Lovely Space In a Beautiful Location

We had a great time at this property. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use the patio, it was beautiful to look at from the sitting room. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter from the east coast.

Perfect location

The property is perfectly located on a quiet street in San Francisco. Very near to public transport, which we used the entire time we were there. Our host was very accommodating and gracious. The property itself is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor garden with a glass of wine each evening prior to finding a great place for dinner. Dynasty Dumplings, b patisserie and Scoba Devino on California are must sees!

Nice to be there

Nice room, very clean and great location. Problem: you need a cell phone number from the USA to log in. For us from Berlin this was not good, because we were only there at 5 pm and could not contact anyone. Good thing was: the neighbor helped us. An angel? Thanks also Springer

This is a must stay for every visit to San Francisco. It's like having your own home while in town. The owner is a kind soul and a pleasure to talk with. The room was spacious and clean and the location is great. A 10 out of 10. Overall great experience

Garden Room is a Dream!

I was drawn to the listing because of the beautiful garden and it was even prettier in person! The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is huge and overall the space was just right for the two of us. The neighborhood is fantastic - we loved exploring and trying out the local restaurants. Springer was a wonderful host. I can see why she consistently gets very high ratings. We cannot wait to return and stay in the beautiful garden room again.

Lovely stay at Grand Lady Victorian

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at this adorable Inn. Springer has impeccable taste and has created a beautiful space with quiet areas, intimate corners and peaceful ambiance. We had the Garden patio room and it did not disappoint!! A slice of heaven in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable private suite with beautiful garden

Tucked behind a locked gate and lovely courtyard. Really enjoyed this suite. Very clean and comfortable. Was so nice having a big bathroom with dressing area, large wall closet and tall storage cabinet. Sitting in the garden was delightful! Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Will be back!

Very nice place in a very nice neighborhood.

Loved staying here. Great location. Close to Muni stops. Communication with host is excellent. The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay

The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available.

Garden Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is centrally located for us. The neighborhood is quiet, and the accommodations were clean and beautiful. The amazing part is the secret garden just off of our room. It was a beautiful backdrop to relax at the end of the day, or have coffee in the morning. We look forward to our next trip!

Comfortable Space in a Perfect Location

My wife and I are repeat renters at this pleasant apartment in a lively neighborhood of Pacific Heights. Many cafes, shops, and grocery stores are within easy walking distance. The Presidio is next door and a great place to start your day off with a brisk walk or end your day with a relaxing stroll to decompress after a busy day exploring SF. Keep this gem secret, or it will not be available on our next visit.
