The house was so perfect for our family, the elevator was very convenient for groceries and elderly parents. The Location was perfect! The views were breathtaking! The host responded with all my questions almost immediately!The coffee shop across the street is also a plus for coffee and Breakfast! Look forward to staying here again!

The house was a perfect vacation hub for our extended family of 12. There was plenty of parking, the elevator was helpful for transporting supplies, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, the huge table allowed all of us to eat and play games together, the views were amazing, and, best of all, we had direct beach access. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware, and in addition to the main refrigerator, there were several mini fridges for drinks. The location of the house is a little distance from town but easily walkable; several times, we walked along the beach to town to enjoy some coffee on the boardwalk. There's a convenience store and surf board/kayak rental right across the street from the house that was handy for quick snacks and drinks.We had a great stay!

I liked the view from top floor balconies the large kitchen & living room. The beach was a easy access & clean . Elevator was a plus. Wash up on ground floor was good . Lots of nearby restaurants and things to do. Thx for a great vacation

Amazing Views

This property was an excellent stay. The views were phenomenal. The property was conveniently located directly next to beach access and within walking distance of the boardwalk. The property provided everything you could think of needing -- especially beach gear. I was particularly impressed that the owners provided a pack and play at our request for a family member that was traveling internationally with her baby. We were particularly suprised at how much we enjoyed having access to the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this property!

LOVE THE PINK HOUSE!!!

Just stayed at this amazing rental!!! My only wish was to have stayed longer and had more people join us as the place is huge!! The view is amazing and the house has absolutely everything you could need including an elevator which was such a plus verses hauling suitcases, etc. up the stairs. Beach access is literally right next to it. And the owner was so easy to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions. I would definitely rent this property again and give it a 100% recommendation. Made some wonderful memories for me and my family!!

Perfect Friends Getaway

My friends and I absolutely loved this house. I rented the house for a long weekend with 9 friends, most were traveling from the Midwest and had never been here before. Everyone loved the house and location of the house. We all had plenty of space and the most beautiful views of the ocean. Being right next to the public access was a huge bonus. There were plenty of chairs, bikes, beach stuff - whatever we needed. Amy was an extremely accommodating host, and made sure we had everything we needed, which we did, and more! I would absolutely rent this house again and recommend 10/10!

Amazing Views and a Great Place

This house has the best views. Love the openness and it was very clean. The elevator is great as my dad and husband both have some mobility issues. Very lucky to of found this gem. Amy was very kind and a great hostess. You can tell she is a great person. Home is stocked with pretty much anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to stay again in the future. The ramp to the beach beside the home even is a ramp instead of stairs for easy access. Perfect for us. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

This is our 2nd stay enjoying this lovely oceanfront home! Our daughter is in a wheelchair and my Mom is in her 80’s and both just want to be able to look at the beach all day long! The house provides amazing views of the water even in their bedrooms! The elevator is necessary and works to get both of them where they need to be. The beach access is flat with no stairs and I am able to roll my daughter right out on the beach in a rented beach wheelchair from the local Parks and Rec dept. The house and the host are wonderful! The property description and other reviews are accurate. We look forward to enjoying another stay at this home as we are soon planning another trip!

Family fun

Great view and plenty of room. Enjoyed the extra games to choose from, and beach equipment. Many kitchen supplies was helpful. Child/daybed was uncomfortable. Would be nice to have dark out curtains in room when want privacy or get away from sun. House wasn’t very clean. Our feet were black first steps into house, rugs full of hairs, and bathroom mirror smears. One of bathroom showers felt like fall through floor.one next master bath, up stairs master bed fan didn’t work

WOW!!!!!!

If I could give a 10 star review I would give this an 11. The was my first Vrbo rental and, thanks to the host, it will not be my last. The property is beautiful, beautifully decorated, amazing views, ease access to the beach. We visited in December and it was so peaceful. The elevator was a savior. My elderly parents have mobility issues and this allowed them to easily visit with the great grandchildren. The house was completely stocked. The host welcomed us by having a Christmas tree up and Christmas books for the children. The host was so kind and accommodating. Communication was easy. There are too many positives to fill this page. If there was a negative it would be that we had to leave. THANK YOU to Amy and Vrbo for such a memorable family trip.

Beautiful house, beautiful ocean views

We stayed here for 4 nights, and we totally fell in love with the place. We were there for a tennis tournament and everyone had plenty of room. We loved hanging out on the decks which had plenty room for all and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. These decks are well covered, so even when it rained we could still enjoy being outside. The bedrooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. We loved the house had a shuffleboard that we enjoyed during the wet weather, and there were plenty of board games as well. The elevator helped us bring all our stuff inside, but it was slow lol. We didn’t have to use it much except when there was luggage involved. Amy was very responsive and she was kind enough to offer us an extension when it seemed like the tourney may get extended well past it’s supposed completion time due to weather, but it didn’t come to that. We liked there were plenty of restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a few of those, especially Flaming Amy’s. Overall I highly recommend this place and would love to be back here for our next vacation.

Best place to stay! Everything was clean and home was extremely spacious. Elevator was such a life saver for groceries and luggage. Outdoor showers had hot and cold water and were completely private and large. They had everything you could ever need plus more. The views were spectacular and the host was responsive and pleasant. Will definitely be booking again for our next family trip!

The owner was super helpful, we had no issues at the property and everything was clean. They had everything you would ever want to use to cook for a big group. Didnt know how good we had it until we went to another family members place which barely had anything available for them to cook with.

What a wonderful trip. Wonderful memories were made. The location is perfect for a large beach loving family. The home was very well equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We enjoyed the many balconies and the large gathering space. Communication with the host couldn't be better or faster. Considering a repeat visit next summer. Loved.

Great Family Trip!

What a beautiful property. Right on the beach! Host was extremely responsive before/during the trip and made the vacation stress free. There was a little Convenience store across the street with take out options. The unit had toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Our group had 4 adults and 4 children between the ages 7-12 and there were plenty of games to keep them busy. We had an amazing family vacation and we will definitely book again.

Great sewing week!

My group of friends with an interest in various forms of sewing escaped to Carolina Beach for a relaxing week of sewing! This home is light filled and met our needs perfectly! Well stocked kitchen allowed us to make our meals “at home” and relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean! Will rent again!

Perfect for girls weekend

This was the perfect house for our twice a year girl's weekend! The house was so spacious! There were 8 of us, and we all had our own bed. The house was super clean when we arrived, and our host was always available by text. We all loved the house and will definitely be back!
