Great place to stay!

We loved the location. We loved that it was a very short walk to the beach entrance. Even though there was beach access through the neighborhood, the traffic was not bad at all. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect and clean

It was a great getaway for me, my husband and our little fur baby. Just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. Would recommend and look forward to staying again.

Much needed family getaway

The house had a smokey smell upon arrival, throw pillows could use a washing, grass can use a cut, but the overall appearance, location, space, and quality of the home was wonderful. Great choice for my familys getaway to enjoy ourselves. Will most definitely look into booking again in the future or referring to others. Thank you!!!!

Location

The home was much bigger in person than the photos made it look. The porch was so nice, both upper and lower - added bonus was for some reason they had much less mosquitoes than our friends house, so we could sit outside comfortably. It was super convenient to stores, and the beach access was so convenient. Added bonus was the water slide that’s just outside the neighborhood. I would definitely like to come back

We loved this house

Very clean, spacious and accommodating. We loved that the house had plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets and plenty of spaces to sleep. There were two different kind of coffee makers for those that like Kuerig, or an old fashioned pot of coffee. Location was also great!!! We were near everything we needed in town!

It was two families making a total of 9 of us. Let me tell ya, we NEVER once felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. This property is spacious and allows everyone a place to sit and be without feeling crowded. Our next vacation we will definitely be checking to see if this property is available again.

Great House, Poor Maintenance and Support

The house itself was very nice, but we experienced significant issues that affected our stay.When we arrived after a long day of travel, we couldn’t get into the house. The keypad didn’t work, and the door lock was broken. We had to call the emergency number, answer a series of questions, and then got transferred—only to answer the same questions again. Despite explaining multiple times that the lock was broken, no one offered to come out and help us. After a frustrating and extended attempt, we finally managed to get the door open ourselves.From that point on, we were forced to leave the house unlocked whenever we left, as the lock was completely non-functional from the outside. I reported this issue daily during our stay, and every time I was asked the same questions. No one ever came to fix it.Additionally, on day two, we discovered that the front toilet tank would not refill. We had to manually fill it using a bucket. This issue was also reported and, again, no one showed up to address it.It was very disappointing to deal with unresolved maintenance issues and lack of support during our stay.

The house was great except the air conditioning was not that great.

Our guest complained that it was too hot to sleep. They had to sleep without covers. Kinda smelled like moth balls. But other than that it was great. Beautiful home and great location.

Beach Trip

The countertop toaster over does not work , and the ice maker will not dispense the ice. The thermostat not being able to go below 70 degrees was disappointing as we like our thermostat set to 66degrees. I don’t feel it’s right to have guests take out the trash. Other than that, the beach house is very nice, and the stay was enjoyable.

CHECK YOUR BED SPREADS!

After getting settled into the property my mother in law sat down on the king bed and got a piece of glass stuck in her finger and took the bed spread off to see what cut her and noticed old blood on the blanket. We had to wash them and they came out (So clearly the cleaning people don’t clean). The cabinets had a funky smell but it was easy access to the beach. Besides that it was nice. The cleaning people needs to step it up.

Beach trip June 2023

Property was beautiful. However it was not clean. Refrigerator has food left in it and was filthy. Pans in kitchen cabinets were dirty. Bedsheets and quilts had blood stains. Animal hair was on bed and other furniture There is a rancid smell in the lazy Susan corner cabinet. Sinks in Bathrooms slow draining, had to purchase drain-o and other cleaning supplies in order to clean. We had to wash the sheets and cleaned the icebox, drain-o'd the sink and washed pans. Cleaning staff did a very poor job. On top of that power was out for over 8 hours on two days, we realize this was not your fault l, but made for a difficult trip.

Nice!

This property was very nice! Excellent location, easy walk to the beach. Important to note: this property did not offer coffee amenities, bottled water, salt, pepper, hair dryer, beach chairs, or beach towels. While there are appliances for coffee, you must bring in all the fixings. We enjoyed our stay and found the property very comfortable and accomodating.

Great Beach House but a few recommendations

Loved all the decor and sleeping arrangements. Less than a minute ride to the beach. The home was very clean and nice! If you plan to cook like we did all week like we did, a few things to note. There are no casserole dishes so you’ll want to stop and buy some disposable pans, only one baking sheet, no mixing bowls, no pot holders and only one skillet but we made it work. You’ll also need to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. The batteries in the tv remotes need to be replaced. We had to go buy batteries. Also there aren’t enough linens and blankets to cover the pull out couches and futons. Definitely not knocking this place because we still had an amazing time and we improvised. Just want to give everyone a heads up on the amenities. Additionally, there was an extremely loud buzzing noise coming from the air vent.
