bedrooms, including two with queen beds and one with a double queen, along with two full baths. The guest house is equally inviting, boasting three bedrooms—one king, one queen, and a bunk room with eight beds—along with two full baths. Both homes are equipped with fully stocked kitchens and spacious living areas, making it easy to gather with family and friends.

The outdoor common area is a true highlight, featuring a fire pit, outdoor TV, and a high-end audio system, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. With over 5000 square feet of deck and flagstone patio space, there’s ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stunning property. Much more remote than we realized. It was raining when we stayed and the miles of gravel road included 2 rock waterfalls you have to drive over. Was a little scary but worth it.

Lovely cabin

This cabin set against the lake was a beautiful, cozy place for our family to stay. The only this is the kitchen is not quite set up with dishes etc, for the amount of people that the houses can hold. otherwise it was a lovely place to stay!

Perfect

This rental was perfect. Common space with enough space to have alone time. Swimming pool, sauna, firepit, and that beautiful lake (kayak, paddle boat, fishing dock). Great views... I highly recommend this rental. I will tell my friends to consider this for their family reunion also.

A wonderful quiet getaway

This home was a lovely getaway for a few days. Peaceful and quiet and the views were gorgeous. The pool was refreshing as well. We brought food with us to cook at the house which was a good idea as the closest place was at least 15 or 20 minutes away and a lot of windy gravel roads. Definitely would suggest to friends and family as it was way too much space for just the two of us but it was available, so we grabbed it!

Family of 15 vacation location

This property has a lot to offer a large family. 2 separate houses share the same outdoor area/pool. Be aware that you have a long drive on gravel roads to get to the home. The cell service is spotty and wifi in the 2nd house is limited. This house is ok, but it needs some updating and deep cleaning to look like the pictures online. Overall, our stay was fine. Not bad, not exceptional. Just fine.

Great family getaway spot!

There was plenty of room to sleep 13- 7 adults (3 couples + grandma) 5 teenaged boys (they loved the bunk room!) and one girl. There was plenty of space for people to spread out when they needed alone time. The 2 kitchens made it possible for us to store and prepare food for the whole family after one outing to the local grocery. The kids loved having a pool available at all times to themselves, except when adults called for adult swim time. S’mores around the fire pit were a big hit, as were the kayaks, the stand up paddle board, and life jackets for floating in the lake. Everyone agreed that it was the most relaxing family vacation ever! We would highly recommend it for your big family reunion.

We really enjoyed staying at Lost Rock! The children loved the pool, and the view is incredible! You can watch the fog rising and swirling on the lake from the deck(s) - absolutely beautiful! We were looking for a place to get away and not have to do a lot of other activities and this was perfect. The road (last 15 minutes) is a little rugged (as mentioned by others), but our suburban was fine, as well as my parents Toyota RAV4. I would suggest bringing food you can make or reheat, as well as snacks, so you can enjoy being at this beautiful location without traveling to a grocery store frequently.

Great Beaver Lake House

Location on the lake is great, with ample room for everyone. The layout is nice having two structures on either side of the pool with fire pit and grill between. Will go back again!

What a great house! We had so much fun at the property!Heads’ us it’s a bit secluded and running to the store takes nearly 2 hours RT. Luckily we were prepared so we were able to not have to worry about leaving.

Beautiful property, but needs work

While the property was absolutely beautiful, our stay was less than ideal. We arrived to poorly cleaned houses. Dishes were dirty with food still inside them. Cobwebs and dirt in corners, floors, and more. Some bedding was dirty and doors would not lock. We had issues with lights/fans not working in two rooms. When you pay a cleaning fee, it is frustrating to arrive and have to clean. No refund was issued for cleaning fee after we made property owners aware. While at the property, they did communicate well with us, but after we received no communication regarding our complaints. While we would love to use this property again, it is not worth it for the price cleaning yourself once you arrive.

