Convenient and Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 308 B Savannah Road was so convenient to walk to the beach or to restaurants and shops. Lewes is a very bike friendly town with great bike trails.The space is a bit dated, but comfortable we were very happy with our stay.

Great, convenient stay

Perfect getaway

Great space in a fantastic location. I grew up right down the road but moved away after college. It was great feeling at home again. Highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect and easy

Train Wreck

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nickle and dimed us to death. Rude reception when we tried to beat the beach traffic and check in before 3. Made us come all the back to the office to fill get a second swipe at the Labor Day beach traffic. Had to make our own beds, no curtain on one of the bedroom windows, God forbid you inadvertently close the door without a key, you know when you are having a glass of wine on the porch. $95 fee to let us back in. Too many rules, too many fees and rude “service.” Cold day in **** when I stay with these bozos.

Excellent location

This was a great apartment for my family of three. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the bay, which was perfect for our three -year-old who is learning to swim.

Poor check in

When we arrived we were given a packet it was two keys when we got to the property keys would not unlock the door the keys got stuck in the door we had to call a contractor friend because the office had no emergency number that we could reach otherwise we would’ve been sleeping on the patio my contractor friend came over shot some kind of lubricant in the key lock and we loosened it up and got it out someone should’ve come with us and showed us how to use the lock (key plus combo)someone should’ve come in and showed us what was needed around the apartment they did not do that they just gave us a folder I have written a review and giving it to the property managers in hopes that they would correct the situation the place is very dated and needed updating but the location was good

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time just us 3 girls! Perfectly easy walk to beach where we lazed the days away on floaties and then an equally easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. There is seating on the deck in two locations the you can use for people watching or a more private back area perfect for evening drinks and late night conversations. The only part that I feel could have been improved is hainvg a key at the location vs having to pick and drop off. Though it was an easy 5 minute drive, so not a biggie. Already talking about going back next year!

Just Perfect

On a solo trip to Lewes Beach, found this 2nd floor rental wi/ separate entrance 2 blocks from the beach… it was PERFECT! Can’t wait to rent here next summer!

Amazing! Location location

My girlfriend & I had a fantastic little week getaway here in Lewes! The property was just as expected maybe even better! Could not rave enough about the phenomenal location, 4 minute walk to the beach! Over all great experience.

Great place to stay, would consider this rental again. I was surprised we had to pick up and drop off keys. I would change that. Clean, walking distance to bay and town.

Great location. Needed the bathroom cleaned.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Toothpaste spit in sink and toilet was gross from someone who must of used the facility the day before. Toilet seat and all was gross.

Very Cozy Getaway

Nice and quiet property within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Had all amenities needed for a short stay. Some of the decor could use a little updating but overall very clean. Will definitely return.

Ants

The pictures on the site didn’t give an accurate description of how run down it was. That would not have been an issue if the unit didn’t have ants. When I informed the realtor’s office they said they were aware of the ants and gave no resolution to this issue. That was disappointing. Having to deal with an ant infestation on vacation and and the realtor being unconcerned does not bode well.
