Denna helt ombyggda 3 sovrum, 2 badrum mysig stuga (6 sovplatser) är hundvänlig, och ligger bara en kort 10 minuters promenad från Village and Pier Area på St. Simons Island. Denna nya semesteruthyrning har precis renoverats med ett välutrustat kök öppet för ett rymligt vardagsrum / matsal med utsikt över den vackra trädgården. Det finns ett separat vardagsrum, sovrum med king size-säng, gäst sovrum med två enkelsängar, och tredje sovrum med en drottning Murphy säng som enkelt kan konverteras till ett kontor eller lounging område. Den stora inhägnad trädgården är en perfekt plats att koppla av, låta barnen spela spel eller för familjens hund att springa runt! Beläget i ett lugnt lokalbefolkning har det enkel tillgång till de många cykel- och vandringsleder som St Simons Island har att erbjuda. Ge gästerna en känsla av att vara borta från allt, men inom 5 minuter efter allt!

Perfect spot!

The property was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, our dogs loved playing in the backyard. The house is a 20 minute walk from Pier village, where there is shopping and restaurants. And it was an 8 minute drive to the coastguard beach, which has bathrooms on site. The kitchen was fully stocked making cooking at the house a breeze.

Trip to St Simons

The house was super clean and well-furnished. The kids and pups enjoyed the large fenced yard. We especially loved being able to walk to restaurants and parks. Woukd stay here again!

Great Christmas Stay

we had a lovely time at the house over Christmas. the house was well lit, kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment we needed, and the layout of the home was very spread out. our dog loved the wide open backyard. the house was close to the pier area and had easy access to everything on the island. we would give the house 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.

Loved St Simon Island

Check in and check out was very easy. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown pier. The backyard was great for the fur baby. The house was nice and clean. If we ever find ourselves back in SSI we would definitely rent again!

Perfect for Dog Owners

This property was wonderful for us traveling with our dog. The back yard was perfect for him to run and play with his ball. The house was well appointed and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everywhere we went on the Island was super dog-friendly. We had a great vacation. Would definitely recommend.

What a Wonderful Cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sanderling Cottage! So peaceful and quiet, even with the airport close by. Everything one could need was provided: very clean, very well decorated, just the best spot for my DH, myself and my sister (this was a Silly Sisters' Vacation/Birthdays' Adventure). Cute, clean, dog-friendly house close to downtown

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was cute, clean, and very comfortable and had a great backyard for the dogs. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to downtown/the pier. Also, East Beach is a quick drive away. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable, ideal for 4-6 adults

An excellent alternative for a week or even a month! Very comfortable space, super well equipped kitchen, excellent backyard, quiet location and yet super close to key activities. We are looking to rent here again.

Beach retreat

The house was exceptionally clean and well kept. Excellent kitchen with all the needed accessories. Furniture could us updating but the present furniture was adequate.

Great house

This property was clean, well maintained and spacious. Big fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and the hammock was my daughter's favorite spot! Upon our first shower we noticed that the drain was very slow. We contacted the property manager and it was fixed immediately. They were great in communicating. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall wonderful stay

The home has everything you could need and was very clean and organized. The area off the kitchen with the Murphy bed was the perfect office area for my husband as he did need to work while we were there. I reported an over abundance of ants in the yard while we were there and it was quickly remedied.

Just what we needed

The house was perfect for what we were looking for during our stay. Everything was very clean and all items we needed were provided. Communication with the host was very prompt. We also appreciated the gear rental services provided that dropped off bikes at the house for our stay duration. The neighborhood was very safe for bike riding/walking around with a 2 year old. We also liked the layout of the house where two groups of people could stay on opposite sides of the house for extra noise control. The fenced in backyard was also enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Great dog friendly place ever

The house was really adorable. But I fell in love with the backyard stayed out there for hours sitting underneath the oak tree and their chairs. Just put a fan on me and you could stay all day and my dogs absolutely loved being back there. The kitchen had everything you needed to make dinners at home The master bedroom the bed was very very comfortable, and I fell in love with their sheets. In fact, I took a picture so I can order them for my bed at home. Will come back

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay. I improvement needed though, the internet signal is intermittent and cuts out, often for 1hr or so. I think signal to house is the issue. When out, both the WiFi and Ethernet from router is out.

Perfect Weekend

The house was so clean which is the most important thing to me. There is a fantastic detailed notebook with all the information you will need for your stay in St. Simons. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Sheets were fabulous. We absolutely loved the pickle ball paddles and found the courts which were walking distance from the house. I loved all the windows, the yard, the games! It was a great weekend away.