Great Home- Poor Customer Service

The home was absolutely gorgeous, and really well suited for multiple families. The grill and fire pit were perfect for fall. (I will say that the bunk bed beds were not very comfortable for adults, but that's to be expected. The last 5 miles of the drive are SUV preferred.) But the customer service experience was one of the worst I've had at a vacation rental. There are no printed materials at the house with the usual information: how to turn the gas line on for the grill, where to find the keys, where to find cleaning supplies, check out instructions, etc. They seem to be pushing you to use the virtual chat option but they aren't prompt in providing helpful responses. It took hours to find out where to take the trash. You also have to checkout virtually after you leave the house, but there's poor cellphone service by the time you're out of the gate so you can't. The home is amazing, the guest experience is a lot of reliance on technology making the process worse.

Off the beaten path

The house and guesthouse were fine and there was plenty on space. However. There was a lack of comfortable seating( couches,chairs, etc). The road off of the Highway leading to the property was 4 plus miles of horrible gravel roads you should have a pickup or suv to access this property. Nothing in the listing tells you about the horrible road.

Nice place with some large problems.

The house was really nice. We had a lot of amenity issues with the main thing being the A/C was out in the main house for 2 full days at the end of our trip. The pool is nice but the whole system seems to need an upgrade. The heater did not work well in it. The sauna did not work either. I would definitely bring larger clearance cars to make it up the gravel road and large hill up to the property. We did really like the property and the staff responded quickly, we understand that the A/C can go out randomly but all the other issues with the A/C did not leave a good taste in our mouth. The outdoor pool area could use more often cleaning and there are bats and bat poop all over the patio. The bedding seems to need some upgrades but it is a really nice place with great views and the chance to unplug and relax. Vacasa told us we will get a refund for the night without A/C, but if no refund is given it would be closer to 2 stars. We had people leave a day early due to the A/C being out, was quite unfortunate.

Like other reviewers have said the house is kinda dirty and run down. Main house kitchen was pretty dirty on check in. Spent a good bit cleaning it. Also tables in living room were dirty. All of the carpets in the property were gross - dirty with tons and tons of stains. Pool was dirty. The road to get to the property was pretty treacherous. Other than that it was fine. The dock was very nice.

Perfect spot!

This house was absolutely perfect! The rooms were all so comfortable, even the bunk beds. the amenities were lovely. the pool was beautiful and the view from the deck was gorgeous. One thing to know is that the pool house does get a bit warm if the weather is hot, due to all the windows, so keep in mind if you are booking a stay in the hot summer months.

Beautiful View

The home has a spectacular view and has ample room to accommodate for large groups. I would go back if somebody else paid for it but for the price it did not meet my expectations.

Disappointed.

We had a group of 5 families stay for an extended weekend, the longer we were here the more issues we discovered with the property. Some issues could not be remediated during our stay, but issues that could be, Vacasa did not attempt to resolve them just created a ticket. Amenities advertised but not working: Whole home audio system Sauna WiFi in guest house, therefore, no TVs in the guest house would work or the outdoor TV. Outdoor bar area is grossly neglected and hasn’t been cleaned in quite sometime and not usable unless you spent an afternoon cleaning it. Pool pump did not seem to be working properly and was quite cold, assuming the heater was not working either. In addition to these things not working, one bedroom in the guest house (king room) has mold growing all over the ceiling and coming down the wall. Quite the health hazard. Multiple outlets in the bunk room do not work. Night stand in queen room in guest house has a broken leg and it’s just propped up on it. Super safe when a baby bumps it or tries to pull up. Dishwasher in guest house leaks. Pros: plenty of beds and space for large groups to spread out. Laundry pods and dishwasher pods are supplied. Kitchens are well appointed, with exception of very few hand towels and wash rags. Firewood for the fire pit is available. The property is beautiful but sadly has a lot of issues. Vacasa has not been speedy in response to the issues, still going back and forth with them 2 weeks later..
