Välkommen till 11 Beachside Drive i Sea Pines Plantation, hemmet ligger i South Beach-området och bara några steg från stranden!

Detta hem är en underbar förhöjd 2 våning som erbjuder fyra stora sovrum och fyra privata badrum.

Det rymliga vardagsrummet är öppet och ljust, vilket ger en avkopplande atmosfär för att titta på TV på den stora väggmonterade, platt-TV eller spelbrädspel på kvällen. En stor skjutdörr leder från familjeområdet till den rymliga verandaen och angränsande uteplats med bord för 4 att äta utomhus. Medan du kopplar av utomhus kan du ta dig i det fridfulla och lugna landskapet och titta på havet genom träden. Stranden tillgång är bara nerför stegen från utomhus sittgrupp!

Tillbaka inuti, matplats med plats för åtta separerar vardagsrummet från köket som har en frukostbar med plats för 3. Det välutrustade köket har totalrenoverats, det finns rostfritt stål, granitbänkskivor och gott om diskutrymme. Fullständiga tvättmaskiner finns i hemmet.

Det finns två sovrum på första våningen av stranden hem --- en med en kung säng och den andra med en drottning. Varje rum har eget badrum med dusch / badkar. Kungen sovrummet har också tillgång till utomhus sittgrupp. Ytterligare två sovrum ligger på övervåningen ... ett med en kung säng och den andra erbjuder 2 enkelsängar. Ännu en gång har alla ett eget badrum, både med dusch / badkar combo. Alla rum har en TV i dem.

Stranden bana ligger strax utanför däck, den stora community pool ligger i närheten och det är tennis där du kan njuta av en timmes gratis spel per dag. Cykelled finns på framsidan av komplexet där du kan hoppa på och vandra dig runt den vackra Sea Pines Plantation. South Beach Marina ligger tvärs över gatan där du hittar, shopping, restauranger, underhållning, vattensporter, båt charter, fiskeutflykter och så mycket mer.

Perfect spot in our fav corner of HHI. Short walk to the beach and it was so fun to bring the dog along.

We have been coming to Sea Pines maybe 20 years. This is by far the most incredible place we have rented. Exceeded expectations and we will definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

We loved the house and location. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is across the street from the pool and a 5 minute walk the the beach. It was a perfect family vacation.

Wonderful home in Sea Pines

We had a lovely vacation with our adult children. The home was lovely and had great wifi that allowed us to work remotely during our stay. Beautiful home and lots of nature - birds, squirrels, deer - visiting all the time! We rented bikes and had a lovely time riding around the property and on the beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Great location and layout!

This house had all we needed for our family(5 adults and a 1 year old) beach vacation. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and dined on the lovely screened in porch. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was just across the street. We loved the <5min walk to salty dog, shops, and ice cream. Only suggestion would be bring your own pillows if your a firm pillow person!

Wonderfully relaxing!

We totally enjoyed this property as a first trip to Hilton Head Island! Very short lovely walk down through the pines to the beach. Pool just a few steps away, and salty dog marina area very close by. The house was very comfortable - new sofa and loveseat compared to the pics online was a bonus. Our absolute favorite part was the screened in porch - always shady and comfortable spot to read and visit. My only complaint is that the dishwasher shelves and utensil holders fell repeatedly - this appliance needs repaired or replaced. Also a few of the kitchen drawers dislodge and fall out inadvertantly. Otherwise, we had everything we needed, and this goes down as one of our all time favorite vacations together!. So easy and flexible for all of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Across from Salty Dog

This house was great for my husband, our dog and me. Right across from the Salty Dog Cafe in South Beach, it was also a short walk to the beach with a small view of the water from the main floor. While we had minor issues with sand on the sofa and two toilets not working, both issues were taken care of very quickly. Property management’s response could not have been any better. We would stay here again.

Beach time

Enjoyed sea pines once more. Beachiside 11 was beautiful, quite, great view , easy beach access . House was very nice and comfortable! Pets enjoyed the beach and view from balcony very much thank you!

Very nice property that fit our family well. Loved the property. Will consider it again.

We had the week when Florence visited North and South Carolina so our stay was shorter than expected and interrupted by evacuations but no you can really stay. The house is nice and the location was wonderful. Walking distance to the beach and The Salty Dog Cafe. Another visit to the island will make us consider this property again.

Perfect venue for large family

Colorful, clean accommodations with plenty of room to all be together or to spread out, if necessary, with just about every possible kitchen cooking item you could need to cook up a meal. Easy walk to beach, tennis, pool or the Salty Dog too.

Beautiful Home-Beautiful Week on HHI

We have been to HHI and stayed I other homes in Sea Pines several times over the years- this is the first time we stayed in South Beach. The home was great. It is very clean and suited our needs (2adults and 3 teenagers) perfectly. South Beach Marina is immediately across the street, which was nice. It was a short walk to the beach -just down a wooded path, and an even shorter walk to the pool. We will definitely be back!

Excellent

We stayed here during Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. It is very close to the beach and South Beach. It was very roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely come back.

awesome vacation in a great house

Were there with two families with 2 toddlers. House is great, pictures doesn't show the full beauty. Very well equiped, only steps to the pool. Short walk to the beach, bike rental and South Beach Marina can be reached in less then 3 minutes. Didn't missed anything. Very important is the screended porch (you are close the water, so expect some nature). We loved it.
