We stayed for five nights, and would absolutely recommend this beautiful apartment, clean, well appointed, and in a quiet and beautiful setting. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen supplied with a Keurig and k-cups, and the full sized appliances made it feel like home. (Also, the Wi-Fi is great. You know how important that is!) This unit is close to all the attractions, and we shopped the craft stores on the Commons one morning, braved the crowds at Saturday’s Farmers Market, toured wineries on Seneca Lake, ate at several very good restaurants, and spent a bit of time wandering at the Cornell Botanical Gardens.Overall, the proprietors are great hosts, and we highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Ithaca area.

Comfortable, convenient

We really enjoyed staying here. We were impressed by the details of the accommodations, especially the shampoo/conditioner in the shower, which seems rare in short term rentals. We really enjoyed being so close to downtown and would definitely stay here again!

this is our 3rd or 4th time staying in this property and its always a pleasure! It is spotless and our hosts think of everything - down to a brand new keurig fully stocked with coffee pods and creamer. great location for visiting our son in ithaca and also hitting the falls, wineries and more. My wife and I had an excellent stay at this apartment. It is just a short drive to downtown Ithica. The apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. We didn't use the kitchen, but it has everything that you would need if you wanted to. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming immaculate offering to stay, adventure, relax and unwind around Ithaca and Cornell. Labor Day weekend

We had an amazing time and the property is super clean and neat! Very good location, owners are friendly, we couldn’t have picked a better place! Perfect home base

This was our first trip to the finger lakes region. This was in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of Ithaca near Ithaca college. It’s near buttermilk falls state park and within easy driving distance of many regional sites. The property is immaculately clean and very comfortable. It is just like described in the listing. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We love to exercise, grew up here and we know the area. Ask us about trails for hiking, running and cycling, kayaking on Cayuga Lake. Come visit wineries, breweries, restaurants a few miles away or take a short ride to Seneca Lake. Finger Lakes Region is our home. We continue to monitor the news for states with quarantine advisory and may need to change reservations for health and safety reasons. Contact less check-in but we are available to answer your questions.

You will have a lot of room and it is all yours and includes a walking path! Distant views of Cornell’s campus and close to state parks, the lake and shopping.
