Beläget i hjärtat av gågatorna i gamla stan (5 minuter från sjön, 10 minuter från stationen till fots), detta charmiga studio 25sqm med mezzanine ge dig komfort för din vistelse. Strosa genom gatorna i "Little Venice", bada i turkost vatten, eller gå på henne där.
Dessutom cyklar finns på begäran.

Studion har delvis renoverats och uppdateras med omsorg. Det är beläget i hjärtat av gågatorna i gamla stan nära Palais de l'Isle, på 2: a våningen. Gatan erbjuder många restaurang och bar samt butiker. Utsikten från studion med en innergård och bakom slottet. Parkering finns i närheten.

This place has an excellent location, it’s it the heart of the old town. However the shower needs upgrades and I’m not sure if it’s safe to sleep on that bed upstairs. Definitely it’s too small for more than people. The studio was okay.

This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in.

Can't Beat The Location

This place is a little small, but not short on charm. Has the basics that you need but the true star is the location. Walking right out into the Annecy Old Town felt like something out of a movie. You have a very convenient keypad access right in the street off the river and a short walk up to the room. Keep in mind there's a slight tunnel and a few sections of stairs that could potentially make things difficult. The shuttered window leading out to a shared courtyard was wonderfully atmospheric and we loved listening to the sound of the rain through the windows. The area was quiet and private, we only saw one other person on the stairs during our entire stay. The wifi wasn't working during our stay which may be a dealbreaker for some but we were too distracted by the beauty of the area to notice too much.

Studio in Annecy Vielle Ville

This was the perfect location for us and the studio is located in one of the very traditional old buildings just underneath the Chateau which was very interesting for us, although a little cramped. The only downside was that the internet login given in the blurb in the studio was not correct and so we couldn't connect. Tried calling the phone number indicated for assistance, but couldn't get a response. It later turned out that the owner was away at the time, so I should have used the Vrbo chat for contact - but I couldn't connect to the internet!! However, this wasn't a big deal as we were out skiing most of the time. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the experience of staying in the Old Town.

Tolle Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Nachteil: Anfahrt mit Auto nicht möglich. Es muss auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen geparkt werden. Es gab in der Nähe einen, der nach 19 Uhr und vor 10 Uhr kostenfrei war.

Super séjour

La localisation est parfaite en plein centre de la ville piétonne et à proximité du lac. Logement propre et fonctionnel. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de laveuse, tel que mentionné dans l’annonce, mais des laveries à proximité. De plus il n’y a pas de grille-pain.

Lovely apartment in the centre of annecy

We had a lovely stay here the location is right in the heart of the old town but once in the apartment it was very peaceful the only negative point is the shower could do with an update as looking a bit past it's best

Superbe séjour

Je suis très contente de mon séjour Le logement est superbe,très calme,bien équipé ,très propre.en pleins Centre de la ville ca c est le top .les propriétaire sont très a l écoute.et l'agence aussi. Juste un petit mot Il manque quelques petite chose A mettre des draps,et couverture. Surtout a certaines périodes.. De la saison. Je vous le recommande 💯👍

Really great location

We loved where the studio is located- right in the heart of old town Annecy. Wonderful for walking around and enjoying the lake, town, and markets. We were disappointed, however, to arrive at such an unclean place- the floor wasn’t swept, I stepped in a puddle of water on the floor, the shower and shower curtain were very moldy, and the dishes were not clean. It’s pretty terrible to have traveled very far to arrive to a rental in that condition, then have to clean it. That felt extremely uncomfortable and it really affected our experience in Annecy. The wifi wouldn’t work, although the host did try to communicate with us to get it going.

Eigentlich ganz nett, aber...

Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich eine perfekt gelegene und ruhige Wohnung. Der Schnitt des Appartements ist gelungen, die Kommuniktion mit dem Vermieter und das Einchecken waren super. Das Möbiliar ist einfach aber grundsätzlich völlig ausreichend. Leider sieht man an manchen Stellen sehr deutlich, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das große Manko war aber, dass die Wohnung nicht sauber war. Offensichtlich hatte das Reinigungsteam einen wirklich schlechten Tag erwischt. In Küche und Bad fanden sich deutliche "Überreste" des Vormieters und auch der Boden insgesamt war nicht sauber gereinigt. (Haare!!). Ich habe erst einmal alles gefegt. Schade...

Cocooning et authenticité

Ma fille et moi nous sommes senties très bien ,. Un lieu doux et agréable avec une bonne literie une jolie décoration et le materiel nécessaire pour passer quelques jours. Proximité avec tout et en lieu sûr. Très bon souvenir.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, magnifiques randos, très beaux paysages, studio très bien situé dans le vieux Annecy avec l'animation dès qu'on sort mais au calme une fois dans le studio.

Emplacement idéal

En plein cœur du vieil Annecy. Logement chaleureux, calme et très bien chauffé. Nous avons posé la voiture à l'arrivée et nous ne l'avons plus utilisée jusqu'à notre départ.
